I haven't posted here before, but I'm a member of the LCB forum where I do make post on a daily basis....I just found out that Jackpot's Heaven is nothing more than a scam. Reps for that casino were caught creating multiple accounts on the forum for the sole purpose of making false statements about how great and wonderful their casino is.....Nickolas, a rep for that casino actually had the nerve to send me a private personal messege asking me to remove my post on the thread to help out their cause...I immediately posted about his request....with is what cause moderators to look futher into this and found all the good reviews were from the same EXACT IP address as the casino itself!! Be careful guys!

What I find interesting is that the physical gameplay for "Caesar's Magical Empire" is identical to RTG's version. Even the way the feature is triggerred with one wild on reels 1-4 and the scatter on reel 5.

Now why would someone nick the graphics but develop new code to exactly replicate the originator? Doesn't make sense. It sounds as if this could be a case of reverse-engineered code aswell.

If the RTG guys are in London (which I'm pretty sure they will be), I'll probably be bumping into them too.

Back to the CAP thing - again, no due diligence. Back to the "business as usual" scheme. I was hoping that things had changed over there, and I was willing to give them a chance to redeem themselves. Looks like this didn't happen.

I feel that any webmaster that values their reputation should distance themselves from this outfit (CAP). You need to read the writing on the wall...

Edited to add (since I just read Dom's post - and the CAP response) day late and a dollar short. This organization shouldn't even been considered to be listed ANYWHERE. You post a happy clappy "look who just joined" announcement, and chummed in unsuspecting affiliates who felt your word was good. How many players have been lead to the slaughter via these affiliates?

This forum thread is completely UNFAIR and does not serve players interest since it only persists on graphic and text similarities which have nothing to deal with our games fairness.

Spreading false rumors to voluntarily damage a companys reputation is something really serious. I wont play to that game if I was the owner of this forum.

Bryan here - the owner of this forum. Don't come in here threatening me. You will find yourself kicked the curb in a NY minute if you do this again.

There isn't merely graphic "similarity" - these graphics are copied. There's a big difference.

And yes it does make a difference whether or not you should remain in this industry. This "rip-off" of others' intellectual property is a direct reflection of your business ethics. If you are willing to steal others property - well, I will make the assumption that you wouldn't have a problem ripping off a player.

This is a legitimate concern of not only players, but of affiliates and software providers as well.

Copyright issues =-$10K (+ lawyers fees) per game, which is all the games you have

I've read almost every post made here in the last couple of years. This guy just takes the cake.

After the first couple of posts, I didn't continue reading until tonight. I'm just sorry he got banned before I could neg rep him, something I have seldom done.

I'd rather take a chance with someone with the Own your Own Casino software and a more pleasant demeanor. Perhaps they are not setting out to rip me off, but were misled by the software vendor, and thought they could make it.

What truly amazes and disgusts me that CAP took this casino onboard with no questions asked.

So everyone, how does JazzyJackpots sound? No licences in any jurisdiction, lets just take my word for it.
