Registration is as straightforward as might be expected. Although I didn't receive the verification email, promised.
I did however receive a receipt by email, after I deposited. So I assume everything was ok.
One thing I don't like at
any site. I being presented with a deposit screen, every time I log in. This happened even when logging in with a healthy balance.
If you're going to do it, at least have it triggered by a low balance. Otherwise it's a little tacky, to be constantly prompting for deposits.
The search function is a little strange. Rather than just showing a list of the relevant games, it splits the games up into the separate home screen categories.
Which isn't too bad once you know about it. But I nearly didn't deposit, when I searched 'imm' looking for immortal romance. All it showed was this...
Luckily, I did scroll down and saw the rest of the results (and the duplicates)
On loading games, I was a little disappointed with the frame sizes, even when in full screen mode.
Is that big white box at the bottom of the iframe really necessary? I find it a bit of a distraction, since it constantly draws your eye from the game. Removing it would free up space to make the games larger
You could also make better use of the screen, by having the exit and full screen buttons on the side of the frame, where there's plenty of dead space already. Meaning the iframe could be made even larger.
As previously mentioned. Some game functions wouldn't work in various screen modes.
For example, continuing from the initial loading screen or from a feature in IR can't be done in full screen mode.
Although, starting the free spins on Bonanza, can ONLY be done in full screen.
There was quite a bit of lag and plenty of disconnections on MGS and
BTG games, although NetEnt games worked fine.
You may want to look at the in-house reality check. white text on light grey background buttons isn't easy to read.
Having the bonus wagering, easy to access from the side menu (without having to exit the game) is good.
But it would be nice if it updated in real time, when it's open. Rather than only each time it's opened.
The RG setting are very comprehensive, including a Max Bet setting.
Although I don't find the deposit limit to be very responsible. I didn't actually try it.
But noticed this on the RG screen...
"The deposit limit is calculated based on your net balance. For example, if you set a deposit limit of £/$/€50 and you withdraw £/$/€250, you will be able to deposit £/$/€300 in total."
I didn't get to test the withdrawal times or the speed of KYC.
Although I didn't find anywhere to securely upload documents. So I assume it's still done the 'retro' unsecured email way, as and when requested.
45xB is a little steep, considering the casino signed up to last week. Had 40xB wagering. BUT wagering started from the very first cash spin. Not just from when the bonus is used. which makes a huge difference.
£50 deposit + £50 bonus @45xB means £2250 to wager from a £50 balance = 45x balance (since wagering starts once cash has been used)
vs
£50 deposit + £50 bonus @40xB means £2000 to wager from a £100 balance = 20x starting balance (since wagering starts from the first spin)
All in all it wasn't a bad experience. Apart from all the fannying about with screen settings and continuously reloading games.
I did get quite a few hours of play time and managed to wager around £2500 of the £2700 wagering necessary.
