Resolved iNetBet withdrawal delay

I've tried every possible thing to understand what's going on and unforchinetely all i am getting is "you got paid" and "money will be with you shortly".
I wrote to Emily_Hunsen and she responded with only "InetBet accredited by CM since 2004" lol

I made a withdrawal using PayMyCard on April 27 and it was processed and approved on April 28th. From the experience, it takes 3-4 days for money to show on the account.
Its been two weeks now (10 business days). All i am getting from them is this is not our fault, its the processor. You got paid, money will arrive. I understand money will arrive, the question is when. How come iNetBet does not have any details about PayMyCard method on the web site? No details on time for this method in cashier either.
This is one of the lines I got from them: '"we are dealing within a very difficult marketplace that we have for many years strived to maintain an excellent service to all our customers."

Where is excellent service?? If you can't deal with difficult market, then don't make unreasonable promises (3-5 business days)

I won good amount of money this week in Lucky red. Same withdrawal method initiated on Tuesday. Money on my banking account today.

Can someone explain why iNetBet dealing with difficult market and TRYING to provide excellent service, while Lucky Red actually paying quick and providing excellent support and service.

I understand that there had been many topics about iNetBet recently. Maybe its time to re-consider the fact that its a great and trustworthy casino. The fact that players getting paid is great, but I don't recall when it was done in timely matter or when I got prompt response from the support in reasonable time frame
Please don't get me wrong, I understand that I will get paid and I understand 2 weeks is not that long. I just don't understand why can't iNetBet send simple email like "we are sorry, we are currently experience some delays that will be fixed shortly", instead of all BS they providing as an excuse

You need to PM the REP for InetBet Tom instead of Casinomeister. I think he would appreciate that. Tom would be able to assist you. By the way he can be reached if you email InetBet Support and ask for Tom in that email. He will take good care of you.

I received withdrawal instant proccesed almost. 1 Minute after I sent email to him and support. Most crazy thing I have ever experienced :cool:

same problem for me

I was on my was to PM Emily, stopped here 1st to see if anyone was also having problems with them. I cashed out at Club USA and received my check in under a week. My last withdrawal with Inet from Wednesday is still just sitting in my account, ( over 72 hours) the one before that was April 29, and all i got from a rep was we will notify you of the the tracking number when we get notified it is sent from the processor.

Strange things is they both use Fedex and they both come from the same origin point. they are quick to take your money, quick to point out if you didn't follow every single solitary term and condition. I wish microgaming would come back to USA. I am seriously considering closing my account.

I also had like 2200 comp points and when i redeemed them they didn't leave the 200 they tossed them away. By the time i went back to the cashier and noticed it was to late, all they said was maximum comp points that are redeemable is 2000, and wouldn't even acknowledge i had more than 2000. You know now as i write this the more it becomes apparent that i have had way to many issues with them. More than all the the other casino's put together so i will wait for my money to show up and close my account - they just are not worth it. It feels like a fight with them all the time, so why should i continue to support them with my green dollars. Thanks for making me see the light.
 
Eventually got paid last week

I had the same problem but eventually got paid by FedEx after 3 weeks- long period of time for Inetbet. The good thing with Inetbet is you know you will get paid the bad things is that after they processed withdrawal they bonus banned me again. I had made one previous withdrawal over the course of 2 years and they bonus banned. I wrote them expressing my displeasure and stayed away from them for a number of months then re-wrote and they re-instated deposit matches. I am now banned again and requested a 6-month break. Good luck with the withdrawal.
 
another Monday, still no withdrawal. I am just no sure what should I do( Emily_hansen viewed this thread and did not even bother to respond anything.

Given that it's been a weekend and a holiday weekend at that, I would give her some time to respond to you today or tomorrow. She may have read the thread today and is taking time to look into it before responding. This is what I would expect from an accredited casino anyway.

I would hope that this would not get to the PAB point, but if you get zero response from the rep and see that she has been on line by Wednesday then you might want to take that route.

