On fenix casino requested withdrawal on last thursday and still waiting.. using skrill

These terrible casinos are giving other casino's in there a group a bad name, I no its been said that hello has nothing to do with fenix I am still staying clear until things have been sorted, That payment is to long an no excuse

Hello Casino hasn't given me any grief whatsoever, their livechat has always been helpful and every single matter has been solved fast. I've made a couple of withdrawals and they have been paid without any problems :) Haven't tried Fenix though, and probably never will if other peoples' experiences have been very negative.

I think they definately are differant owners, from the time frame they pay you. Hello pay within 24 hours max, sin city casino (also with the group) pay within 48 and fenix seem to take slightly longer. Almighty vikings is another one, as well as vegas berry. They definately all share the same support staff though, Aria, Fiona etc. The sites are typical whitelabels though, with differant skins on an identical layout. Plus there bonuses work differantly.

you can find abit more here, netagame.com/index.php?page=partners

These seems to be the casino's running from the same provider,
I have checked and all have different wager terms ect, Such as play through rangers from 25x bonus to D&B & Also some games are not aloud when others are only so much %, After talking to live help they seem to all have the same in house CS shared between them,

Looks like only hello casino has bothered to get there arss in gear and came on board here, It only takes 1 bad fish to kill the rest and as stated some of theses sites are given others a bad name,

As you can see by the screen shot that was speaking to the same person from 2 different sites,

almightyvikings
vegasberry.
sincity
hellocasino
casinoadrenaline
fenixcasino
fortunajuegos
jackpotknights *dead site*

First i was promised that i will get paid today... after hours of asking finally brianna on live chat told me that my withdrawal will be processed tomorrow... And what happens tomorrow ? I bet they say "sorry you will be paid on wednesday..." and so on... Im so fucking tired of casinos like this .. delays delays delays excuses excuses and more delays.... RAAAAAAAAAAARH

and i have actually sent 2 emails to their cashier today , first one 11 hours ago and no reply...

I think the casino's can actually chose a time frame ect, If this is the case than maybe CS may or not no but if one casino can process payment in a good time and others do not than goes's to show that it is for one reason only,

Players should stay clear, Hello casino is the only one that can be vouched for at the moment but would be good to see the rep say abit more about this

One thing what i dont understand is that yesterday they had live help support who also is in live help at other flavidus casinos.. today there is support who only works for fenixcasino..

Bollox, You may get some of theses casino on a shared help and that which actually employ extra staff for chat for there casino, But dout very much if fenix does, Just goes to show if lying about that than what else are they hiding

How may I assist you?
me: well hello there

something fishy is going on

If they lie about one thing, how can they expect us to believe them when they say another.

We only have the rep's word for it that Hello and Fenix are totally separate, everything else points to a connection of some sort. I would say that the same gambling licence is a BIG connection, and the same support staff is yet another significant connection. The differences can be explained away by having each skin target different market sectors with different promotions and managerial approaches, each with a significant degree of independence, but they all rely on the top of the pyramid to keep them viable, chop this off, and the separate skins will collapse, and no amount of local autonomy will make a difference in terms of how players will fare in the ensuing tumbling down of the structure.

We now have the same chat rep claiming to only work for Fenix, yet there they are dealing simultaneously with a live chat with a player from Adrenaline as they make this claim.

We had a similar thing going on with Rival. They too claimed they were completely independent, and there were some stark differences between the skins in terms of speed of payment and "roguery". However, it turned out the whole thing was a lie, the overwhelming majority were owned by the same 4 Canadian chaps, and all run through the same holding company. The "management" at each skin was nothing more than "super affiliates", and it turned out that when it came to deciding which players were not paid, bonus banned, etc, all had to obey the diktat of the "Rival player database" operated by the operating company.

It looks like we have a similar structure here, with the holding company being the one with the gambling license, and which ultimately calls the shots. Local management seem to have a degree of autonomy, but they still have a boss who calls the shots. For some reason, the team running Hello manage to do a better job than the team running Fenix, but this could easily change, much as it did with Rival skins, great one minute, and screwing over the players the next.

In this structure, the interdependence means that there is a high risk of the badly run skins bringing down the well run ones. If the holding company is deemed to be in breach of the licence held for them all, perhaps due to the actions of a bad skin, the whole lot will be brought down.

