Who has played with them and how did you find the payout experience please....did they pay you with no hassle or was it a struggle?

Thanks.

Hi Annoyed33 and welcome to the forum.

I have never played there but if you do a "search" for amber coast you will find plenty of threads about them ;) Also, if you are new here then be aware of the Accredited Casinos List which is a sound list of places safe to play if you are unsure.

Cheers

Simmo!

Amber Casino is from EuroGrand and Joyland Group.

The worst live help I seen. The operator says that they have live games and that I can withdraval with ECOcard. That's not right but she repeats it '

After 2 hours of slowly responses and stupid things, she says that I'm right and she's sorry '

After that I uninstalled this casino...

The reason why I ask is that I hit a 'Lo' Royal Flush (2,3,4,5,6, of same suit)with them at the weekend winning $4000. Played $500 back and am waiting for a withdrawal of 3500. Delay tactics are built in (wait 5 business days) and they denied receiving my documentation for 2 days before finally acknowledging it (just slow staff?..they take ages to cash my credit card deposits).

Thankfully, I can find no strong evidence that they are rogues and I will keep you posted.

If they pay with no more hassle (and they will pay- I will make sure of that!:) ) I will broadcast it here....and if they give more hassle, I will make a big scene everywhere I can on the Net.

I can say however that two way royals is a nice video poker variant and I find my money lasts for hours there.

Amber Coast may be a great place to bet. Wait for updates on my experience before you go there though.:)

Wishing you all the best with your withdrawal!
On the other side: They belong to Joyland group. Joyland is rogued.
There is hardly any danger that anyone who reads the forum carefully and studies the accredited and rogues sites, will deposit and play there.
(guess, you played there, before coming to the forum?)

These people have started spamming me, nearly every day. No bonuses, jusrt basically, why not play at our casino!

Anyone else getting this?

I hope I don't have to eat my words later people.

However, I received a lovely email today stating that my payment has been processsed and the Draft is on its way to me. With the document hassle being the only exception, this has been a straight up honest great experience so far.

I will keep you informed if the Draft does not arrive. However, I get more confident by the day and today am very confident.

I am certainly going back to play there as a result- money lasts for ages and as I said, 2 way royals is a really nice video poker game....especially since you can make something of traditionally 'fruit salad' hands....suddenly a 4 and say a 6 of the same suite are two Royal Flush elements and worth holding.

Thanks for allowing me a forum to talk about my hopes and fears.:)

i have actual a problem with amber coast. i played a lot of playtechs but always without any kind of bonuses. also in the joyland group. and until now i had no problems with their casinos joyland and eurogrand.
before i started to play in the amber coast i emailed the support to unsubscribe me from the bonus list and they write me back that everything is okay.
then i deposited and i received no bonus money.
i played only two rounds black jack switch with my own money and i would like to test the withdrawal section.
but in the amber coast they declined my withdrawal request with the reason i received a signup bonus... but this is absolutely wrong.
i look to my certainty in the transaction history and there is no bonus money listed. only my deposit. but they told me i received a bonus and must wager it 99x... :eek2: hello??? look into my transaction history and you'll see your mistake.
what a stupid support...
now i emailed playtech about this case.

i get another answer from amber coast:
they told me i received a slots only bonus when i created my account for signing up using a link from a affiliate website.
that's correct.
but i played this bonus down to 0,00 with slots.
after that i requested to unsubscribe from the bonus list and after that i deposited.
and there were no bonus rest in my account or in my balance.
i hope playtech contact amber coast soon and make everything clear.
but this is absolutely a warning to play in the amber coast.

Got paid by Amber Coast and had a great time there tonight.

I am well happy.

...and it is a Playtech.

Scrennshot for a nice alternative to a Royal Flush.

:)

Stunts

This is a demonstration of why they are rogued. Rogue casinos DO pay some players, but they pull all sorts of stunts with others. Playtech has often been the software of choice of the rogue operator, along with RTG. Many rogues use unknown software, and there is no guarantee that it doesn't cheat.
Being listed here as rogue means they have consistently misbehaved over an extended period, and have been uncooperative in resolving issues.

But Amber Coast is NOT rogued...it does not even appear on the non-recommended list. I have hasd a wonderful experience with them with minor hicups....and , most important of all, my money lasts ages when I play video Poker there- and that is the most important thing because long term, no-one is going to win. Mathematically, 50.000000001 in the casinoes favour will lead all to lose everything eventually, if they play long enough.

I wont play with them anymore, however I have always been paid, and a couple of the withdrawls have been 5K, now this was a while back and I stay away due to all the negative responses but you should be paid, good luck.

my trouble with amber coast had a happy ending. they see the mistake and said sorry for the inconvenience and paid me out.
so i give them a second chance. until now there are no more problems with them.
i hope that was a single misunderstanding.

Glad you came right! It is a great casino....got 7 4 of a kinds there on $100 yesterday- played the whole day!...only downside is that I cannot really gamble much anymore because you need to win alot to make a draft worthwhile (and you wait ages) and Neteller wanted me to send them a copy of my credit card to verify it was not a US card...despite living in the UK...I told them to get stuffed- what kind of decent financial business cannot work out the origin of a credit card?