I don't like what I'm seeing at inetbet - it has been my favorite casino for a very long time and this is the first time I've been tempted to close my account and say goodbye. I got the email saying that I would be bonus banned if I used bonuses - I used to be a premier member and I am no longer - I sincerely believe it's because I won a bit lately - apparently that's a no-no.

I can't get them to give me a date that the money was supposedly deposited into my account only that it will be here soon. No straight answers makes me nervous.

I've noticed that recently there has been more complaints about Inetbet, slow pay is among the worst. I think there could be a processor problem (there was I'm not sure if it's ongoing though) or a cash flow problem. Which is really unfortunate as Inetbet is one of the better US facing casinos. However at least players are getting paid (as would be expected from a CM accredited casino) but it seems that it's taking Inetbet quite a while to do that.

I'd keep a close eye on the forums as they could be having a cash flow problem and you don't want to risk playing somewhere that might have difficulty paying your winnings. I think you will get paid it just might take some time :)

thank for sharing your situation. Obviously, they don't really care about USA customers. I am daily depositor (multiple times lol) and needless to say, I am done with them after this time. Worse customer service, worse attitude, lack of support, stupid rule about $500 max once a week for PayMyCard and only one check per week, terrible support and now in addition to all of this, slow withdrawals. If it takes 2 weeks or more to withdraw combined with all bad support, how are they better then a CoolCat (which I will never play at).
Their favorite quote when mistake was done by them "we all humans, its just a human mistake". I counted 7 emails with this line over last year. But we all know what happens if I will make mistake by playing wrong game while wagering my match. I guess, I am not human, I can't make mistakes:)

How many years passed, they still don't understand that one simple email or update about delays or issues to the players would help prevent all those topics and complains. But since they don't care, why bother notify players.

Even Lucky Red where I did not play nearly as much gave me 100. That's shows how much they care if you stay or go.
 
i cash-out on a free 15$ so its 150 but was not told untill today that they take the 50 for a check even tho they say the frist check is free every month well i,m o.k with that.

i have been waitting all weekend for it to be taken out of my account and sent but today they put it back into my account and told me to do pay my card

but i can,t caz i,m having trouble with my card and told them i wanted a check so now i have to wait how ever long it takes them to again start my withdrawl.

and i really dislike their cs they are so rude and do what they want no matter what you say.

so now i,m back to waitting and hoping it gets done soon. this is the 3rd time i,ve had trouble with them. they

As for me, one of the casinos gave me 350, another 150, another 200. iNetBet was my primary RTG place where I deposited number of time literally EVERY day. And I think in this case 50 bucks is a slap, not a birthday gift.
If you think over two weeks i acceptable without even letting player know that they having issue, good for you and I wish you best of luck there.

Inetbet is not communicating well with players, no doubt about that. However, it doesn't sound right if you rag on fellow members just because they defend the casino. Rome wasn't built in a day and Inetbet's reputation was built over years where many players learned to trust them especially over their quick withdrawals. I understand there are problems with them recently and while some of us are quick to pounce on them there are others that show customer loyalty and that's perfectly ok.

# For the records I hate Inetbet more than anyone else (poor attitude from support staff especially a rude guy called Alan).

Yeah I'd say go for the PAB and good luck:) I don't know what is up with Inetbet recently. It used to be they would jump right into a thread and respond when a player is experiencing issues. Lately not so much:( I hope they sort things up and go back to the way things were.

Read the T & C related to withdraws. How much time to process once you request it and how much time after that for you to be paid based on the method you chose. If it's 5 business days past that then I would PAB based on their complete lack of giving you the common courtesy of some kind of communication.

I think most customers are understanding when problems arise if they just communicate to us so we know what to expect. This complete shut down of information is unacceptable and IMO rougish behavior that should have everyone who plays here concerned.

The web site says 24 hours to approve. They don't list paymy card as an option but it is similar to a wire, but usually faster. A wire states 4-10 days. So at most 1 day to process and another 10 to reach you, or 11 days. Today is technically business day 12.

There is no excuse for the lack of communication, but i would give it till Friday and then PAB if you don't have the funds by then.

