Lock Casino - heads up

not good ,but at least they havnt gone under meaning no monies at all, least theres a chance of getting something. i wish you guys the best with it & hope you all get paid out )

No news or contact from them, i've just fired off another email.

I've been paid $750 of my $2000 withdrawal, last payment was two weeks ago.

My understanding from recent emails from Lock is that the Pulver case has pretty much been settled, I've asked him for confirmation on that.

I am now in the process of gathering status updates on the other outstanding PABs (four, excluding Pulver's).

Emailed them on the 28th, no reply as yet from the usually very responsive payments email address.

Confirmed. This in from Pulver:
... it is correct that my case is soon to be solved. ... I have been paid $2000 a week ... I am still owed 4700, but a new payment should be made this monday, so my case should be solved within a week or two.

Seems to me it would have been the decent thing to have at least mentioned this but ...

Hello all,

Sorry for not posting any updates recently. The reason for this is that I made a payment agreement with Lock casino and they asked me not to post the details about this agreement. To avoid any speculation and to keep my part of the deal I did not want to post anything before everything was fully settled.

I don't know what grudge Max has against me, I explained my situation in the PM I sent to him.

Everything should be settled within a week or two and I was planning on giving you an update then.

BTW. Emily at their payments department have treated me very good and have been the architect behind the agreement. Thank you

Bosh! Saying "I'm being paid, per agreement, regularly and soon, in full" violates no agreement or trust. After the hoo-ha you raised here at Casinomeister that would have been the only decent to do, IMO.

So why would Max publish excerpts of your PM to Max that would or could have violated and/or even possibly voided the payment agreement between yourself and Lock?

This is very disturbing regardless (as settlements per se usually have some type of confidentiality agreement between parties) and even more disturbing if your PM to Max informed him of your payment agreement (as now posted) with Lock and/or informed him you felt it was in your best interest or you just wished under the circumstances at present to remain silent.

Your behaviour is IMO not pleasant here Max.

How can you treat Pulver like this? He is the victim here.

I realize that you have helped Pulver and others to recieve money. Maybe members, including me, not are giving you enough credit for that. Still, the fact that you are accusing Pulver is very strange.

After the hoo-ha you raised here at Casinomeister

Explain this! Raised hoo-ha?
Standards for Accredited Casinos

Must pay winnings in a timely manner.

Lock is listed as "None" under "Withdrawal Limitations" on the Accredited List here https://www.casinomeister.com/accredited-casinos/

Saying "I'm being paid, per agreement, regularly and soon, in full" violates no agreement or trust.

Are you expect him to lie?

I am disappointed in this kind of treatment of a member who chose an accredited casino and has waited several months for money they owe him.

If I have misunderstood this I apologize, but it really seems like this Lock story has been a bit to annoying for your mood Max!:(

This is very disturbing regardless ....

Per usual I have no idea what you're on about. The specific details of Pulver's arrangement have not been made public to the best of my knowledge, certainly not by me. The fragments of the PM text which I posted were (a) carefully edited to ensure no inappropriate details were revealed and (b) should have come in response to the email I recently sent to Pulver asking for confirmation of information I received from Lock regarding his paid-out status. None of this was out of keeping with material freely shared earlier in this process. To suggest that I violated confidence or trust is misguided.

And of course I was not asking Pulver to lie. I was saying that he should have acknowledged Lock's pay-outs with at least some fraction of the vigor with which he originally tried to crucify them. To fail to do so is a deception and distortion, IMO, as previously indicated.

And the "I was going to post later" stuff doesn't wash either. When he's wanted info or updates he's shown no restraint in demanding same, complete with promises to provide updates I might add. My point was and is that Pulver is happy to use the PAB process and the forums to force the issue when it's in his interests to do so, and has shown no such diligence when it come to presenting a fair and balanced view of what was actually happening with his pay-out process. And don't try the "can't talk about it" stuff here either. To repeat what I've already said, "I'm getting paid nicely thank you very much" violates nothing and was the least he could have done under the circumstances. IMO. Your mileage may vary. Etc etc.

