I received notification today of a free £5 no deposit casino chip to use with Paradise8 on their rival 3 slots or video slots, and won £450, and then a further £130 on blackjack.

I should also add that haven't been with the casino for very long and haven't made a deposit previously.

Anyway, I wanted to cash out and contacted live chat to check if there are wager requirements as I couldn't find the information anywhere online.

Eventually someone replied to me to say that because I haven't made a deposit, I am therefore unable to cash out. Screenshot attached.

I didn't mean to post, and now can't edit.

This is what it should say:

I should also add that haven't been with the casino for very long and haven't made a deposit previously as I wasn't actually all that impressed with the site or variety of slots. But every other day or so I would receive notification of a free £5 chip and thought "why not"?!

Anyway, I wanted to cash out my winnings from today, and contacted live chat to check if there are wager requirements as I couldn't find the information anywhere online.

Eventually someone replied to me to say that because I haven't made a deposit, I am therefore unable to cash out. Screenshot attached.

I have double checked the terms of the bonus, which states:

"This bonus may be claimed only once per household/computer/person. For account verification and fraud prevention purposes, all players may be required to make a deposit before they can withdraw."

There is no mention of a deposit being compulsory and I don't know what to do next?

I have played at and promoted Rival casinos since they first appeared in 2006, and they have all ALWAYS asked for players to have made a deposit before they can cash out from a free chip.

This is for age and ID verification purposes and to prevent fraud.

Personally, I wouldn't hesitate to make the deposit they are asking for.
The only minor concern I have, is that the group which includes Paradise 8 has recently had a change of owner and/or management and I am currently trying to find out if they are still as 100% reliable as they always used to be.

The point is they haven't even asked me to make a deposit, and informed me that because I haven't made a deposit previously, the £580 winnings cannot be withdrawn.

I've written to the main customiser support address and haven't heard anything back, but then today I have received another £10 free chip. Screenshot attached. Note the terms of business and again, it says a deposit MAY be required.

I just don't now what to do, but £580 is a lot of money to me, and I just can't ignore it!

£580 might be a lot of money but you will need to write it off as no chance you will get it.

Normally casinos like that will not pay out winnings if you have used multiple free chips without a deposit. Even if they did their terms clearly state max win from them would be $100 or currency equivalent. So even if for some weird reason they decided to pay all you would get would be $100 not 580.

But fact you are in England means very doubtful anyway as pretty sure you are not allowed to play there. Anyway you never deposited so lost nothing and i certainly would not send all my details to that casino for the next to no chance of a free £100.
