Lock Casino - heads up

Max!

What are you doing?

I'm speechless!

Second that. Speechless.

Isn't this the Casinomeister forum?
Players Advocate?
The place to be if you're having issues with a casino?

If I had won such an amount and had been treated like Pulver has been treated, especially in the beginning, I know I would not have stayed so calm.
I would be running around the house, totaly stressed, pulling my hair and eating the furniture.
Not sleep for a week.

Where exactly did he 'rake the casino over the coals' ?
I cant remember, but if he did, he had all the reason to do so.

But congrats Pulver with the solution.
Enjoy the cash!

It is not like this was an isolated incident, in fact quite to the contrary. It may be his worst by taking the liberty of posting any part of Pulver's PM against Pulver's wishes whether it was implied or expressed and his (MD) on-going antics et al thereafter.........................I know, I know, I know, all soon will be "water over the bridge", silly-stupid-unappreciative me!:cool::rolleyes:

Players Advocate?

Please note that the banner head reads "Advocate of Fair Play" and that cuts both ways. If you can raise the roof when you've got a beef then you can damn well step up and make it clear when the thing is being taken care of. Anything less is hypocrisy. Either you get the message or you don't.

The place to be if you're having issues with a casino?

Yes. Please see the Archives for details.

@Nash: no not you alone, first paragraph only was directly related to your post.

That was always my conclusion but just wanted to confirm as multi-quotes were not included in your reply. I'll disregard the second and third paragraphs and then decide if any further reply is necessary as there is no further need for redundancy(sp), I hope!!

I am sorry Max but I have to agree...what are you doing?? This man has handled himself with respect and candor. An accredited casino has owed him for months and even with the pay has dribbled it out here and there. Lock Casino should be the one that is being reprimanded. If a player played at a casino and then reversed the deposits (through dispute), he or she would be the one to be crucified, however this casino did not keep up to the policies that they set forth. Really, think about it, who is the guilty one here? Pulver, I can honestly say, your perserverance in this has certainly been better than mine would have been. Kudos to you for being the better person in this picture.

Does Max sleep with someone who works at Lock? ;)

Per usual I have no idea what you're on about. The specific details of Pulver's arrangement have not been made public to the best of my knowledge, certainly not by me. The fragments of the PM text which I posted were (a) carefully edited to ensure no inappropriate details were revealed and (b) should have come in response to the email I recently sent to Pulver asking for confirmation of information I received from Lock regarding his paid-out status. None of this was out of keeping with material freely shared earlier in this process. To suggest that I violated confidence or trust is misguided.
Yep, especially to those who can not tolerate the truth.

Does Max sleep with someone who works at Lock?

 Err, no. Nice try though.

For those of you that remember this situation you'll recall that it has occupied a lot of time and space (36 pages in this thread alone, and counting) and it seemed only reasonable to see that something like the real story be told, not continue with this "evil casino" fantasy.

That said I think I've made my point as best I can. Whether it has fallen on deaf ears or not is another issue.

Okay....

Let's pass around the peace pipe. Inhale deeply....hold....a little longer....exhale....

Better now? :D

Pulver and the rest of the players are being paid, so we should all be happy. Let's not let lose sight of the big picture. This is a good thing.

Have a nice weekend y'all

Self-edit.

I will just say that maxd clearly have a mental issue and I do not want to ever speak or discuss with him again.

Thank you all for the support.

I guess you missed the peace pipe.

Listen - this was your second PAB - the first from your "other" account you conveniently failed to mention to anyone - you know what I'm talking about.

To state that you won't discuss an issue again with Max is just another way of saying no more PABs for you. That's fine by me.

The point that Max was making is that you should have kept the community up to snuff on what your payment status was. This was your responsibility, not Max's, not mine.

Max has a thankless job, and this is merely another example of the same "thanklessness" that a number of members here bestow on the guy.

I don't see anything wrong with asking Pulver to update us, but his last post from less than a month ago said the agreement was being upheld, and payments were coming. I would assume if Lock was NOT upholding their agreement, that would have been reason to post.

