Jackpots Heaven - Non-random software

Things being a bit slow at work this morning, I've spent some time catching up on this thread. What a read!!

Thanks to everyone for staying on top of providing info on this scum bag casino. And thank you Jackpots Heaven for providing the best laugh(s) I've had today. :eek2: (The office cat is not happy however, as my literal LOLs have interrupted her morning nap -- more than once.)

Hi All,

I'm trying to remember the last time we had so much fun with a dumb ass, clip joint casino & their PR rep.

LargoCasino comes to mind - That PR Goof also couldn't use a spell checker and had the same misfortune of shooting himself in the foot repeatedly.

Like Mousey I'm having a BIG chuckle too.

Well I'm off to write a couple of dozen blog warnings to my visitors about Jackpots Heaven :D

Cheers

:)

It will be interesting to find out what MGS et al have to say about them pirating images etc. from their games. They are pretty pathetic...
It wasn't until today that I had a chance to fire off an email to MGS's legal team. They've already responded - I hope they put these nitwits in their place.

I've also taken a look at the historical registry records for the jackpotsheaven.com domain and it was in the past registered to one Rajendra Chandrachud of Salus Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

I firmly believe this is the individual they need to chase down. Also further proof that Salus and Jackpotsheaven.com are one and the same.

What is worrying though is that their scam is probably working, they have a google adwords campaign albeit limited and no doubt several players have thrown their money down a black hole there.

I posted the link, however I refrained from actually posting his name, I chose to post is aliases.

I linked the emails a while back to slus technologies, and slushosting (the hosting provider)

It does seem as though it is all spearheaded solely by the Indian guy, and the chat reps and forum reps are highly unqualified and untrained personal, as shown where they were picked up from

Sorry I must have missed that.

As for naming the individual. Well it is a public record and is easily accessible to anyone and I don't believe the person who registered that site should be afforded any favours considering what they are doing - or allowing to be done in their name.

Video Response from Jackpots Heaven, and it is far from professional.

In a video sent to the APCW on February 25th, 2010, Jackpots Heaven has a message for the APCW, Casinomeister, and others who would question their complete lack of integrity. And that message not only bolsters the warning signs about this group, but also presents a pretty solid case that these people are legitimately insane. Hiding behind graphics and computer software which alters their voices, this video is an exercise in how to destroy your reputation and bury your brand in one easy step.

Haha... what a joke. They can't even spell their own names correctly... Jackspots Heaven...

Hiding behind graphics and computer software which alters their voices,

The guy sounds like Jigsaw from the Saw Films.

I'm going to play a game. A rather shitty bespoke version of Thunderstruck where the rams are replaced by cave paintings. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

The only certifiable thing about that casino is that the owner Rajendra from Salus needs certifying and locking up. LOLOL

I will admit I have watched it 3 times  I just cannot believe that a supposedly professional business (OH don't let me forget that Spanish Gaming licensed part) would send out such a video! Where did this man go to school to obtain his PR degree? Oh he found it at the bottom of the cracker jacks box I get it now.....

Peace out for the night from the one of the 'lemming like webmasters'

I thought I heard some Nixon overtones in that scarey voice....whhhooooo!

Whilst it's tempting to dismiss these long-winded and integrity challenged fools as simply insane, I'm starting to think there may be method in their madness, working on the old principle that "there's no such thing as bad publicity" LOL.

They've certainly got everyone's attention, even if it is just to ridicule and trash.

That's exactly what I'm thinking. It's like when the operator for Black Widow confided in me that putting him in the rogue section was one of the best things that happened to his casino - lots of traffic. But a couple of years later his tone changed - he realized that being in the rogue section was seriously hurting his business.

"Jackspots" Heaven seems to be doing the same thing; riding the "rogue" wave. Sure they have a bit of notoriety at the moment. But players will lose interest and the casino will become once more an empty shell.

But this video is classic and I'm sure will get the viral marketing thing going. In fact, that's a great scheme - do something really stupid and get a lot of attention. It's the equivalent of a schoolboy walking to the front of the class and dropping his pants. Sure he'll get a lot of attention - but he's a fool.

This casino operator is a "fool" just the same. And I didn't have to do anything to prove it - he's done it himself with a crap video that is seeped in amateurism.

One more 'lemming like webmaster' here! :D They are most certainly NOT legit, but I wanted to ask if what he said about NO one that is a victim has complained (like Microgaming, etc) true?

If that is TRUE then this type of thing will always happen as we've witnessed with Grand Prive. Can anyone verify the NO COMPLAINTS and that other start ups does the same in the industry? I know the license part is crap, but not sure of the graphic claims.

IMO we can learn alot about how outfits like Jackpot Heaven and Grand Pricks` survive in this industry that has gone to Crap.

They won't be hearing from MGS - but the software provider will be hearing from MGS's legal firm, I'm pretty much sure of it. You can perhaps mimic a game (if it's not patented), but you surely cannot copy images and modify them with different colors etc. The operators are numbskulls.

Please don't hijack this thread with the GP fiasco. This has nothing to do with GP.

In their response, they seem to say "we are allowed to do it", then they say "we havent done it in the download casino", so a little confusing.

Secondly being cloaked is completely wrong. If you have a business then you have to make yourself accessible to your customers, and a PO box which is directed to a different country isn't the way to go. No one was asking for home addresses. I think some accredited casinos have a similar tactic, while I dont think its correct, however at least a representative has been in physical contact with CM, which gives alot more authenticity. Hiding completely under a virtual disguise, has alot more to say than anything else. If its because they live in the USA, then I wouldnt deposit a cent, as it will probably get taken away by authorities, which is anoither reason to stay clear.

