Played again tonight at Hello, made a withdrawal request and they now have the option of paying back to the depositing card, which for me is another step in the right direction.

No worry's my old friend, You win some and lose sum. I did get an email with 83 spins after on a £10 deposit, I think its was 50 on shitburst and 33 on another which the 33 was a daily deal any way so also got the shitburst spins, (pointless)

As regards the withdrawal methods, these indeed only show in case a deposit has been made with the respective method. If you use Skrill you can withdraw with it, same goes for Neteller / Visa. Reason behind this is AML guidelines.

Welcome aboard, I thought as much as my last post stated that you may have to deposit first with such method, Doing things right already as should be, Most will not tell you this untill to late and made the depo to relise payment will only go back to deposit method used

Yeah, I got caught out by that. But EVENTUALLY had my deposit refunded.
So beware any UK players, who are thinking of signing up!!
