I went on an RTG casino with a free no deposit bonus today. $20 NDB and $50 maximum win on it.

Thats fine. So I make the wagering and can withdrawal $50. However when i asked if I can play with the $50 I won they told me no the terms say max win is $50.

Im not complaining a free $50 is cool. But wouldnt the casino want players to try and lose it back to them? If you make wagering the money is 100% yours and you cannot lose it and gamble? I just find that odd.

This is a MSVG btw so who knows if Ill even get paid. Only reason why I played there is because they offered a free chip and felt like playing without depositing. So its either fun play or a chance you win and hope to get paid...or you win and dont get paid. I accepted both outcomes before playing.

Their support is not very friendly and basically they just close the chat when they feel like it. I was in the middle of a question and I got "sorry for the inconvenience goodbye" Which I find quite weird because I wasnt complaining I was just trying to understand a few things.

I could be dumb but the terms she gave me doesnt even say once you win you must cash out and not play anymore games. I was up like $400 through the bonus play and knew that $350 would be taken away. But now I cant play with the $50 I won.

Slots Keno and Scratch tickets ONLY.

Any other games played are not permitted while these bonus funds are in play.

The bonus must be wagered 70 times in valid wagers before withdrawal.

The maximum bonus withdrawal is $50. The bonus is non cashable and the amount of the bonus will be deducted from the withdrawal.

This bonus can only be used once per person at one casino in the group.

Claiming more than once will void any winnings.

Free Trial available to US and Canadian players ONLY.

I'm quite confused why you would even want to play with their $50? If you can't win any more than that, why don't you just take the $50 and play for fun like on the "play for fun" account? It's essentially the same thing except you are actually getting $50 to play for fun. Or deposit your own money and play and win as much as you want.

I obviously dont want to play with the $50 I won if I cant win anymore.........

thats what Im asking. When a player meets the wagering why do they stop that player from being allowed to gamble and win or lose more with that $50 after all the wagering is met. Dont you find it odd that they just want to pay you the $50 and be done with it?

They might want you to go through the verification requirements so you'll be more invested in playing your own money at the casino later on (some might require you to actually make a small deposit before cashing out). This would have the side effect of making things slightly harder for the players who just take a ton of NDB without the intention of ever risking their own money, since they would have to verify for every deposit.

Alternatively, they might have just wanted to limit the amount players could win and be lazy/inflexible about granting an exception once requirements are met. Sounds like you've just gotta cash out and redeposit (or take your money elsewhere) if you want to keep playing, as silly as it may seem.

Do you have to make a deposit in order to withdraw the 50$ you have won from the NDB?

Nope

Ya I guess they might not want a player winning a jackpot without ever having to deposit I guess. Still seems a bit weird I guess

I understand exactly what your saying. I have always thought the same on any wins from a ND bonus. I have always wanted the option to reverse withdrawal and be able to play on it with no restrictions.

I guess from a casinos prospective they probably have a lot more to lose if they allow you play on what you won. People would probably go crazy on it because its free money, put some large bets down and possible win a LOT more.

lol well....I found out the catch today when i saw my withdrawal denied.

They say you can cashout $50 however you cannot. Since the ndb is non withdrawable they take the $20 ndb from the $50 winnings. And you cannot play with the $30 left over and minimum cashout is $50. I had my balance at $94 after they removed the extras I won. So ya looks like a nice little ploy. No deposit bonus maximum withdraw $50 ........sneaky sneaky

How is one supposed to cash this out? I think we all know the answer to this one :eek2:
