i have actual a problem with amber coast. i played a lot of playtechs but always without any kind of bonuses. also in the joyland group. and until now i had no problems with their casinos joyland and eurogrand.
before i started to play in the amber coast i emailed the support to unsubscribe me from the bonus list and they write me back that everything is okay.
then i deposited and i received no bonus money.
i played only two rounds black jack switch with my own money and i would like to test the withdrawal section.
but in the amber coast they declined my withdrawal request with the reason i received a signup bonus...

but this is absolutely wrong.
i look to my certainty in the transaction history and there is no bonus money listed. only my deposit. but they told me i received a bonus and must wager it 99x...
