Klaver Casino Experience - Good Start, Not So Good Middle & A Positive Result

    I joined Klaver Casino, a predominantly Dutch facing casino, between Xmas and New Year after i was enticed by their 100% first deposit bonus with WR of 25xbonus.

    Deposited 90 Euros via Neteller, claimed my bonus via livechat, while also setting deposit limits and 5 minutes later I had a starting balance of 180 Euros. I was down to about 15 Euro at one point and got very lucky and managed to meet the WR with over 450 Euros in my account. :)

    I then went to withdraw 450 Euro but the only option available to me was bank-wire. I checked with live chat and they advised this was the only option currently available for Neteller depositors. I filled out the bank details (IBAN, BIC code etc.) and withdrew the 450 Euro and it was placed in a pending period. I asked for the funds to be flushed so i could not reverse but this option was not available. I was advised that the withdrawal would be approved and processed the next morning at 10am, on the 28th, and it was.

    Because of the holiday period I thought it would allow a bit longer for it to reach my account. After 6 working days it still had not hit my bank account. I checked with live chat and they were surprised that it hadn't reached my account. They asked me to wait a couple of more days as it may have been delayed due to the holidays but assured me the money had left their account and sent to their payment processor Envoy. A couple of days later still no money. Klaver then contacted their payment processor, but advised it would take up 2 workings days for them to respond as per their support agreement with Envoy. 2 days later Envoy responded and advised that they had tried to send the money but "BANK OF BENEFICIARY IS NOT REACHABLE". In addition they said "The SEPA route was rejected, however with International route the payout should be successful." After 2 hours of receiving the email from Klaver support with Envoy's feedback the money was in my account! :thumbsup:

    Throughout the whole time I was supported by Jan from the Klaver casino live support. Jan was great, reassuring me that the money would be paid and constantly kept me updated via email and live chat. Klaver Casino were very surprised that there had been an issue and to make up for the delay they gave me 25 Euros free chip and 2 bonus match offers that i can claim at any time. :)

    I hope Klaver Casino try to become accredited on CM, they showed real customer service, handled the situation in a professional manner and are a credit to the online casino industry.

    I concur with Jan being a great member of their support team! Had a question about the possibility of not being able to reverse one's withdrawal (which stays pending for 1-2 business days until processed). I had managed to increase my € 200 balance up to € 1300 a few days before New Year's Eve, but blew it all (stupid and impatient me) the next day. Jan informed me that they will work on this but for the time being advised me to request a temporarily closure of my account since it might take some time for this non-reversal withdrawal to become a reality. I think the same applies to withdrawals to Neteller and other e-wallets, which should become available in the foreseeable future.

    Agreed.... I have had a great experience at Klaver. Jan indeed is a perfect example of how customer service should be..unlike so many of these MG casinos that keep connecting you to different people...you have to re-explain things, they sometimes fob you off. I get the impression Jan and his team are actually interested in developing relationships with their customers.

    Oh and there is another reason i am happy at klaver.....

    OMG is that u who won that who they have written on their website???? well done....

    absolutly agree top support .. i not even signed up yet i went to support live chat to ask somethings... the support name called Femke was so helpful and really gives me good feeling to play there.. i signed up the day after and got a nice welcomebonus of 150 bucks i lost it however.. that is maybe downside.. but support .. 200% good as i thought... keep it up!!

    Sister to portomaso casino. Not so great group, there are few other netent casinos in the group too. I think your only allowed 1 signup bonus per the whole group.
    Why im saying not so great group, is because of some past issues.

    what i know is its becos i asked them that day at support, they have no sister casino they are owned by a real casino in malta. named something like glitter or glimmer. but who knows..

    Past issues in other boards then here. I read a few even though they are not so well known. Mostly some bonus issues a long while ago. And they have several sister casinos all owned by glimmer ltd. portomasolive.com being the most well known. Reads on the bottom of that webpage glimmer ltd, the same as it reads for klaver casino , so if they told they dont have sister casinos thats not true.

    Im not advising anyone against playing at either site, im just saying there were some issues a long while ago posted on other boards.Maybe those issues have been cleared , maybe not. I dont know cos i dont play in either one, i just play on some more well known net ents like unibet and nordicbet.

    I pretty sure they don't have any connection to another casino. I checked this quite carefully and certainly the way they operate is not like any other casino.
    They are privately owned as far as i know. I think they might share something with the live casino but thats it really. I don't use the live casino so that doesn't bother me.

    Ok, so please explain if you checked carefully, why does it say glimmer ltd on the main page of both casinos, portomasolive and klaver with the same licence number for Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta Gaming Authority License No. LGA/CL1/447/2008 .

    Like i explained before, it certainly does have sister casinos.

    now if you win on friday night, you must w8 untill tuesday for it to be validated and then another day waiting.

    We are processing withdrawal requests by bank transfer 7 days a week since August.
    Withdrawal requests by Skrill are indeed being processed between monday and friday. The reason is that currently only one person (our financial manager) is allowed to process the withdrawal requests by Skrill.
    For that reason our accounting department cant process these requests during the weekend.

    I expect this will change soon as we can see the volume of Skrill in deposits and withdrawals is getting high enough to do the work in weekends as well.

    i played at klaver yesterday and today. i spoke with jan the casino rep, omg what a very helpfull person he/she is. i found the casino a great place to play. i had issues with how to withdraw, but jan was unbelievable at helping me here. he bent over backwards to help me. i recommend this casino its first class! i played a few slots but i did like doa the best.

    you will need your i ban and swift code to be able to withdraw. its easy to get them, these will be on your bank statement, if not just give the bank a ring. i deposited with neteller but no option to withdraw to neteller only bank transfer. they will be getting neteller account i was told within next 30 days. best of luck.

    Although a few girls are named Jan, so I can understand the confusion ;)

    Regarding Neteller:
    We have prepared most of the work (e.g. updated our payment system within our website) but currently we need all our technical resources to finalize our Live Casino Black Jack studio.
    As a casino with a main focus on the dutch market the withdrawal option "bank transfer" is most common and used.
    Besides bank transfer we support VISA and Skrill withdrawals as well.
