Pretty much in agreement with most but how can these money grabbing spammers fall from Grace when they were never there in the fist place lol :p :p
 
Best New Casino: Wild Jackpots

Best bonus compliment for doing nothing - 32red: Mark gave me a $100 bonus chip for pretty much nothing earlier in the year and that stood out in my mind (especially since I wasn't a loyal or VIP). Even though I've gotten bigger chips at other places, it only happened after they bled my wallet for awhile!

Most honourable group: Vegaspartnerlounge - I can't believe how long I was left on the VIP program; I was winning thousands from them every single month, but still got excellent treatment and sometimes even some 15% match bonuses. Not many places would do that for a player who just keeps on winning. Eventually I received lesser treatment and I had also stopped receiving certain monthly incentives, however it definitely took awhile. I eventually self-exlcluded myself from this group (my slot luck here was inspiring some bad/risky behaviour), however they will always have a positive place in my book!

Most unfortunate experience: GUTS - Ok, this is my fault for being lazy. I received a generous bonus offer in my inbox, but I couldn't log into my account! And I couldn't find the "forgot password" button either. I think its been a year or so since I've played there.

Most unlucky group / best bonuses - FortuneLounge: I guess when you blow over $20K at a single group, anyplace would give you insane bonuses. I got bonuses offers that were reloadable, had NO LIMIT and were x30. However I had some horrible shit luck here too. Also the risky behaviour that had resulted in tons of winnings at Vegaspartnerlounge was killing me here......Looking at my inbox just now, even though I haven't deposited in several months, I still see insane bonus offers - I have to say though that because of my previous bad luck/behaviour experience, I wear a tinfoil hat whenever I go to FL.

Frustrating group - CasinoRewards: They offer me bonuses (which I deposited money for) despite the fact that I'm bonus banned here and cannot redeem them :(

Also to this date, I still cannot find their bonus T&Cs because they never post them. They post a few terms and then say something like "General terms and conditions apply". Where the heck are these General Terms and conditions? Oh well, I guess its irrelevant now. I also had some other issues too which may or maynot have been their fault.

Worst casino group: SlotsInferno, 777 Slotnuts, others in this group. I haven't deposited here. But I'm mentioning them because I'm always getting emails from someone by the name of "Angela Harrel" about their crazy bonus offers. I've read such horrible things about them that I don't even think they run any kind of casino business at all, but rather some kind of scam to steal money! I thought I would mention them here to give them some bad press!

  • Best gaming experience award 2015:
    Endorphina-slots. It's a new game developer but the games so far are VERY innovative. There is basically no clone of a previous release like many of the big guns (esp. Netent and Microgaming) are coming up with. They are also approachable via the forum. I hope to see more of them in the future.

  • Major PITA 2015:
    I think of Every Matrix in general. Just a major PITA taking deposits of self-excluded players (from the same license) and deny winnings from those who where lucky and try to withdraw. Please get a system up and running that prevents SE-players from placing a single bet! Big lag issues, games unavailable or crashing games on top.
    The technical issues have improved while the issues concerning SE have not.

best newcomer imho: tradacasino - very innovative playerfriendly promotions, outstanding support - a peronsl note added to live chat since you can see the faces of the supporter... cashout very fast, sometimes instant - very friendly and helpful staff all over the company. Imo they have managed to close up to the top level and in some aspects might be going to overtake.

I like fresh wind in the market, improving competition in favour not at last for us players.

the ability to react to player issue in a very fair way - i had a little issue a few months ago - and got in touch with their rep, rachel. allthough we figured out i made a mistake she still didn´t retreat on that position, but her and nikki found a solution which was good and pleasant to all of us. outstanding fair attitude.

best longer existing casinos imo: betat, slottyvegas, superlenny, thrills (alphabetical)

I dont like to write about bad things that much and so i wont suggest the ugly award winners i have in my mind. ;-)

best response 2015 to crappy weird place-reps - sneaking around in forums, trying to trick people into questionnable operations. ;-)

and that assiplay-sites should be considered as joke of 2015 - since they send their ceo into battle for guerilla marketing. ;-)

maybe it should be mentionned that real casinos pay to marketing agencies for marketing. ;-)

the usp of that place is - you can find their ceo using many different names in forums all over the internet promoting the addictive "alien slot"... which just triggers one feature after the other and has a bjorn guaranteed rtp of 16865.99%. proven by the northpole iurisdiction in cooperation with the mars legislation...
 
Trada is lacking in basic functions such as quick spin in any Netent game - is eliminated, and with start-stop being disabled too become a pain to play, lack of a search bar, a full screen option since the game opens in a small window for a 15" screen. free spins carry wagering, only netent and mg, cheap design...
don't get the love for this place. can't recall trying enough new places this year that accepted my country, but is there really no other better???

