My choice of casino's is very limited here and from the list of accredited casino's I can only play on Unibet. So I don't know if I'm in the right position to join the vote :p But in the Belgian market they're definitely the fastest to pay out and they have the best platform. Sadly their choice of games is limited because they weed out some games themselves and if I have 1 complaint about them it's the fact the casino section could be categorized so much better!

I don't think any casino really stands out to deserve the best casino award as in past years. You stick with the accredited list the top 15 are equally as good. I don't think anyone has or does something that makes them stand out way above the rest. In a positive way anyway. I do however think the RTP they supply should be part of how they are rewarded. It would be good to see in the pros and cons that RTP is mentioned. Example cons for Videoslots they use low RTP with game providers Red Tiger etc just as an example as I know other casinos are just as bad as Videoslots in sneaking low RTP games. In saying that If I had to choose the best casino it would be....

1. 32Red (still solid, one of if not the best rep and has been for years and years and one of very few that give BD bonuses)

2. Playojo (no wager requirements, no limits on withdrawals good promotions)

3. Bitstarz (they seem to work hard to please their customers, they work towards being better not going backwards like some)

I have tried a new casino that so far was great - @NeonVegas, also like @Konung Casino. I am also Canadian so some of the other casino's are not accessible to our market. Favorite games @isoftbet - Western Gold Mega-ways has certainly had its moments. Also play at @Videoslots but can't say its been happening there for me. Solid group however. Also really liked @EUSlots but ran into an issue with their customer service, so unfortunately they have fallen off my list.
 
well for me it has to be starspins casino, they may have not the biggest selection of games, but got the fastest payout ive ever experienced, hit 1900x on red tigers dragon fire, cashed out and in my bank after 6 minutes...…..that's what you call service.
 
For me Sly Vegas and Paddy Power rule the roost , they may not have the most extensive game library , but for me have been rock solid for customer service , payments and no stupid sow , and a good common sense towards the rules and regulations. Also high rtp.

My stand out casino would be 21casino, because they are the only one I have ever seen that clearly displays the RTP on every game before you even open it, and they seem to run the highest RTP version on their games.

That single thing makes all the difference to slotting time per deposit, and chance of having a winning session every now and then.

I haven't found any that I'm absolutely thrilled about. I used to love 32 Red downloadable casino but since there's only an online version
now available in Canada, which I've played at many times, it doesn't seem to be as much "fun". And the selection of slots is much narrower.
Given that I think I'm going to try some new Meister winners from years past! In all good faith, I'll have to pass on voting this year, while I do
some more research! Happy holidays and Stay safe.
 
Imho, Twin would be on top of my list. Lots of promos, Tournaments and Excellent Cs. They are on top of their game.

The Worst: Slotsmillion, Started off great here but the longer i play here, I see they do not care about anything on their site, yeah they might add a couple off new games each week and that's about it. I guess they will fall off the face of the earth in a couple of years time or less.
 
Bit reticent being on the 'other side' of the fence but here goes:

I nearly feel, Best Casino could enjoy a year's hiatus. It seems too many (current, formerly?)) stellar casinos have opted to rest on laurels and coast; oh sure, some pretty good outfits and still running strong.
But a fair few could really use a kick in the pants and a reminder (IMO) it's the players put them to the forefront of people's minds. I'll mull over my CAG vote as it becomes due.

Best rep. I interact with a fair few and while I've little cause to interact with Jan, he's been (consistently) present all year and in the forum addressing concerns and participating (whether that qualifies as rep, manager or both, dunno).

The guys and gals of Pragmatic Play get a shout-out for providing nearly year-long active promotions and contests for the membership. However, because it's mostly 'behind the scenes' and no direct ongoing 'singular' forum presence, hard to cast a vote, but feel they should be recognized.

To the two points above, hard not to recognize all the L & L sites as best group.

Best/Worst Software - the ridiculoulsy slow spinning of StakeLogic kills my soul.
BTG - love them, or hate them - and yes, Megaways is so very, very long in the tooth - there's really, no other software more talked about.

Forum Hightlights - Corona, it's the 2020 way of life. There's no escaping it, much like pervasive politics.

Member Achievement. I just want to point out, as some maybe arent quite attuned. While 'merely' staff/admin and sometimes seen on the boards fleetingly, I hope people come to realize, there's the million things the forum doesnt see. The tireless and often, thankless work people do to keep this site kicking. Pere for keeping the site ticking (and the HUGE amount of work done regarding projects) and the team of techs, LadyJ for her promotions work and rep coordination, among her other duties (and that shining personality), max for his headaches and working to bring resolution to player issues, monetarily or otherwise with his team, News Hound for keeping us all in the loop. Just......kudos...to you all.


As always looking forward to the awards, and to the membership, when casting your votes, please, look back to the year in totality, not merely those instances and activity of late.

Goes to Betzest for the way they blatantly stole a players honest winnings. For not having a clue how the slots work and for not cooperating fully with the PAB.

Yeah still bugs me the way they blatantly stole a players winnings by not having a clue how their slots work.

