After three or four horrid sessions in a row at INetBet my wife and I decided to try to break the string of bad luck, took advantage of the Terrific Tuesdays offer and started playing. Everything was going fair , with some wins and some losses with our bankroll sitting up a few bucks.
Then the same thing you stated happens to us. The reels just keep spinning,and spinning until we disconnect. After the third time this happens we give up, wait 20 minutes and return. I counted 437 spins in a row after this on various games without a single win over the price of a free spin. Nada, nothing,scrap. Something is rotten in Denmark. (INetBet , too) lmao !

i can't agree with you, because i started yesterday with $ 150 on Rain Dance and now after 8 hours my balance is on $ 230, so maybe i'm really the only one, who have luck on it? *lol*

although i can't understand, that you play there, when you're not satisfied with them? ;)
 
RTG thoughts in general

I don't want to plunk this one on inetbet. There are too many people who think the world of this casino and I probably could have cashed out if I wasn't such a greedy hag. However, it seems highly coincidental to me that if I am winning, close a session and then, upon logging back in I'm told "a new version of the casino lobby is available" you can bet your bottom dollar my luck is going to change from whatever it was, to the polar opposite. Please PLEASE don't tell me that casinos cannot and/or do not manipulate their software because it's all too clear to me that they must. Go into the folder for any given RTG casino and look at the number of "patches" that have built up there, each one representing a new version of the LOBBY. Gimme a break. But then, I'm the idiot who continues to play. Cas
 
Well I have made 6 deposits so far and that was my last at Inetbet. I remain a member of King Solomons because i have won with them but Inetbet can go take a flying jump. Casino has been uninstalled and will not see light of day again at least not on my pc. Refuse to be treated like a mug with slot software which only ever takes. My own personal belief is that Inetbet cannot really afford to pay out on big random jackpot wins and since moon hit that terrificly nice big win they seem to be scrabbling for every penny they can get their hands on or at least thats the way the software seems to play for me. 6 deposits and i can count on the one hand the number of bonus rounds which appeared and the ones that did never paid above 10 x my bet.

Sorry guys about this complaining whinging moaning comment but enough is surely enough and the above comments are my own personal opinions and as such should be treated that way. Thanks :)

That's why I left RTG alone last week. I know when im being taken for a ride. And I refuse to allow it again. If those whom like RTG wants to keep playing, so be it. MG has much much much much much much much much much much much fairer games then RTG. RTG can't touch MG with a 100 ft pole.

Audi, you are in the UK and can play at any casino you want to. Why in the world would you still be depositing at a RTG that keeps sucking you dry? I wished I could still play at BET365 or other Playtech and CRYPTO.

I think you don't understand, what you mean?

You see, that i can play on it some hours, without any losing, but on every MG Casino i can play at highest 30 minutes, but after that the money is away and i don't think, that you can make your balance from 150 to 500 with only 20 cent bets on any MG Casino, because you need at most between 200-400 spins, to get any bon sfeature, but on RTG i get every 50-100 spins a feature!

Btw. now 8 1/2 hours later my balance is also on $ 220 so i can't understand, how anyone can lost their money so fast, when he's only playing with 20 cent bets, because with $ 100 i play normally 2-3 days and i don't think that you can do this on any MG Casino, because your balance wents fast to zero, then you can look!

But if you want, we can make a little test ;)

You play with $ 200 on a MG Casino and i on a RTG and then we can see, how long it takes to lose all your money on it.
But i'm very sure, that your balance dropped faster down and not only, because RTGs spins are slower.

I've never seen on any MgCasino 5 wilds or scatters, but on RTG you get this not so rarly!

That was exactly what i mean, because you can certainly get big wins, but if you doesn't hit any free spins for a long time, your balance is very fast down to zero and on RTG the balance wents down and then again up and so i can play very much longer, as on any MG Casino and that's why i'll play them!

