I've tried every possible thing to understand what's going on and unforchinetely all i am getting is "you got paid" and "money will be with you shortly".
I wrote to Emily_Hunsen and she responded with only "InetBet accredited by CM since 2004" lol
I made a withdrawal using PayMyCard on April 27 and it was processed and approved on April 28th. From the experience, it takes 3-4 days for money to show on the account.
Its been two weeks now (10 business days). All i am getting from them is this is not our fault, its the processor. You got paid, money will arrive. I understand money will arrive, the question is when. How come iNetBet does not have any details about PayMyCard method on the web site? No details on time for this method in cashier either.
This is one of the lines I got from them: '"we are dealing within a very difficult marketplace that we have for many years strived to maintain an excellent service to all our customers."
Where is excellent service?? If you can't deal with difficult market, then don't make unreasonable promises (3-5 business days)
I won good amount of money this week in Lucky red. Same withdrawal method initiated on Tuesday. Money on my banking account today.
Can someone explain why iNetBet dealing with difficult market and TRYING to provide excellent service, while Lucky Red actually paying quick and providing excellent support and service.
I understand that there had been many topics about iNetBet recently. Maybe its time to re-consider the fact that its a great and trustworthy casino. The fact that players getting paid is great, but I don't recall when it was done in timely matter or when I got prompt response from the support in reasonable time frame
Please don't get me wrong, I understand that I will get paid and I understand 2 weeks is not that long. I just don't understand why can't iNetBet send simple email like "we are sorry, we are currently experience some delays that will be fixed shortly", instead of all BS they providing as an excuse