When the internet started, companies thought that higher visitors bring extra customers, however that was 10 years ago, now its called "targeted viewings", anything else is just a waste of advertising funds.

They have now added a whole long "selfl advertisement" on their website, clickable from their home page. Seems a bit desparate to me :p

Here is what they sent us in regards to their "license".
Scroll down for all the info.

To me it looks like Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company. I am still waiting to see a gambling licence issued by the Gambling Commission or Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Costa Rica. Mr Fenech does not need to get it translated into English, I speak Spanish well enough to understand it in the original Spanish.

Like Bryan said, and Senor Dufus claimed in the video, this may increase traffic to their site, but it doesn't mean they will sign up, probably more of a "car accident, had to look" scenario.

If he's going to gain traffic from this video, then it stands to reason that more "lemmings" will be visiting Casinomeister, thanks for the plug Senor Moron.

Sign up at CM today and get a free JH monogrammed Fire Hydrant.
Note: Supplies are limited, and may not resist urine stains. :D

What I find so funny about his stupid video is the voice. If they have nothing to hide, why use a voice cover up? That right there tells me someone has alot to hide.

"Them's fighting words, O'Yeah" Bahahahahahahahahaha, Bring it on "Deep Pockets" I am Italian and Puerto Rican, and I can speak fluent spanish! I too have "Deep Pockets," not that your shady casino would see any of my pcket change, I chose to play a reputable casinos. Of which your casino is not part of that category. Please go ahead and threaten me, I would love to hear it, because anything coming from an idiot who can't show himself and has to hide is always a good laugh.

Why would anyone bother to "Check your stats" I could make up a billion names too, if I wanted to pump sunshine up my own ass. But I don't have to do that because all my pocket change in my "Deep Pockets" makes me shine brighter than the sun. You see the difference between your "Deep Pockets" and my "Deep Pockets" is that I have nothing to hide. The people here at Casino Meister and other forums can see right through you, it is apparent in the posts all over the net. And you making threats against people shows how shallow your "Deep Pockets" are. So please send out another video, hide who you are again and tell us more lies, because we all could use a good laugh.

This post is going to add absolutely no value whatsoever but I have to say it's the most entertaining sequence of events involving a cowboy casino outfit I have seen in some time. Damn good TV this is.

I actually hope they attend the I Gaming Supershow just so I can see them make these claims with a straight face. I'd like to ask them where they got the idea for those slots and point out to them that Costa Rica has actually never issued licenses and that you loook like a right tosser of that's what you claim.

This is the kind of stuff we saw what, ten years ago? It's like someone who ran rogue casinos was frozen by Jabba the Hut ten years ago, got rescued by the Jedi, and got the Wookie to crank up the old x86 and rebooted Bullshitcasino version 1 as if no time at all had passed.

The reason I know that all this actually happened is that I am 100% sure it was a Wookie speaking in that video. Further evidence in the fact that they are known for bad spelling and crap grammar. I mean, imagine you had all that hair to contend with. Seriously.

I just really feel for peeps who mistakenly sing up because they are being stolen blind.

If i didn't think this thread could get any funnier, Just Red has got me in stitches again, particulary this part:

Maybe Jackpots Heaven were thinking like Tarzan.

He didn't recognise the Elephants coming over the hill because they were all wearing sunglasses :D

Cheers

I had been watching a documentary about the African Rift valley, and there are just SO MANY different varieties of Antelope, and these are what resembles those "Rams" on their copy of Thunderstruck.

Interestingly, a Giraffe is actually a type of Antelope, I never knew that!!

Nice video, wrong date, should have been released for Halloween, maybe they can nick Halloweenies from MGS and do a promo on it:D

I have decided to open an account at Jackpots Heaven, but only if I can play in the currency of my choice, COWPATS - then I will make the MAX deposit, and claim the bonus and the Casinomeister extra 100% IN BULLSHIT:D

You know what, I went and read the whole ministering angel thread again and i gotta say the op for them almost posts and sounds exactly like this Raphael.

Wouldnt surprise me at all if this is the same person or there is some ties here somewhere.

All this really does leave a bad taste in ones mouth though- I have to admit it is becoming really scary playing online.

Stick to the accredited casino's everyone, go 32red!!!

I feel for the new guys who dont even know half of what goes on in this industry.

I can say I wont be going to Costa Rica anytime soon.

It's OK your in good company!

I recall Bryan being invited to Costa Rica by Virtual Casino Group back in 2002(?).

It was a clear thanks but no thanks. Followed by I don't want to end up in the jungle with a bullet in the back of my head.

And there were those SBG guys who took a trip down there and ended up in a scarey confrontation at a restaurant with armed thugs threatening them.

This may seem OT but bear with me. In Canada there are these two tv shows called "Canada's Worst Driver" and "Canada's Worst Handyman" - they dig up like 7 or 8 people and give them these challenges and we get to watch and see how badly they suck. And they do REALLY suck. But in every show, there's usually someone who sucks so bad that they're unbelievable. You watch the show and you say, "ok this can't be for real. It's gotta be an actor or a shill to boost the ratings...nobody can possibly that useless or stupid or self-absorbed."

Back OT - this Raphael or whatever his real name seems like like that to me. I mean really, it's just too ridiculous to be real. I looked at the website and checked out a few of the games - in one game, right off the top of my head I counted stolen graphics from FIVE different MG games. How can anyone be that stupid that they think nobody would notice? "Oh just flip it around and change the color and nobody will know." Stealing all the content...his blah blah here in the forum. I just watched the video and what a juvenile piece of crap. Disguising his voice....typos all over the place....posturing like a 12 year old. I mean seriously...it's like an April fool's day joke or a Saturday Night Live skit or something. This can't really be for real, right?