Friendly and nice staff ? No, rather rude and ignorant
Good games? Please, there whole bunch of RTG casinos out there
Good bonuses? No, rather strange terms and conditions
Freebies? No, I already mentioned my birthday gift compared to other casinos

What would be a good reason to waste your money there? Withdrawal process that apparently is not fast or smooth anymore

The fact that I will get paid eventually just not good enough for me personally, although , I saw players that don't cate

I didn't say it was acceptable, I simply stated my opinion which you attacked with some vague comment to support your opinion. Which is your right, I however question your tactic in this matter. As US players there are many things that can and do go wrong, you are complaining about two separate issues, the only one that matters is that you haven't been paid, and you are owed payment. If you feel entitled to something other then the money you won, that is your issue. Anyway, I hope they do pay you, and you move on from this matter with a better attitude. No need to respond, I am not really interested in a banter party.

There explanation to any possible issue, but it should be spoken, instead of ignoring my reasonable questions. No customer should be put in a position of feeling uncomfortable or nervous of confronting a casino with a reasonable response to an Unreasonable reply about a complaint, especially when the casino is rude, curt and threatening.

well, I'm happy to say my withdrawal showed up today but I'm still not happy with iNetbet. I may not close my account but I certainly won't be playing there any more. Maybe if they show some signs of figuring out what's going on with their payout procedure and improve their customer service so I don't feel like it's a privilege to play there I might reconsider. It makes me a little sad that after all these years I feel that way about iNetbet but there it is.

I have deposited so many times and lost so many times with their bonuses, but the time I win, they send this terrible letter. Plus, I did deposit without a bonus, but they never replied back when I emailed them the date and the amount of the deposit. I hope my withdrawal to my credit card won't take 2 weeks to receive. I can't imagine ever depositing again at this casino. It took all the fun of winning away.

Yes, I have heard from many many people that as soon as they withdraw, whether it be from a deposit bonus or not, they get this email. It's always the same email with the same mispellings. It's almost as though it's automatically sent out for every win. I sent them an email asking what that was all about and they wrote back and said I'd gotten more than I'd spent and if I didn't make deposits without bonuses I'd be banned. Like alliecat22 said it took the joy out of winning and made me not want to play there any more. About that same time I received a manager's bonus. It just seemed odd. They push the coupons and the bonuses and then complain when you use them. It's not like there's no playthrough except for the challenge bonuses. Now if I'd used a non deposit coupon several times in a row I could understand. But I always deposited. It left a bad taste in my mouth and then when withdrawals started taking a long time that just made it worse. As much as I liked iNetbet I'd rather play at Clubworld, Buzzluck, Jackpot Capital or Grande Vegas. I like intertops too and the Genesys group. There are just too many other places to play to put up with this stuff when you don't really have a lot of money to spend. The fact that nobody takes the time to address these issues makes me wonder too. Maybe they just don't want customers from the US any more.
 
To be fair to Inetbet the other RTG's also bonusbann people, or give them bad promotions.
The difference is maybe that they don't warn their customers in the same non-friendly way.

But when it comes to responding to this thread. No need to. It will soon be forgotten and a new one arise.

It will be soon forgotten, many new ones will arise, but nothing will change any time soon. And IMHO, ability to listen is a very good skill of highly intelligent and smart people, I just don't think its the case with this casino.

Well, unfortunately, I have to reanimate this thread, because now iNetBet playing revenge game.
After all that jazz about non payment (I still have not heard from great Emily or anyone else), I asked to close my account and stop emails. I was assured it was done
And very next day I got promo email inviting me to waste some money. Obviously, i sent another email asking if they actually capable of doing anything right away and got this:
I think its about time you stop with the rude insulting emails, you have made your point, your account was closed yesterday, the promo emails were compiled a week ago, so the names are still on.
So do not worry your account is closed and will remain so

Last night and today I received two more emails from inet promo and from great and helpful James offering me different matches for my VIP account

So here is my question, how should convince iNetBet to stop emails since except pointing to my rude behavior I do not get any answers or responses from them?
I am getting enough spam from rogue places, no need to get same treatment for so-called "accredited" casino.

Will send one more PM to Emily, but since I have not hear from her about non-payment issue, I doubt she will respond to this
