It's entirely up to the casino or provider if they want to show the RTP.

Some Curacao casinos actually display the RTP. Everum Casino is an example. On the other hand most places use an Aggregator or Game Supplier - Eg. Softswiss. The casinos using an aggregator would be reliant on the settings by the software supplier.

An example is Dama NV casinos. RTP is not displayed on PnG by default at these websites. As mentioned above by @helafast , you can check the RTP using Google developer tools.
