Hi guys. I am new to this forum and I found “Casinomeister” trough google.
So if I post something wrong etc please tell me.
I will just begin:
I have been playing at karamba.com for a while now and never had an issue with withdrawal before until this week when I really won big! I started the deposit with 1000 NOK (100 Euro) and won up to 270 000 NOK. No bonus no nothing. I deposited it trough visa.
So now i want to cash out. Maximum withdrawal per month is 70 000 NOK that’s fair enough. But when I cash out my withdrawals gets denied and no email/phone call etc to tell me why. I find this very weird. I contact support and they tell me they have problems transferring money to Norway. I mean a licensed casino has problem transferring money to a player? Sounds fishy. Reason for this is because in December I won 30 000 NOK and withdrew that money and got it trough bank wire. Now all of a sudden bank wire doesn’t work to Norway....
Then they tell me that I have a big problem because of this. They tell me I need to get a Skrill or Neteller account ( in Norway Skrill and Neteller isn’t allowed for gambling) I tell them this and they say I have to wait for manager to help me.... I get frustrated of course but I feel helpless. It feels like the money wil never get to my account.....
I contacted MGA as well for help because I think the move this casino does by finding excuses for not sending me my money is allowed. I am noob when it comes to fight casinos, but I will never give up. It’s my money.
I can of course verify all this trough screen shots of all the chat I have had with live support.