Best online casino 2015 - Casumo casino. Far away from all other competitors. Awesome selection of games, pretty outstanding loyalty program, and well, withdrawals are absolutely fast. Their winter games just show their power and greatness. I have no idea who can come close to this guys...Mr green probably, yeah, let it be Mr.Green as runner up i am not played there almost at all this year, but I have feeling that they are awesome too :)

But I don't think they will qualify for the vote as they were not new in 2015. (Maybe new to this forum, but not a brand new casino).

Without a shadow of a doubt, the best casino for me is Videoslots because of:

- excellent customer service
- active reps here on the forum

If this is an example of potential rewards, especially the wager free part, then they will defo be seeing me and a slice of my budget in 2016!
 
Here are my preferences for the year to date!

Best Casino of 2015 - Videoslots

Beginning of this year I had about 15 online accounts at different places and I cut that down to about 6 in March. Now in December I only play at 3 places and Videoslot is truly provides the best overall experience for online casino as far as I'm concerned. Customer service is excellent, choice of slots is unmatched online, have never ever had an issue with withdrawals and deposits and the rewards system is also among the best if not the best that I have experienced. Their leaderboard is truly functional and respectful of most types of players in my opinion.

When I first started playing here in January the leaderboard race was limited to around 500 - fast forward to Dec and now its around 1600 !!! Clearly they are doing well and I have to say deservedly so as they have added alot of features (battle of the slots, view casino race is real time). It seems out of all the online casinos that I have played at Videoslots is the one that is evolving at the fastest rate with their slot additions/interfaces changes/new slotting concepts.

Best User Interface of 2015 - Casumo

Casumo in my opinion is the best themed online Casino. Pretty much every casino as a theme and the one that impressed me the most is Casumo. The layout is simple and minimalistic. The game browser is setup in a no fuss easy to browse style and it is very easy to switch between games and check your achievements/casumo race. The activity feed is quite good too - I've seen Casino's list 'such and such player won 0.50 on Dead or Alive' which to me is quite lame. Casumo's activity feed seems to at least list x10 and greater wins.

Casumo is definitely a fun place to play at - great themed casino and interesting levelling system.

Honorable mentions :-

Fastest Withdrawals with minimal bank fees -> Royal Panda/Guts/Betspin
Best Novomatic casino to play -> Casumo

Then there is this things with the reps here. For me a good rep = good casino. I know that's too simple but for me so far it have been the truth.

I originally said SuperLenny (and I stand by that) but if it has to come down to a vote between VideoSlots and betat I would very much like to change my vote to VideoSlots if I can.

Videoslots are extremely customer friendly on every level. They are the good guys and a class above competitors. I couldn't recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for an online casino, they set standards others do not match.

I have to go with MrGreen - Great website, very friendly CS and a nice casino website with loads of games to choose from.
This is the first time I have to vote for a different casino since country banned by GUTS.
For me MrGreen is a logical choice for this award for this year as I only signed up this year and starting to get to know the casino better and sofar my experiences have been only positive.
Also with Andy on board as a rep here I know I will be in good hands if I ever would have an issue.
Whenever I had an issue in the past, even back in the Redbet days he had it sorted quickly.
Only note, would be awesome if you guys would expand your WMS portfolio. :thumbsup:

For me personally this is Leo Vegas - Had to deal with CS a few times and their responses were always very short and had a big "I don't really care" level.
Once I queried why I never got any offer/bonus e-mails since I signed up and deposited and they simply said I did not qualify as their target market is not Ireland and thus I would never receive any offers,no matter how much I would deposit - FAIL!


Best Casino Group 2015:

BML group - Simply because I have had very few to non existent issues with any casino in this group.
Rocksteady crowd with casinoeuro as one of their casino's, a place I play since a long time.

Worst Casino Group/Platform 2015:

Everymatrix - They have turned plain evil and I try to avoid this crowd as the plague.

Best New Casino of 2015:

I leave this blank as I haven't joined any newly established / accredited casino's this year.
I try to limit my play to a few casino's that I like to come back to.

Best player experience 2015:

Ok,some people might scream but I have completely turned around when it comes to Netent and I got to respect their games very much in the last year, my opinion about them was changing slowly already.
They gave me the best playtime this year and actually my best hits were on Netent slots like Secret of the Stones, Lost Island, Twin Spin, DOA, Neon Stax & Wishmaster.
A lot of their slots I still avoid like CFTBL and JATBS as I cannot ever hit anything on those but in general Netent slots have been very good to me so my vote goed defo to Netent.
WMS still a good second, simply I love their slots and last year I voted for them but this year WMS has been mostly brutal for me.

Worst Player Experience:

When it comes to a casino I already voted for Leo Vegas, although accredited not my place to play.
When it comes to casino software I have to vote for Microgaming, from loving them 5 years ago to nearly afraid of playing them and trying to avoid them in 2015.
Also their 2015 releases only hurt my bankroll, over and over again.
Greedy mega super duper high variance slots with little to no chance for a big hit.
I won't even mention how much I have spent on Game of Thrones 243 lines and T2 (Chasing the non existent Hot Mode).
No game time even on lower bets, bankroll draining blood sucking vampires.