It does make you think, I mean some person would not go and invest an amount of cash into a casino operation without looking into things?

For instance if a new chain of eateries opened up you would not say ahhh I want a bit of that I will open a franchise with you, Pay you aload of money, Knowing that if there was complaints than I wouldn't have to worry as they will sort it all, My first Qs would be hang on a minute who is going to operate the phones? 2nd would be who else has bought into it? As the last thing you want to hear is that the money you just invested the same eaterie in the next town has been closed due to dodgy practices
Does not make sense and Daniel you must know my friend?

I believe they well might be separate but storeys tell me different, Daniel stated he did not no fenix? Now That has to be dodgy, I am not calling him a lier but for god sake he must of heard of running from same operation? Just like the IPSALDERNY sites, All the same chap reps but have no connection to others? or no about the other sites? Now just hang on a minute if the CS knew nothing about other sites than why on earth can you chat to them from the other site?

Again my screen shots above will show that the same host across the hello/fenix group but she did admit they she works for many casino,

I have mentioned I do not no how the operation works but I would not like to if its full of lies and deceit, But I take it that may be just like Every matrix handing out the green flag to dogy sites, But we no that most of them are more than good, Just puts a spanner in the works knowing that there is some dodgy operations going on and as I again pointed out about a year back, It all goes in to a few pockets anyway, (Hats please) :)

Withdrawal still on waiting.. made it on last thursday at fenixcasino :(

Get on to the rep for hello casino, I no he stated he had nothing to do with the fenix operation but I think he does no more than he is letting on, If not than surley he will no the customer service who are working on the hello casino and also for the rest, Thats to long to wait for payment.

Apologies for asking this at this time in the discussion, but does Hello Casino still offer the 50 free spins for signing up that I saw a few others had mentioned earlier in this thread? I couldn't see anything on their website or under the promotions tab.

Its funny that these casinos are not connected and everyone of them:
- having issues with payments at the same time.
- have same company owning them.
- have same support staff.

I just wonder what are they hiding or what is this "Experienced Dutchmen" behind these casinos hiding.

What i understand is that they are all different casinos but their payments come from one place just like their support.
So their financical part is connected. And thats enough for me to say that they are all part of the same group owned by same people.

Yes but I had personal problems with adrenaline casino around the same time Fenix started acting funny :p

I've never heard of the other casinos though...ambercasino doesn't bring any result at all, I'm not sure this list is valid? Maybe they went bust already.

P.S I would prefer to start a separate thread for Adrenaline, so that people who google "Casino Adrenaline Complaints" might see it :p

You should start that.. BECAUSE "these casinos are not connected in any way" and its just coincidence that all these casinos have problems at the same time ;)

Guys, I'm terribly sorry to hear/read all this! The connection between Hello Casino and the other casino's is that we are all clients of Myeg NV and use Flavidus Limited to process payments. The ownership of each brand is different, in that sense we from Hello Casino have nothing to do with the other brands. We use the support services provided by Myeg, and I'm sure some of the other brands are using the same support, although this is something optional which each client of Myeg can choose to use or not.

In short: we are being provided by Myeg / Flavidus with the technical infrastructure / the legal infrastructure / the financial infrastructure to run our own casino. We can decide ourselves on the terms and conditions / bonus terms / pay methods / withdrawal time etc etc

Cash management is something each of the brands is responsible for itself, for that reason we have sufficient funds in our client account with Flavidus, how other brands manage this is something I don't know, but judging by the comments and the fact that I'm being approached by multiple Fenix Casino players its apparently very poor.

I can help everybody that has problems with Hello Casino direct, I will forward all complaints / threads regarding the brands that are not functioning well. For now I can only recommend one thing to everyone: if you don't receive your withdrawal in time, and support is not answering, don't ever play there again.

Bit of a bummer for you Daniel to find yourself being pulled repeatedly to this i.m.o. a wee bit unfair titled thread.

I am saying unfair as it seems you really do not have anything to do with the other Casino's then that which you already stated.
I just like to add, that i have been happily playing with them for a good 2 months i think, and have had zero issues, all the games were working fin, all the bonuses were credited as promoted, the withdrawals were very fast, as were the communications with both chat and Daniel himself.

Maybe it's time for a new thread, or at least an amended title? I will report my own post with such a request, maybe the mods agree.
Regardless of that, keep up the good work Daniel!
