Jackpots Heaven - Non-random software

If there is any graphical similarity with any slot game which does not belong to our company or any company we work with, we will make sure to have these fixed ASAP. The fact that some GRAPHICS or TEXT content are very similar or partially copied from another site DOES NOT mean that our casino does not deserve the trust of players who you pretend to protect. Thats the point where you make a huge mistake and for which you will be legally pursued.

This forum thread is completely UNFAIR and does not serve players interest since it only persists on graphic and text similarities which have nothing to deal with our games fairness.

Spreading false rumors to voluntarily damage a companys reputation is something really serious. I wont play to that game if I was the owner of this forum.

Best regards,
Raphael Taub, Manager (Jackpots Heaven).

Good God, what is this guy smoking? This is beyond ethically and integrity challenged!

Is this a record for fastest neg. rep accrued LOL ?

Well, Raphael has been shown the door. It just goes to show that there are still screwy people out there: unethical operators, misguided affiliates, and naive players. It's hard to fathom that people will continue to throw their hard earned cash at these crap-holes when there are plenty of outstanding casinos to chose from.

A must read for newbies: Spot the Rogue

Maybe governments can force community and gamble-aware on gamblers before they are allowed to play real stakes, this should be the first thing the U.S. Government do when they make it legal for Americans to gamble again.

You just can't flick the switch, legal, illegal, legal and so on. A new order would have to proceed from the very beginning.

It would also be the right time to implement the change as most Americans now are used to going out on a leg to gamble.

Maybe Bryan, you could fire of a email to a senator, wouldn't hurt?

Take this in mind, considering the reason they banned gambling in the first place.........

It's hard to fathom that people will continue to throw their hard earned cash at these crap-holes when there are plenty of outstanding casinos to chose from.

I beg to differ. Someone offers a 150% bonus 20x WR with Blackjack and/or Roulette allowed and the little bloke charged with looking after the brain's Common Sense switch turns it off and goes for a coffee break.

From Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) own website. This has to be the funniest thing that they even explain how to find content thieves :lolup::lolup:
What Should You Know about Content Theft?

The problem of content theft has burdened the Internet since its inception. But of late, it appears to have reached a new level. We, at JackpotsHeaven.com, do not overlook the use of stolen, unauthorized content, and will not accept affiliates in our network who indulge on using contents stolen from other websites. But what happens if any site is having content that has been stolen from your site?

In that case, you need to be aware of sites that are using the content of your website. Since search engines are not technically advanced enough to find out which content is the original and which the copied one is. Often, search engines like Google will either simply leave out one of the sites from the index completely, or will rank the original page below the copy.

It is therefore quite important to check periodically if your content is being copied or stolen. How can you do this? The simplest option will be to copy few sentences from different parts of your sites pages, put them into quotes, paste them in a search engine, and perform a search. Sometimes, the content thieves modify some of your material and leave other parts untouched, so you should be meticulous. Often, the content thieves simply amend the first and last paragraphs but leave the middle paragraphs intact, so check for this as well.

Bryan told me to read this thread, just for 'shits and giggles' (Bryan's words). Well, I've read it and I can't count the number of times I said, 'holy shit!' No giggles, though...only uproarious laughter!!!!!!

This is some of the funniest stuff I've read in ages--you just can't make this stuff up! I'm just a little sad that Raphael has been banned. Ah, I guess even the best sitcoms have to be cancelled at some point. I just wanted more! :p

now THIS is what keeps me coming back to casinomeister, you could by this type of material and here we are getting it for free.

You know what gets me though, out of the countless times you see this type of stuff happen all of the mods, operators and managers for these places actually believe what they are saying, now only two things can come from this.

(1)- they really are naive and dont know the real truth, which I highly doubt

(2) they know whats going on and they are now in damage control and they are now thinking "f*ck we spent all this time making this site and we have been done already"..

I have to say though I'm bloody proud of you guys and it's a pleasure to being amongst you all, Uungy, and the rest who did the sluething I take my hat off to you.

P.S- im offering 2/1 that we get another sign up soon saying what a great experence they had at jackpotsheaven.

Regards,

I doubt it. I think they will be very busy dealing with the pending litigation from the likes of Microgaming and RTG.

I would not be surprised if the domain and site is completely down by the end of the month.

Yes, its great to see that even though we all have our disagreements at times, we are all here for a common purpose - to protect each other and any prospective members from being sucked in by wankers like these.

What the hell, this thread has been going on for days, and only now one of the moderators pointed me to it. Look at all the fun I've been missing. :p

Looks a lot like a Ministering Angel scam - (see stupid casino tricks 2008) Best Worst 2008

But these guys have gone just a bit further to develop software using others' trademarks. What a joke!

Dear Raphael - since I'll be probably bumping into the CEOs of Playtech and MGS next week in London (both of whom I know pretty well), I'll make sure I pass on your info since you seem to be profiting off of their trademarked games. That'll keep your lawyers busy instead of going after little ol' me. ;)

Oh - and thanks for this. I now have some material for next year's awards

I sent you a PM in the week, just before I sent one to ******* so that they could pass it on to MGS. I thought your lack of reply was down to you being busy with the 22nd Jan video, and London trip.

Doing a little more inerrogation, it seems as though, their live support are people from their home address just paid for their job per month. I should consider doing that I think  (see

A little more information I think on their website. The website for some odd reason is hosted by infolink who are based in Panama.

For whatever reason the email exchange they use is salushosting(.)com, which is salustechnologies, who make the casino. I cant work out why the dont host the jackpotsheaven on their own server (salushosting(.)com), unless they are trying to hide where they are from.

