Jackpotcity casino is a fraudulent casino. I was robbed of my winnings of aud $80,000.00 and I even withdrew a small amount from my winnings and was payed by the casino with no issues but when I tried to withdraw the remaining money $80,000.00 jackpotcity casino confiscated my winnings for no reason. I provided all relevant documentation all certified but jackpotcity casino is still refusing to pay me my winnings.
What should I do to get my winnings payed to me???

Surely, they gave you a reason for confiscating your winnings?

No they said it was management decision. I withdrew a small amount of money from the winnings and Jackpotcity casino paid it into my netteller account without any problems and then I went to withdraw the remaining winnings $80,000.00 and they confiscated. I PROVIDED all Documentation and all Certified so There Should of Been no Issue

I think Jackpot City stopped accepting Australians at the beginning of last year as I used to play there also.

They were a good casino and always got my winnings.

If I may ask how long ago did you win that money Suz?

Good luck, I hope you get your winnings though :)

It looks like Suz filed a PAB - note to Suz, make sure not to discuss the case further here as it could result in your PAB being canned. Let maxd see what he can do

FWIW no response from the casino peeps, Rep's auto-response was that he's out of the office until the 15th. I'll keep at it.

Unfortunately the casino rep refuses to discuss the issue -- the same "talk to the hand" treatment we've seen and heard from this group before -- but they do deny that the closure of the Aussie market had anything to do with the non-payment. I'm afraid that's about all we're going to get out of them on this one so ... case closed I'm afraid, at least as far as the PAB is concerned.

FTR this is the standing Warning regarding this group: Palace Group/CityViews casinos will not discuss player complaints.

Hi just out of curiosity if a particular company and liscence number are shown on 2 different casino sites does that mean the owner is the same? I have contact casino b stating they are both run by company x and they have said not the case. I did post the other day under rg. Sorry if this is hijacking this post i am a newbie so not sure about stepping on toes. Thank you for reading ☺

No, it doesn't. Many licenses, put simply, are 'sublet' and these casinos are called 'White Labels' here in the UK. They aren't the original applicants for the license or owners of the license but operate under it via the same sort of interface/platform.

So I (dunover) apply and get approved for a license. My casino, interface and software are what you play through. So further down the line Tom and Dick come up with some capital, I know them or trust them and I give them access to my interface and software for a fee and/or cut of the revenue. Tom and Dick simply use my interface, put their own branding/logo on it and off they go, operating under the same license number as me. The profits and revenue after my cut go to them. The casino will look similar aside from the branding but they can offer their own bonus structure which may be different to the one I offer, but probably not better as it could affect my site, a variation maybe.

As for Jackpot Shitty, they were OK once and used to take UK players like myself on the Viper platform before the necessity for a UK license came in back in April 2015 or 16 whenever it was. Then the stories started about surreptitious terms creeping in such as 10-day withdrawals and it was obvious at that point this shower had taken a turn for the worse. I am gutted that the OP has been ripped-off by all accounts.

They are just idiots. Player says "I was robbed of $80,000", casino says "no comment", what are we supposed to think? No choice but to believe it is 100% true, casino robbed the player of $80,000!

When the largest online community asks you if you robbed a player, you answer. Otherwise you are telling to all your players that you are robbing them!

Thank you so much for your reply dunover i understand a bit better now. The payment to and from on my statement also state the same name so i was confused as to whether they were in fact operated by the same company.

I hope the OP will engage a lawyer, must be complicated and will cost a nickle and a dime - but if it were me I would certainly give it a shot for $80K.
