Mr Green, can I get a refund?

Hello,

I made a bad mistake of depositing 10,000 euro to mr green and I am trying just to get my deposit back safe.

I didn't gamble at all and I have sent bank statements, I'd and proof of ownership of card.

It has almost been one month and I keep getting the same reply it's with the relevant department for checks.

Will I get my deposit back as I am starting to get very worried over it ?

Chances are that you've got yourself caught up in their AML procedures. Depositing a large amount then trying to withdraw straight away is a classic money-laundering technique, albeit pretty out-dated.

Mr Green is part of the 888 Group and the whole lot are notorious for ignoring player complaints whenever it suits them. Which is to say that -- assuming you are legitimate and NOT up to anything -- you're likely going to have to wait for them to be satisfied that everything is kosher before they'll release your money.