And just a query @maxd and @Casinomeister . A month ago when the PAB was finished it was stated their reviews was going to get changed. See it is still the same and has an 8/10 rating . Just wondering if it is going to still get changed as it is shocking really that a casino that Blatantly stole a players winnings and gave a massive F you to the forum and members has a review that makes it sound a quite good place to play.

Even if it is not put in the rogue pit where it belongs i would have thought it would have been a matter of urgency to at least get a warning on their review stating how they are untrustworthy and will confiscate players winnings as they have no idea how slots work,
 
This year few casinos has disappointed me and one of them is Videoslots casino,shame on you!

Best casino for me would be Hyper Casino,great support,fast withdrawls and lots of bonuses including their cashback.

Jan is amazing casino rep and nice decent young man.

As for slot of the year must say Bonanza for me,had really nice wins on it.

I really think its a shame that with todays technology, casinos cant implement a "woops you cant bet that high, you are using a bonus" pop-up.
Or i mean, they can, but wont unless ukgc forces their hand.

Not that he did bet too high in the betzest case.
 
Best Casino I have struggled to decide between AllBritish and Videoslots but I have to go for Videoslots this year. I love L&L but I think that Videoslots have gone quite some way to balance their rtp issues in the form of additional battle evenings and I still value their reward system. That and their ever present team just swung it for me.
Best Provider. No Limit City have provided me with endless fun with their fantastic slots
Best Game Warrior Graveyard xNudge just edges it for me

without question the best casino is one from the L & L group, as col said they are all superb, so all british here.

worst I’d say VS or casumo, both offer the player a terrible experience, whether this be RTP or sow and kyc nonsense.

At VS that function have existed since 2015 or 2016 and on several other casinos as well. Its very easy to build, saying anything else is BS as I was part building that function. There is also function for players to set max bet protection so they can avoid pressing "max bet" by accident.
 
As working in the industry I wish to nominate the best and worst regulator and regulation.

Best regulator have to be Denmark as they work with operators for the players. UK is actually getting 2nd place, they are not as bad as I thought few years back.

Worst regulator goes to my home country Sweden. The regulator and the minster are clueless. The whole system and legal structure is a failure and as being Swedish, its shameful. No other country in EU had so many players leaving the regulated market within a such a short time frame. At the moment its more beneficial for both players and operators to not have a license or to play on an unlicensed site, as its 100% legal for both to play and operators outside of the regulation.

Lets also not forget the amount of casinos that have left the UK market over the past year because they can not afford to stay or they simply do not wish to take the risk of huge fines from the UKGC.
I was as vocal as anyone last year about Videoslots decision to reduce rtp,and especially how they went about it but they are a solid casino who are willing to deal with player issues in here.
I have recently gone through the list of accredited casinos that are available to the UK market and there really are not that many left. Not all of their slots are offered with a lower rtp.
I would miss them if they left more than any other single accredited casino which makes them my casino of the year.

Provider of the year: BTG
Still loving each and every basterd slot they push out, and can't stay away from playing them :)
Close contenders were Nolimit and Relax, as the likes of say Deadwood and Money train 2 are also instant classics.
So after that shared 2nd place 3d would go to Push gaming, but they haven't done much since Jammin Jars i.m.o. at least not much that interests me..

Casino of the year: i only play at a handful of places, and would i still be able to enjoy MrGreen i may well have voted for them, but since that's a nono, i have primarily been playing at Unibet, V&J, Casumo and Leovegas. Of those Leovegas is my absolute favorite, because overall they pay the fastest (when you ask for flushing) have the most personal promo's that actually suit me, and are great in general, both in game selections and regular promos and tournaments. Shared 2nd place this time too, for V&J and Casumo, and a respectable 3d for Unibet.

The latter ones could all improve in the loyalty department, however it's not too bad. But overall i really enjoy my play there!

Game of the year: Money Train 2
There are always various games i love to death, basically every year theres at least one i have to add to the list. This year i won't make it too complicated and overall, Money Train 2 is just the game i played the most, for a good reason :)

When thinking about slot providers and Push completely slipped my mind, for that reason: they seemed to release some games bunched together that were quite good and then, maybe I've not noticed, but been really quiet (just seen a game 'Mystery Museum' this morning that didn't even know was released etc)

Last time i gave them a go was on Joker Troupe on Bwin.

Edit - just checked: only released 3 slots this year
 
Obviously my opinions are my own and relevant to me as a player in Ireland. Some things I may nominate may not be popular as I've read stories here of people having problems at certain casinos or with providers etc. But I will go on my own experience as you cant always believe what you read on the internet. If I did I would have drank 4 gallons of bleach back in April to be immune of coronavirus.

@Team.Videoslots good loyalty programme. They are huge and as a result they deal with a huge amount of shit. In the main pretty well. They've always paid within 30 mins of a withdrawal request so I'm a fan.

I've been really impressed by them - first time I won a decent amount and was wondering how long to process etc and done in under 20 minutes.

Still need to give them a run a bit longer, probably need more providers, but early impression of them are good.