Best Customer Service Award 2015:

Had not a lot of dealings with any CS this year at the casino's I play but I have dealt twice with a lovely rep from CasinoEuro (BML Group) and she got my issue resolved twice within the first call, after call was finished the issues were resolved.
So for me in this case I have to cast my vote for them.

Biggest Disappointment of 2015:

Novomatic Slots - All they seem to release these days is clones of Book of Ra and other popular old titles from their portfolio.
No renewal whatsoever, they keep living off their old popular series like Lucky Lady Charm, Book of Ra, Dolphins Pearl etc etc.
Still play them as I just like them but I would love to see something really new from this outfit.
I mean Hoffmania, one of their most recent online releases is just absolutely atrocious. :eek2:;)

Casino Representative of the Year 2015:

Karolina / Club World - Not because I had issues with them but because of helping me finding my way around within their casino group and picking the right casino for myself to register at, as I was confused about where to sign up as they have a lot of casino's under one roof.
She was friendly, curtious and very helpful.
So she deserves my vote.

I don't like to play favourites. The places that get my deposits know I like and trust them.

But I would like to nominate Video Slots for casino of the year.

They have a no nonsense bonus reward system without wagering, based on play. A little adapting for us used to deposit bonuses.

Reps that are responsive. Implemented a customizable max bet button due to player requests.

Fun battles, both freerolls and paid ones. Wager free free spin rewards, and casino races that reward all levels of players.

And the biggest slot portfolio I play at.



Casino Management. Bet-at. Not once but twice this year they faced cyber terrorism, kept the players in the loop and showed transparency as they have from the outset.

I can only say this:

For me sky vegas for top casino.......I know there has been some issues with them from what i can gather something about the affiliate program as mentioned by max in his christmas message to us, but having a £10.00 bonus entered into my account from one of their promos and somehow managing to get it to £700.00 and sitting in my bank account three days latter gets my vote...

as for best customer service.....dont know as ive never had to use them.

Worst Casino:Ace Kingdom A friend of mine won £100 from their free no deposit chip and they are refusing to payout such a meager amount even though all of his ID is perfectly acceptable and legible. Not only are they bad at paying out, the site navigation layout is amateurish and extremely confusing. Disgrace from a casino run by Ladbrokes

Fall from grace: Ladbrokes First they takeaway MG slots and replace them with a small selection of NE but mostly rubbish ancient Playtech slots. Then they introduce the worst promos they have ever had and release the terrible site Ace Kingdom as mentioned above

Best bingo site: Butlers Bingo Fair wagering and you can withdraw if your real cash is above the bonus and of a minimum withdrawal amount(always a good thing) The only flaw for some is the maximum cashout being 5k a week but for lowrollers this won't matter.

Most underrated slot: Lancelot by WMS what a game this is!

Fastest cash-out award: Videoslots sometimes in my Neteller in seconds! Honourable mentions to VnJ,Casumo,Bet-At/Slotty Vegas,Guts and PaddyPower also for pretty fast cashouts sometimes within an hour usually no more than 10 hours.

- treasure chests not unlocked after the required amount of bonus rounds - had it happen now 3 times, basically every time i played for those chests. It took up to 2 days for somebody to send me an email that they have been updated. Last time was this Monday and i am still waiting for the promo meter to progress. :mad:
- bonuses not credited - happened plenty of times. LiveChat is not 24/7 hence you have to wait until they are online to have it credited manually. And don't play your deposit as you will not get the bonus if you have lost your balance before asking support for the manual crediting :(
- Christmas Calendar - big decline compared to 2014
- Rep (Erik) not active for nearly a month - i wrote him a PM on 9th Dec, it was read only on 29th Dec (although he was logged in in between) and still no answer
- No CM exlusive promos in 2015 - well, none that i can remember off, i stand to be corrected though
- no Christmas comp - was declined on LiveChat and Erik never answered to my PM; however, this is a personal experience which might not be that important for judging the casino

- bonuses not credited - happened plenty of times. LiveChat is not 24/7 hence you have to wait until they are online to have it credited manually. And don't play your deposit as you will not get the bonus if you have lost your balance before asking support for the manual crediting :(
- Christmas Calendar - big decline compared to 2014
- Rep (Erik) not active for nearly a month - i wrote him a PM on 9th Dec, it was read only on 29th Dec (although he was logged in in between) and still no answer
- No CM exlusive promos in 2015 - well, none that i can remember off, i stand to be corrected though
- no Christmas comp - was declined on LiveChat and Erik never answered to my PM; however, this is a personal experience which might not be that important for judging the casino

I have to agree with all of the above - I have had a pretty carbon copy experience to this bar the fact I did not message the rep this month :p

Cheers mate, good, well actually not good, to hear that i am not the only one.

Low and behold, after 2 days i just received an email from Thrills support regarding the treasure chests and guess what:

- 3 achievements have been credited - i had a total of 6 bonus rounds @ 1$ or above but only 3 credited
- opening chest 1 gives you a 10$ bonus - not credited.

WTF Thrills, get your act together or don't run the promotion at all. :mad: :eek:
