I am sure that a bunch of you are working for other casino software providers, that's why you critic our casino that much. Keep up the good work, continue to blame new casinos and jurisdictions like Costa Rica. Raphael.
You have fallen into yet another hole of your own making. This is often the "last cry of foul" from a rogue before they disappear for good.
I don't work for other software providers, but I do PLAY other softwares, and I know when a supposedly "new" game has simply been ripped-off from another provider that I HAVE played at.
It is NOT just these single pieces of evidence in isolation that has us crying "rogue", it is the CULMINATION of piece after piece of evidence that adds up to something that smells like the inside of a refridgerator after a 2 month powercut.
I am NOT merely going to rely on MY opinion of copyright law, I intend to seek the views of MGS on your version of their "Big Kahuna" slot game, and RTG on your version of their "Caesar's Empire" slot game.
These are NOT the ONLY blatantly copied games either. Salus Technologies offer a whole suite of games, many clearly ripped-off from other providers, and the ones that are NOT obviously ripped-off are CRAP!
Take your Autoplay for example, slightly different layout, but in essence a rip-off of the MGS Autoplay, right down to the shortcut 10x and 5x buttons, and the layout & options available in Autoplay itself.
Cashcheck and Playcheck are registered trademarks of MGS, meaning it is ILLEGAL for you to call your ripped-off versions "Playcheck" or "Cashcheck", even if you could show that you thought them up WITHOUT stealing them from MGS.
Let us take the Volcano symbol on Big Kahuna for example, forget the subtle colour differences, and concentrate on the artwork itself.
Similar?
IT'S THE EFFING SAME - right down to the most minute of details, such as the 4 palm trees, and the patches of dark on the volcano sides, and the lava streams to the front.
NOW tell us this is mere coincidence