Maxd, I know you work hard to settle these matters, but getting a Casino to do in dribs and dabs what should have been done in one lump months ago might not get you the recognition it perhaps deserves.

After all this time, and all the patience Pulver has displayed, I don't think he deserves to be raked over the coals.

I agree with Jas....Pulver was polite and did in fact say that he was being paid little by little....if the casino is holding his $ hostage and they asked him not to comment further....I wouldnt have either.

He has never been out of line in his posts ever. He has shown far more restraint than I would have.

Hopefully these clowns would understand to close shop and pay all their players. Its clear they will never be profitable as they never was even if they were stealing deposits.

They should have done what Buzzluck did. When you see its not going your way close the casino and pay the players.

And liquid_fusion hasnt been paid yet, only 750 out of a measily 2000. Even Virtual pays faster.

Max has a thankless job, and this is merely another example of the same "thanklessness" that a number of members here bestow on the guy.

The fact that an online community (casinomeister) exists where Max and or Bryan (for free) will try to get to
the bottom of an issue that one might have with an online casino that doesn't pay or is slow to pay, could not
be thanked enough in my book.

This adds a level of security for players affiliated with casinomeister.com
that's immeasurable.

If this service wasn't for free, people would pay money to have a company try to
retrieve money owed to them from an online casino. Like a last resort.

Max, since people aren't thankful enough for the actions you take in P.A.B. to retrieve their money
which you don't see a red cent of, why don't you just charge a flat fee if you do get the ball rolling in their favor?

:eek2: Something we should know about? Did Pulver use a new account to have the ability of another PAB? Is that what you are saying?

And I guess that we have different opinions here. I can't understand why someone can blame him for not doing this. Lock still owe him money.

And yes, Max has a thankless job, he is probably not recieving tha credit he deserves. But this is another thing. However, the peace pipe is passed around and I have exhaled. :D

I'm more worried about De Beuker, does he inhale the same stuff as we or is he smoking his local stuff?

:what: Whats wrong with our local stuff?!
It sure makes you feel VERY peaceful!:D

But no, I've already found out that spinning the reels and smoking the 'local stuff' is a very bad combination.
Definately not recommended.;)

Dear fellow inhabitants of the Casinomeister universe!

It took 5.5 months, but I can now happily say that I have been paid the full amount of $19600 owed to me. A big thank you to Emily at Lock who pulled some strings for me and made shure I got paid in the end. Thanks to all the people who supported me aswell.

Going to celebrate with a little taste of this one tonight:

To all other players and affiliates who are still owed money. I wish you the best of luck and I hope things works out in the end for you guys aswell.

Well done pulver.

I'm still owed $1250, they have been ignoring my emails since a small payment was sent 3 weeks ago.

It is nice that some have been paid.

However, IMO it is borderline criminal for these guys to continue taking deposits from unsuspecting players. Most people are'nt CM members and wouldnt know anything about this situation and Lock are doing nothing to warn them in advance about payment delays.

It's great that they havent run off into the sunset - that is a positive and kudos to them for that, but it must be (and have been) seriously underfunded to begin with to still be owing players money. I mean, surely a well-backed operator wouldn't take 6 months or more to get hold of more funds.....??

I still think it is a crying shame as they seemed to be on the ball with everything else and they were in my top 3 places to play. *sigh*

Congratulations on your perseverance, Pulver, and glad you have finally....finally....been paid. Noone should have to wait 5.5 months and undergo this amount of stress.

Nifty 29's post above perfectly sums up my own opinion in this matter.

I've finally been sent the last $1250 I was owed, so am now fully paid up.

Took 5 months but i'm glad I got paid!

I still think this casino should be fully rogued.

Thanks for letting us know. Good to see Lock is finally clearing the books on these old cases. My understanding is they expect to have them all dealt with soonish.

Anyone got any more news? They still owe me $625 since the beginning of July from my original withdrawal of $925. I received $300 in September and was promised I get the rest within a week from that date. Well, that promise was not kept.

Now they have stopped answering my emails too so if anyone have heard or got paid lately, please respond.