Okay, you can not make big wins with only a 20 cent bet, except a RJ win, but i play not, to be rich, i play only for fun and i have more fun on RTG, so there is no more reason for me to play with a MG Casino in the future ;)
I played there very often on difference one and have also won something, but at the last time i had always the feeling, that their payouts are not fair and the same do you think about RTGs, so you play only MGs and i only RTGs and our both problem was solved ;)
 
It all comes down to what you want out of gambling. Myself, just give me some playtime. But others prefer to either just bust out or win. I don't play to win, I play to have fun. If I win in the process, that's just a bonus. It's all relative.
 
I am now an ex player of inetbet, as have stated in a previous post earlier this year I was having awful tech problems. One particular day I was at my witts end due to crappy connection and crappy jittery slots .... I asked for half my deposit back and was denied ......I decided it was too risky to keep depositing and having the connection issues.

NOW IN INETBETS DEFENCE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have won big random jackpots and THEY DO PAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So if people are able to play at inetbet & do not get constant connection/tech problems I would advise them to stay with inetbet.
 
you guys nailed it... friends always say that i'm a big gambler. i guess cause i spend a few bucks when together in vegas or a c or where ever. i always correct them and say "player". huge difference. some people can drop 20k in a weekend and it affects nothing. the "gambler" is the guy making a 10 dollar bet with 5 in his pocket. dont expect to win and you will always come out on top. i have seen gambling absolutley destroy a few people as i'm sure many of you people have. play within your means!!

I play at a wide variety of casinos Atlanta, however 90 % are Mg and a few are my firm favourites. Spin Palace being one of them for example. To me this casino is an example of how casinos should be run and managed. I have joined one or two Playtech casinos but always found their games lacking the interest factor that MG slots have for me. In other words for some reason i become bored with them awfully quickly and the reason why i play (now and again) an RTG casino is the hope of maybe hitting one of those random jackpots, but i think reality wise thats dammed unlikley. Random they say but im sure random it aint and im sure those jackpots only go to the players who deposit and wager a lot. your right in terms of one thing, RTG cant touch Mg with a 100 ft barge pole :thumbsup:

That's certainly nonsense, because i played at iNetBet only 6 months and played only sometimes with their 75% bonus, so i haven't deposited a lot, because i never had a lot of money *lol*
And i have read a lot another examples, where players won RJs, but playing only the first days and at the opposite there are very much players on it, which have deposited a lot and played for more then 5 years on it, but never won any RJ, so you can exactly see, that's random;)

But i do know that if i dont get value for my money as in playtime from my deposits a point comes where i just say enough is enough. those 6 deposits would have lasted me weeks on my fav mg casinos. With Inetbet they last an hour. And i think there are a LOT more people here that agree with that than there are that dont. Im glad you do so well with them tho Mike I hope it stays like that for you :)

I thought that you mean real great deposits, like high rollers, which plays every day/week always with about some thousand dollars ;)

10 people each playing 500 odd soon makes up the money that they pay out in that jackpot win tho mike. You played great and luck was on your side but how many peopel spent a smiliar amount that day and ended up with nothing?
500 is still 500 and to many that is a LOT to go chasing on a slot with.

Hm, but at my 2nd RJ from Diamond Dozen, i have nothing lost, because i left a balance with about $ 1,000 in my account for playing and as i won the RJ my end balance, without the RJ, was higher, then my starting balance, but that's certainly all only a very good luck, because you never know, when the RJ falls :)
 
So Kakata, how is your connection today? Honestly guys, Kakata has had major problems over the last couple of months with connectivity. And he's not the only one. This is about the 3rd or 4th time that it's happened on CM Tuesday as well. I also had the same issue maybe 5 or 6 weeks ago...drove me absolutely batty.

Has it been corrected Kakata?
 
I've got redundant connectivity: 756 radio/wireless - 400Mbps - 100Mbps

If I had home ADSL again I would also have a dialup modem and back it up there if I were concerned. (Currently no connectivity @home)

Inetbet can comment if they have had server problems. I'm sure Vortran doesn't work there so Tuesday's CM connection issues are moot :D

I would be pissed too, Kakata about not getting a response. I put in two 'call me's a couple of days ago and haven't even gotten an email, this is very unusual for inetbet, it is usually within the hour.