Why do you have such a grudge against me Max? Clearly you do not like me for some reason. And Im not sure I am going to bother to stick around to find out why.

This looks like updates to me... What are you on about?

27th of August:

Just to give you an update on my case:

I received $740 on the 10th of August and then I received $650 on the 25th of August. As you can see money are comming in now and then, but not in large amounts and not every week.

Total received is now $6910 out of $19600.

3rd of September:

Hi all,

Just want to inform you guys that I received another payment today of around $1k. So money is still comming in and the payments department are still communicating with me. Hopefully I will be paid inn full before christmas, that would be a long awaited christmas "gift".

I then made the agreement with Lock and from my understanding of it they did not want me to post any information about it. They kept their part of the deal and I kept mine and everything was going along fine.

Why would I not update the forum when it (hopefully) would be all settled? I am still a member and I am reading here every day.

But the way you are conducting yourself both in PM's and here are not exactly making me feel welcome.

And did I try to crucify them? I won fair and square and was not paid for months and months. I did not use bad language, and I always stayed polite both to the reps. of Lock, and here at the forum.

I did\and still don't want to argue and make this into a grudge. I have enough sh1tt on my mind as it is, if I don't have to be stressed out arguing on the internett aswell.

I am sorry that I did not found and posted such a clever wording as you proposed, but I felt it was best to keep my mouth shut until it was all settled.

Could we now just leave this beef behind us?

Maybe Pulver thought he wasn't allowed to say anything per the agreement......just my thought.

I hear what you're saying but I'm afraid I don't see it that way. As I understand it the deal was arranged some time ago. At the beginning he posted about being paid while avoiding the details which is well and good.

My beef is that he had originally complained bitterly and very publicly about only having received a small percentage of his due -- see https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/lock-casino-heads-up.38598/, for example -- yet this "small percentage" situation was obviously no longer the case as the weeks went on and the payments kept coming.

Please note that he did nothing to update or correct the perception of his situation here on the forums or privately. Judging from what had been posted he was still way down in what he had received from Lock and things weren't looking good.

This is why I say he manipulated the forums and the membership to his benefit when it suited him and completely ignored it all once he was getting what he wanted, in spite of assurances that he would keep me, and the readership, updated which he clearly did not.

Others may not feel there's been a willful distortion of the truth here but I certainly do. If it's okay to gleefully rake a casino over the coals when the payments aren't coming as promised then it's fair game to expect to hear about it when that situation has been corrected and/or turned around. As I've said, I don't believe for a moment that saying so would have violated any agreements.

Before I can reply, could you please verify if your manifesto above:lolup: is a reply in entirety to solely my most recent prior post in this thread as your manifesto above implies by specifically just quoting (an excerpt) of moi's???

You can NOT be serious! How in the hell did he try to crucify them, when they have owed him $$$$$$$$$$ for months! And being paid "nicely" would be the "no" limits on withdrawals that are listed here which is all, every freakin' red penny paid in full at once!

I do believe $20,000 at once feels, looks and is better than bits and pieces here and there! Maybe when he won he planned on buying a new car, motorcycle paid in full, or maybe he could of finally afford to upgrade his wife's wedding ring or put down a payment on a new house, or pay off some bills...but nope because Lock is paying him so "nicely" HE CAN"T!!!!

I mean seriously Max, Pulver has done nothing wrong! He is finally getting some regular payments, can't the man just ENJOY his money without being called out as a deceptor(probably not a word, but...),crucifier, distorter????

Your side comments were not necessary, really!

Pulver enjoy your money, don't let any one here or any where steal your joy, Lock already tried to steal your money!

I Agree

I am sorry Max but I have to agree...what are you doing?? This man has handled himself with respect and candor. An accredited casino has owed him for months and even with the pay has dribbled it out here and there. Lock Casino should be the one that is being reprimanded. If a player played at a casino and then reversed the deposits (through dispute), he or she would be the one to be crucified, however this casino did not keep up to the policies that they set forth. Really, think about it, who is the guilty one here? Pulver, I can honestly say, your perserverance in this has certainly been better than mine would have been. Kudos to you for being the better person in this picture.
