Lucky Club - Baptism by fire

So I got it wrong and they did honour the free chip although I believe you could have made it clearer in your post. Actually, I cant find anything wrong with them excluding you from bonuses as this is a business decision and they are free to do that. Of course it would be nice to know the reason for the exclusion but if they wont let you know its still ok imo.

they have honored after i post
because i didnt know that lucky club was part of jackpot capital, the live chat tell me "you can get any bonuses" after that i search here and it was a thread about this casino
and i made a post of my new experience

the jackpot capital rep saw the post and sent me a personal message sayig

"sorry by the mistake of the live chat, i have manually redeemed the coupon for you"

This REALLY needs to be sorted out. Lucky Club is NOT part of JC, but was sold by JC to a new owner, however this new owner has contracted JC to run support, marketing, and payments. Thus, you status at JC should have NO bearing on your status at the new Lucky Club, as this will be up to the new owners.

This kind of thing only makes this whole affair look "shady", and JC should start acting like they do NOT own Lucky Club in their dealings with players.

Since this is new software with new owners, there should be no "baggage" carried over by players, and if they are given a personal code, it should work without quibble.

It may have worked in this case, but ONLY because the request went through the rep, whereas CS should have got it right in the first place, and honoured the code. Better still, it should have worked within the software, which seems to have been launched whilst still "riddled with bugs".
 
Not sure if this baptism by fire is still going. Had to search to find it. But I received a check payout from lucky club this week that bounced when I deposited into my bank.

Received the check very quickly but a bounced check is always alarming...

What did Lucky Club say when you reported the bounced check to them?

Just a quick update. Yasmeen contacted me pretty early after I posted on the board yesterday. She said she would contact the processor and get me an answer by today. This morning I received an email that another check had been sent out. Thanks Yasmeen for the quick correction. :)

Glad to hear they jumped on it promptly. Was there a fee/penalty from your bank as a result of the bounced check?

A small one. $12. Really not too worried about it. So little so that I didn't even mention it in my email. I did receive a free chip to play with as well.
 
I was searching for Lucky Club and found this thread where they were under Jackpot Capital, and just read that they were then sold? Are they still accredited? So many changes, in so short a time . Can't seem to keep up. They have a bunch of new games that Buzzluck does not have, I noticed today, and wonder if they are still "good to go"?

This IS the BBF thread so unless the neg comments gush in, they might be accredited soon. AFAIK they are still part of the JC group though they have migrated to the Nuworks software but its essentially still RTG. I dont like Nuworks games but I honestly believe they are at least good to go.
 
Had some WD initial headaches. Received an email saying docs approved. Asked the manager BEFORE I depped if everything was good to go for a potential WD. He said he needed the CC scan. I explained it was disposable and no longer available. Since I was using Skrill, he said I was ok to WD then. Anyway...won, tried to WD...denied! Reason? No CC scan. I bitched and moaned, and first rep wouldnt budge. Second however, apologized and authorized the WD. Moral? Save chat transcripts (like where the manager said I COULD WD)

Anyway, the post's point:
Requested Friday, got it early Monday. So, WTG LuckyClub.

Strange that you got paid so fast.:eek2: Normally the weekends don't count when they are stating 48h hours before processing the cashout. It should have been tuesday.

I'm glad you got your cashout fast dionysus, so don't misunderstand me. I just don't like that people are treated differently.
I closed all my accounts in that group just for their payout time:rolleyes:
 
I was very weary of depositing but thought I'd give them a go and give them a shot , because normally I'm spoiled by the under 24 hrs of 32Red, GoWild, Intercasino, 3Dice, Bet365 and NordicBet, where I know I'm sure to be paid; glad it paid off though; won the mega jackpot of 300+ so it was a pleasant experience over all
 
What happened to this thread? What was the main reason for not beeing accredited? Doesn't Bryan usually chip in and say "good to go" or tell us why they can't be accredited?
