Bitch and Moan Issue with Pantasia's VIP monthly cash back

    For the month of May I was getting promotions that said I was at the Bronze level, and if you look at their page above it says that the monthly cash back on losses is 7.5%. I never received anything so I inquired around mid June, I waited that long because I was only expecting a few $'s so no big deal. I received a reply stating that you had to deposit a minimum of $100.00 to qualify for the cash back. Of course I replied back and said it does not state this on your website. Well they humored me and gave me a freebie of I think $10.00. Now let's move to the month of June. I deposited over $200.00 and I was getting bonuses that said I was at the Silver level now and the cashback for that is 10% per their website . A little over a week ago I emailed and inquired as to why I hadn't received it. This is the reply I received back from them via email.
    Dear Bonita xxxxx,
    We would like to inform you that the cash back promotion is not only based on the amount you have deposited.
    The cashback promotion is based on the total amount you deposited minus the total amount you received in promotions and withdrawals.
    As you have received more in promotional money than the total amount you have deposited, your account does not qualify for this month's cashback promotion.
    Thank you for contacting us. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us again.

    My complaint.....no where on the website that I can find does it make mention of this information in the email. I know from experience with the other rivals that do a monthly cash back that I've always received it, didn't even have to ask. Oh and I did not cash out so that doesn't come into play.
    In my email reply back to them I pointed out that there is no mention of this on their website. No response to that nor do they seem to care one whit about keeping me as a customer.

    From the website I got the impression that the cashback should be based on losses ie deposits minus withdrawals + remaining cash balance. The fact that bonuses were given should not figure in the equation as these are part and parcel of the benefits of the VIP Level in question. You have to meet certain WRs for the bonuses and that's that. No additional requirements that are not stated there should be imposed. Otherwise they should state this in the particular promo's terms and conditions like non-play at certain games, min 1x cashout etc.

    They (all the Rivals except Sloto'cash) have screwed up their bonus system so royally it takes a wizard to figure it all out. :eek: I just gave up and quit playing anywhere but Sloto'cash. And then I just don't expect anything so I won't be disappointed. :D

    You are right anniemac, I think they have screwed up with the new systems, they are getting less of my money. :)

    RE: Pantasia's VIP program, cash back. It's not right to have a policy such as in the email they sent me but not have it clearly visible on the website. I tried to get them to understand this via email but they have a so what attitude, so.....I'm here.

    Remember when they first started we got bonuses everytime we turned around. Now nothing. All of them lost my money when they screwed up the withdrawals the first time.

    I don't care what they offer for bonuses anymore. I got tired of trying to keep up with them and their bonus programs. I was a VIP at Pantasia. I deposited alot with them before all this mess. Then I went from a VIP to a VI nothing.

    Actually I stick with Club World pretty much. At least they do throw me a bone every now and then. :D

    FWIW, I sent a very nice email to Sloto'cash asking them why I didn't get anything based on my deposits last week. I was politely told that I wasn't eligible. Now that really PO'd me. I have spent thousands at all of these Rivals and now they have decided I am not eligible. :mad:

    So, I have closed my accounts with all of them. If I am going to lose my money, I think I had rather lose it to a casino that will at least make me feel like I am appreciated.

    So I will no longer be beating the Rival drum. :mad:

    If anyone finds a good casino out there that rewards players would you please POST IT somewhere? I agree with the Rivals..I cashed out once and I think my so called VIP status went down..a 35% bonus? Oh, and, I have now uninstalled Club World....$875 deposited last month..one cashout for $400 (not to mention that is the first cashout in 6 months) and I'm sorry but NO loyalty bonus..or any bonus for that matter...it seems if you claim too many bonuses with a depsoit during the month that counts against you too. So, I have given up on them..I think I'm going to stick to MG's and deposit a little here and there just for the heck of it. But good luck to everyone!:thumbsup:

    Right now I am playing at Club World and Villento. I very seldom use a deposit bonus unless I am really low on funds and just want to play. Club World sends me a nice freebie at least once a month so I can't bitch and Villento has been pretty nice about letting me claim bonuses after several deposits.

    I know it's their business who they give freebies to and if they give them at all but it is also my right to not play at their casino if I feel like I am getting screwed.

    Hi everyone,

    With pantasia I did have the same experience and stopped playing there after depositing large amounts and not getting anything. They told me I was not eligable not even for a match bonus.
    As I come from a banned country for a bonus; the Netherlands.
    They credited me manually one time for usd 10,- and I was not a small depositer there....:rolleyes:

    As far as paradise and cocoa go they have been more than generous to me.
    Before I started playing there I e-mailed Jason about my situation and he agreed to credit the bonus manually.

    After cashing out on my free loyalty chip usd 1000,- at paradise 8.
    The next week they credited me with a freebie at paradise8 and Cocoa and another 100% bonus at both of them.
    So as far as this goes I cannot complain.

    Used to play at sloto a lot to. But they seem to have put a hold on those sloto tickets.
    I used to get them all the time. Between usd 20-40
    Last week deposited a lot..Got 20 usd after asking support...

    My money too at the most of them but i deposited further at Sloto and from time to time at Slots of Fortune when they like to offer.

    From the others it comes no more offers.

    Did you remember what i have posted for a while annie ?

    suddenly i'm not more longer eligible for promotions at the other Rivals after deposited very much --- without Sloto and Slots of Fortune until now.

    Sorry, i have no Explanation for that i can only guess and not beeing sad annie, it gives many other casinos for you. ;)

    Ah, so the loyalty of an individual is meaningless to them, the WHOLE POINT of these "banned countries" lists is to deter fraudulent/abusive new player sign-ups. Once a player "demonstrates a willingness to risk...blah blah!" then surely they should be treated as any other loyal player would be.

    There are many other casinos that do just this, "banned countries" are banned from the automated sign-up bonus, but when they demonstrate that they are going to be genuine loyal players, then they are manually placed onto the loyalty program.

    Regular players are PAYING for the loyalty programs from the casinos "hold" from their wagering activity. A casino has to offer games with a greater net "hold" in order to both fund loyalty schemes and make a decent profit.
    To never be allowed to be treated to the loyalty program would be like having to pay taxes, but being told by your government that you are not going to be receiving any state services because of the street you live in.

    Well, after going round and round with Sloto'cash, I did get a Sloto'ticket.

    My whole deal with them is that Sloto tickets are suppose to be based on your deposits the week before. No deposits=no sloto tickets. That is fine. No problem. However, I had made qualifying deposits. After I gave them the dates and amounts from my history in the cashier section I received an email saying they had made a mistake and they sent me a freebie.

    What PO'd me was being called a liar and being made to feel like I was trying to cheat them or something.

    If a casino puts out information saying if you do this, you get this, then they should stick by it. And if you are going to give the freebie to one then all that qualify should get one, size based on deposits just like they said.

    Don't promise stuff you can't or have no intention of backing up.
