Hi all!,

Just recently signed up to Karamba (Seen it on a list somewhere if memory serves me right!)

Have not yet deposited but they have offered a 400% deposit bonus with 35x Wagering fir the bonus only..

This seems fairly reasonable but is there a catch i'm not seeing? Has anyone had much experience with this place?

Any feedback greatly appreciated :)

Is 400% really that enticing that you consider depositing at a "not recommended" casino?

Just dont expect to get payed.
Probably a max wd of 2x deposit or something.

There are no casino's that are legit and offer 400% over a deposit bigger than max 10£/€/$

Think Net entertainment slots only count as 50% of the wagering requirements

At some point during January I decided to have a crack at their opening offer. I hit a JP on joker6000 early on and spent the next 5 hrs WR grinding.

It ended up being quite a late one and I made a small unintentional mistake about £500 away from WR by accidentally playing lights @ £9 a spin for about 20 or so spins until I noticed my error.

I was gutted because I was certain they were going to bonus T&Cs slam me. I did think about fessing up but in the end just stuck in a withdrawal for £1200 expecting one of those emails.

Much to my surprise - they either didn't spot my infringement or did and let it go - but 5 days later I received my funds.

So all I can say from my experience is they were legit and I even got away with a small breach of their bonus T&Cs.

I didn't realise netent only counted 50% though which makes sense now as it took around 5hrs solid fast spinning @ £5 spins to clear WR.

Can confirm that all NetEnt slots, along with some Quickspin/Microgaming slots, only contribute 50% to WR. Found this buried in their T&C (fifth clause in their general bonus policy, no mention in the welcome offer T&C).

What's your opinion about the fact that you've been known, among other things, to be unresponsive and are part of the casinos to be avoided?

Well, I honestly don t understand from where it comes. Bryan, the Casino Meister owner, can confirm that i am trying to reply and help. Always available, you should ask him ;)
I am dealing with all forums complaints over the past three years.

I play at Karamba pretty regularly over the past year or so as they have reasonable offers from time to time. I can honestly say I have never had any problems with them for cashouts or customer service. The games are limited but now have a larger Netent offering than they used to.

The only thing to look out for is their free spin offers where the game is a non-Netent offering - although they do sometimes offer Netent game free spins. If not Netent, the free spins are normally on an in house game called "Fruity Friends". They like to offer 100 spins on this but when it comes to play you will find they only count as 1 active pay line out of 25, so much less than you think. Apart from that, they always pay on time and no issues with the service they offer.

its good that you try to be responsive and in this case that you are responsive. At least it seems like a good start.

Can i give you a few words of advise?
The most important things in online gaming are trust and transparency.

Clear terms and conditions in general and if bonus terms and conditions apply, especially when they are different from the regular terms and conditions, it should be clearly visible within 1 mouse click.

Maybe some people are attracted by 400% bonus promotions. But i think you get more regular customers when you offer a 100/150% bonus with all slots allowed and with all slots contributing 100% to the wagering.

Same goes for free spins... better 20 spins with all lines and not feeling scammed then 100 one-liners.

Take a look at the terms and conditions of smaller online casino's like bestcasino, klavercasino, or even better... a couple of the casino's in the accredited list in the right side of your screen.

Do with it what you like. If you take things seriously, you might attract more then a few players from this and other gaming sites.

And then suddenly I got another email that say that they haven`t got the docs again!

A few weeks ago I pointed out how on the Karamba website they were claiming free spins without stating you needed to deposit, very quickly this was changed to show a deposit was needed all good but today I received an email and it was entitled:

Status update: Spins are already in your account!

Now to me that sounds like Karamba have put some free spins into my account, very nice of them off we go and play but that wasn't the case as when you open the email you find this.

What they don't tell you is the 100 free spins is one line of the 25 at 10p stake

Played here for a while, I got fed up with the none offers they where sending me and found the support pretty poor. Closed my account and toddled back to one of the more accomplished brands