If this is correct, the owners are based in India (known in forums as spydera), and the owner is the boss of salushosting, who are the owners of the casino aswell, just hiding themselves.

this explains why they claim they are the only ones to use it, as they are the ones that make the software.

How do you know that post was from JackpotsHeaven?

That's interesting about the mail server being hosted by Salus (that's what you're saying, right?). How did you find that out? Sent them an email and that was the domain name of where the response came from?

Well a bit of investigation pointed me to to that user in Freelancer. The requests can only be seen when logged in.

and I think that should explain it

The mail exchange took a little more digging. Its not where you recieve an email from, its who it is sent to. It could have been covered up, but i think it was missed, thats all.

Hi,

Ive just caught this thread and saw the .net TLD and thought that was it!

Didn't know there are two of them .net and .com

More digging lol

Cheers

I've also heard that this outfit have recently been sending emails to at least one portal webmaster threatening legal action, if they do not remove their respective warning concerning Jackpots Heaven.

This has given me a much needed kick and got me to add them to my blacklist page this morning.

Obviously if the 'management' of the casino have a problem with any of the information I have referenced in my article concerning their 'stellar' operation. By all means they can treat themselves and send me a legal threat....

You can add shilling to the list:

Post #32 from Zuga.

So they seem to be threatening people about their reputation, yet I've seen no explanation for the software that has stolen games from other manufacturers. Have they changed software in light of the revelations does anyone know?

Some guy who claims to work in their "PR department" called Anthony has been sending this dreary, awfully long email to everyone he can locate on Google that has criticised this sorryass operation, clearly hoping to bully them into pulling any critical comment.

It includes an imo actionable attack on Casinomeister among other things (like an hilarious reference to global terrorism) and implies rather clumsily that there might be some sort of legal action.

It's the sort of garbled and unprofessional nonsense that prompts one to say "bring it on," given the well documented flaws and follies of this outfit.

Talk about shooting yourself in the foot....::eek:

In their position drawing further attention to their operation and its questionable composition would be the last thing I would want to do!

Well, it seems Jackpots Heaven wants to sue the internet:

Please stop spreading false rumors by opening new threads on forums. This is a friendly warning to advise you to STOP NOW. We know you live in USA and you will be help responsible for every post you have made with false information which ruine our business.

I assure you that your fees you charge to damage our casino reputation will be dwarfed by the legal fees to oppose our lawsuits. If you have an in-house attorney, I recommend that you forward this email to that office NOW.

We wish you only the best going forward and regret we must resort to this form of communication.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

Removed their email address and the name of the person who emailed me.

Hilarious

Seems to me a casino has three options in a situation like this:

1) do what the majority do and engage in meaningful discussion to actually address the issues raised and show they are serious

2) resort to threats

3) move on

Taking option 2 suggests to me that they realise the issues raised can't be defended and only serves to inflame a situation (as is being proved here and on more and mores sites judging from a Google search). In fact I'd argue that by taking the aggressive stance, they are only demonstrating an attitude that won't sit comfortably with players.

All that said however, I'd suggest to anyone posting information about them to stick to the facts that have been exposed and avoid opinion where possible. It's pretty easy for readers to draw their own conclusions from the facts alone anyway.

I have responded to them:

Dear xxx,

This is the first contact I have had from you.

Did you not read the write up properly particulary the last paragraph, whereby it is stated we will vigorously and aggressively defend any legal action?

I suggest that if you wish to contact me again you either do so through your lawyer or provide me with your lawyer's details so I can pass them on to our lawyers.

Regards

Dave

I've just been passed some information which is very interesting concerning this outfit.

They have a listing on Casino City - This is not an ad campaign, just a listing, as Casino City lists every gambling site going.

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

The phone number given for them on their listing is: (818) 381-4880

It only traces back to a mobile phone

Link Removed ( Old/Invalid)

So it looks like the casino cannot afford a land line. :eek2:

Maybe this is why they listed Belle Rock's Support Numbers on their website. :D

I think Bryan is going to have to come up with a new award in their honour - " The Jackpots Heaven Dumbest Casino Scam Award "

From the reading of that thread it looks like people have deposited and lost at this place already
I hope it can be shut down before anybody else loses money there.

Yeah we were threatened with a silly letter as well it was so silly I will not give them the credit of posting it on forums anymore :) I am going back to finding the difference in the slots it is so much fun! Who needs to work on Friday when I can play where's waldo with this silly casino.

Oh Dave you know I am going to try to one up you but for some reason the reels and paylines keep jumping around on me sorta like they are moving to the beat of that kick ass song the slot has for background music...come on let's go let your slot grove to the sound of music....

Oh I forgot to add the person running this clip joint is based out of Sun Valley, CALIFORNIA...not too bright for a guy who operates an online casino (with money being funnelled into Costa Rica).

I wonder what the Feds would say about that.?

:lolup::lolup::lolup:

See what I mean about not drawing further attention to yourself, Jackpots Heaven? And there may well be more disclosures forthcoming.

LOL - this PR clown can't even disguise his tracks successfully. Definitely dumbass.

I believe the rest of his trashtalk is the sort of bravado bluster we've seen before - just before they rode off into the sunset.

More information concerning this outfit - to prove clearly that Jackpots Heaven and Salus Technologies who are responsible for 're'developing such great games such as Thunderstruck - are one and the same.

Below is the header info from the email threat o gram I received from them last week.
