    As a protest to their practise with pending periodes regarding withdrawals. 24-48 hour pending time. I decided to close my account with both these casinos. This is 2015.. No serious Net Ent/MG site doesn't flush.

    They are both under the same casino group.

    THEY DO NOT RESPECT my choice, it has been three days and all I get is excuses and 25 euro bonuses. (I do not take them)

    I have explained several times that I do not support casinos that does not flush withdrawal and as a protest want them
    to close the accounts.

    How rogue is this group?

    Do they have no ethics or morals at all?

    We regret to see your experience in our casino was not what you expected it to be. I understand and agree with you that nowadays instant withdrawals are industry standard and that this is something we do not have in our casino at this moment. We are currently working on such integration and expect instant withdrawals through Skrill to be available by mid next week. We are working to improve the casino product and customer experience, however these are things that unfortunately take time. We do take every player serious and hope that there are still certain things about our casino you remember as being positive.

    When we started this casino all we wanted to achieve was simplicity and transparency. Just being a simple & honest casino:
    - no wager requirement on winnings from free spins
    - no wager requirement on winnings from bonus money
    - at all times be able to withdraw your money, not locking anything
    As i said I do understand and agree with you that offering instant withdrawals should be part of this ideology, and by next week it will be.
    The last thing we want is an unhappy player, I hope you could give us a chance to show you the instant withdrawal process as soon as it's in place.

    I cannot speak on behalf of Fenix Casino as we are not involved in any of their business, we operate under the same license but have different casino management and policies in place.

    At the moment we work under a Curacao license, meaning that certain providers will not make their games available in countries that have their own licensing regime. We hope to be in the next round of applications for a UK license, this way also UK residents will be able to play these games in our casino.

    So basically live help made an idiot out of me then when they said i should clear cookies, change browsers etc? also told me they are aware and trying to fix the errors?

    Then it seems like this guy needs to be checked by max or bryan or someone and get the rep status before anyone passes him some details as he doesn't know everything about the casino.

    Please contact the admins to get your rep status, i'm going to report this thread to bring it to bryan's attention so he can check it out as posing as a rep people might pass sensitive details and he needs to be verified

    Can you explain why both casinos clearly state on their respective sites, that they are owned and operated by the exact same group, and under the same licences?

    I smell a scammer. :mad:

    Just so I can understand better, is your issue with this casino group the fact they actually have pending periods, or that they won't close your account as requested?

    I just had a quick look at both sites and read their terms, and they actually seem like pretty good casinos. In particular Hello casino. :)

    Besides this recent issue you are having, have you played there long and had any other issues? Have you made and received withdrawals within the quoted time frame?

    I don't like pending periods, but aren't opposed to playing at a site that has them if it is a good all round site, so I ask these questions as I would consider playing at Hello Casino if their only downfall is pending periods.

    Your advice would be appreciated. :thumbsup:

    My problem was that they did not close accounts and did not respond.

    Very polite people WHEN they answer

    I waited more then five days +24-48 hour pending periode. But I was eventually paid On both sites.

    They seem to be the same owners as Vegas Berry Casino also.

    Don't know much about them either, but The Pogg rate both Fenix and Vegas Berry as trustworthy sites, and in the past I haven't had any issues with the sites Pogg recommends.

    Hello casino seems to be the newest casino of the group, and have better terms all round. Higher withdrawal limits, as well as excellent x25 wagering on bonuses, and no wagering on free spins at all. I also confirmed with CS that there is no max bet restrictions at all with bonuses, and no max cash out.

    Add this to your claims that they do pay, and they sound a little too good to be true. :eek2:

    The 5 day wait on your withdrawal is a concern though.

    I may dig around for more information, as they do seem like a potentially good site. Thanks for raising your concerns, lol. ;)

    They really should close your account at your request though. Being a new site, they are probably scared to lose a good customer, and are stalling as much as they can. No excuse though. Hope you get it sorted.

    EDIT: After reading this thread, I'm not so sure now. Some heavy duty waiting times on those withdrawals, and I'm not the type to put myself through that kind of anxiety when I can just play elsewhere. If that improves, I may think about it again.

    You can have multiple casinos under same white label license, without same management, for example of 24 EveryMatrix platform clients, at least 13 of them also use the Everymatrix white label license, so they have same license number, same company number, same street address, etc. without having same management.

    All 13 have all or part of these listed on their web page company/license info.

    Here is bank statement from hello casino (FLAVIDUS LIMITED) google that and you see Hello, Fenix, Vegas berry, All must be run by same platform but no means they have anything to do with each other, Rules are simple and straight, No wager on free spins, 25x bonus wager, Live help seem good, (This is hello) I do not no if would be my local but wait and see if a rep ect comes on board

    Ive seen it all now, Just received email and stated 40% bonus, Now I do not touch this sort of bonus as I would prefer just to stick the extra 40% in cash,

    Any way it said "winnings from bonus has no wager" I thought hang on this would be the 1st casino to give you a free % bonus, So went and checked it out

    "Hello Monday! Unfortunately the weekend is over, but we will do our best to extend the good feeling. Make a deposit on Monday the 26th of January and we will give you 40% bonus on your first deposit!

    You’ll be pleased to hear that winnings from bonus money have no wager requirement, and our wager requirement on the bonus is only 25x."


    Work that one out, Why on earth would bonus winnings come with a wager when theres already a 25x pt on it

    Got the exact same email but deleted it straight away as i need to find out abt the status of the rep otherwise its very shadowy for someone to pose as casino staff on here
