karamba casino denies my withdrawal

    Hi guys. I am new to this forum and I found “Casinomeister” trough google.

    So if I post something wrong etc please tell me.

    I will just begin:
    I have been playing at karamba.com for a while now and never had an issue with withdrawal before until this week when I really won big! I started the deposit with 1000 NOK (100 Euro) and won up to 270 000 NOK. No bonus no nothing. I deposited it trough visa.

    So now i want to cash out. Maximum withdrawal per month is 70 000 NOK that’s fair enough. But when I cash out my withdrawals gets denied and no email/phone call etc to tell me why. I find this very weird. I contact support and they tell me they have problems transferring money to Norway. I mean a licensed casino has problem transferring money to a player? Sounds fishy. Reason for this is because in December I won 30 000 NOK and withdrew that money and got it trough bank wire. Now all of a sudden bank wire doesn’t work to Norway....

    Then they tell me that I have a big problem because of this. They tell me I need to get a Skrill or Neteller account ( in Norway Skrill and Neteller isn’t allowed for gambling) I tell them this and they say I have to wait for manager to help me.... I get frustrated of course but I feel helpless. It feels like the money wil never get to my account.....

    I contacted MGA as well for help because I think the move this casino does by finding excuses for not sending me my money is allowed. I am noob when it comes to fight casinos, but I will never give up. It’s my money.

    I can of course verify all this trough screen shots of all the chat I have had with live support.

    yeah you did right to contact MGA it should make them pay faster, ive seen mga do stuff lately so it cant hurt. You are lucky you played without bonus there because they would have no problems going through your billions of spins just to find one that would allow them to confiscate your winnings.

    serious question now, why would anyone play at such a place especially if you play without bonuses? :p much better places to play at and only thing karamba and its sister sites are good at is dishing out big % bonuses but thats because they have unreal wagering requirement which allows them to give away bonuses on daily basis :oops:

    Hahaha. Because I felt like “why not” feel really dumb now because they are making so much problem for me when I haven’t done anything wrong. They can check all my spins/bets. But I know for sure I haven’t done anything illegal

    I cant offer any advice except good luck getting your funds.... but just out of interest how did win so much? Was it a jackpot or just crazy hot streak?

    Nah I was lucky. Got some good hits on fruit warp and a 1000 X on reactoonz :p

    Due to your earlier 30k withdrawal I'm assuming you're verified and everything, right?

    I don't have any experience from Karamba, so all I'll say is: Do not under any circumstances roll back your withdrawal.
    Especially if you've contacted MGA they don't really have a foot to stand on in this case, and last time I checked Karamba wasn't a rogue casino.

    Part of the rather "shitty" Aspire Group. Plenty of complaints about them.

    This is their usual stalling tactic in the hope that you will lose it all back. DON'T!

    You can submit a PAB here at CM, every member has one shot with a casino that is not accredited. Click on Player Arbitration FAQ, read them all and then fill out the form. Max, the PAB manager will then speak on your behalf with the casino.

    Alternative to Neteller and Skrill would be Ecopayz or Entropay, don't know whether they offer that in Norway. From both you can withdraw to your bank account.

    Please have a look at the Casinomeister Accredited Casino list and choose a better place to risk your hard earned money.

    I didn’t roll back any withdrawals they keep cancelling it for me without any valid reason.... but ty for the reply

    Yeah I hope he got his money now. He hasn't done any updates but I suppose that is because of the Active PAB.

    As I said, the casino never replied. And now the rep has been AWOL since early December. I think "how it went" will be the subject of the Warning.