I honestly don't think they are doing any chicanery, and it must be a coincidence that you are ahead when the connection problems arise. But if they are having server problems they should let us know, especially if it is a planned momentary outage, even Atlantic Lounge emails to let me know they will be doing maintenance.

This is about the 3rd or 4th time that it's happened on CM Tuesday as well.

That's right and today my connection was also disconneted five times!

Ok, if i'm at home, it's not so bad, but when i go away from my pc, this really sucks, because i never get connected automatically back to the slot :(

So I guess that answers my question as to whether it's been resolved or not. Is this an RTG server problem, or restricted to Inetbet in particular? Anyone play at any other RTG casinos in the last couple of days?

I'm glad I haven't been playing if this has been going on. I'd be peakin and freakin. It would be nice if Inet would comment as to what exactly the problem is? I know when it was happening 1-2 months ago, I was told then that they had to reboot certain servers, and they were hoping that would correct the issue, which it seemed to do at that time.

We know that some players were disconnected at one point early this morning. Unfortunately the problem was compounded by the fact our mail was down at the time for a couple of hours. Hence the reason some players emails were not answered straight away. We were also not aware of their issues logging in. On our end it simply showed them logged in fine. All mails including kakata's were answered as soon as the mail was back up.

We have the tech team looking into what may have caused the connection issue this morning. We believe it may be connected with the immanent roll out of some new games by RTG.

Since this one incidence we have not seen any other connection issues nor had any reported to support.

I hope this answers your queries.

Ok in the morning i was disconnected two times, but at the afternoon three times and the latest disconnect was at 5:40 p.m. ECT so it must be 11:40 a.m. EST?

It was only a short disconnect and the the wheels spins always about one minute and i must then always get back to the lobby and after that i could play again normally.

But now the last 1 1/2 hour it works again all fine ;)

I have had the same problem since yesterday and the wheels get stuck spinning.. It seems alot better now. I must admit I was down to $4.00 brought it up to $114.00 then down to $17.00 went to bed and now am back up to $100.00.. just hoping to build .. this is all off the same deposit. $25 with a tempting tuesday. Thanks Inetbet and CM! :D

Why don't you all get a DAMN Phone or Live Chat? This doesn't make any sense whatsoever. Infact the players ought to stop playing there until you do.

So you are all sour grapes about RTG in toto and have decided to stop playing there, cool. But do you need to talk to a courteous and attentive rep like that?
Regardless of the validity of your request or complaint rudeness is not the answer. A PM to inetbet promos with 'do you plan to offer live chat or phone support soon, and if not why not?' would get you farther. But it seems you don't care to solve a problem, just bash because you haven't been lucky lately. Bummer.

BTW I totally agree that live chat is an excellent interface, and phone support is great too. But other than this recent issue (which is solved) I've always gotten near immediate email responses.

I agree with lojo. A friendly PM to Inetbet Promos would have been a good way to go.
Treat Emily with respect and she will do likewise. I have found her to be very helpful and friendly whenever I've had to PM her which I believe was not very often.
She has been very attentive to this forum and Inetbet concerns, which says alot in MY OWN opinion. :)
 
I dont understand how being asked Numerous times to offer live chat can be classed as attentive? Attentive to me means to attend! doesnt it? Last I heard it didnt mean to totally ignore your customers requests and im not a massivly long running member of this forum but even I have seen this concern mentioned numerous times in threads. At what point does politeness wear a bit thin? Strange to me lol However there is a difference between being rude and being direct.
 
And for the record. Last month I played at InetBet. I won $575 off Let'em Ride. Cashout. They asked me for my ID and a copy of my Gift Visa Card. I did and they promptly paid me via wire. No, Problems. The next time I deposit. I was cut off right in the middle of BJ and it was down for several hours.I had to email support about not having my BJ hand restore which took nearly 28 hours to get a response. When I was able to log back on I couldnt win a hand in BJ. I went to craps and It was even worst.

Yes that will be the problem, I myself nearly passed out so strong were the thought waves from RTG, fortunately my tinfoil helmet saved the Day.
