I made a wee deposit late last night for a bit of playtime and not sure what happened but a few games just wouldn't load for me and I got kicked out mid play a couple of times. I had a wee go on Donuts too, is the minimum bet £0.50 as that was what it appeared when I played it, could increase the bet but wouldn't let me lower it.

I bust out, went to a decent win at the start to dead for me

Ah yes you just reminded me . I had this problem too . Not being able to change betsize . Getting bonuses and not being able to start them etc etc . I actually had a donuts bonus sitting there for 30 mins until I worked out how to play the damn thiing :( The start button wouldn't work
The cure is to resize your window . I found by making it fullscreen I could change betsize etc and then sometimes Id need to make the window smaller for other buttons to work . It's strange and definitely an issue they need to work out but you can get around it by resizing the window you're playing in until you manage to do what you want to do

I did Ctrl - and + with screensize and nothing worked. Whilst I like the brand I got bored with all the little bugs and just went all out on Bonanza to get it over with :)

You need to exit full screen mode, I reported it to Jan months ago so presumably it isn't an easy fix or it would have been done by now.

@L&L-Jan just got a spam email from one of your affiliates for Hyper Casino, think its the first time I've ever had spam for any of your brands, you want it forwarding? No T&C or anything displayed so not CAP compliant at all. Targeted at UK as £ is in the email. Spam as I didn't sign up to their mailing list. Affiliate domain is monstersstakes com

Registration is as straightforward as might be expected. Although I didn't receive the verification email, promised.
I did however receive a receipt by email, after I deposited. So I assume everything was ok.

One thing I don't like at any site. I being presented with a deposit screen, every time I log in. This happened even when logging in with a healthy balance.
If you're going to do it, at least have it triggered by a low balance. Otherwise it's a little tacky, to be constantly prompting for deposits.

The search function is a little strange. Rather than just showing a list of the relevant games, it splits the games up into the separate home screen categories.
Which isn't too bad once you know about it. But I nearly didn't deposit, when I searched 'imm' looking for immortal romance. All it showed was this...

Luckily, I did scroll down and saw the rest of the results (and the duplicates)

On loading games, I was a little disappointed with the frame sizes, even when in full screen mode.

Is that big white box at the bottom of the iframe really necessary? I find it a bit of a distraction, since it constantly draws your eye from the game. Removing it would free up space to make the games larger
You could also make better use of the screen, by having the exit and full screen buttons on the side of the frame, where there's plenty of dead space already. Meaning the iframe could be made even larger.

As previously mentioned. Some game functions wouldn't work in various screen modes.
For example, continuing from the initial loading screen or from a feature in IR can't be done in full screen mode.
Although, starting the free spins on Bonanza, can ONLY be done in full screen.

There was quite a bit of lag and plenty of disconnections on MGS and BTG games, although NetEnt games worked fine.

You may want to look at the in-house reality check. white text on light grey background buttons isn't easy to read.

Having the bonus wagering, easy to access from the side menu (without having to exit the game) is good.
But it would be nice if it updated in real time, when it's open. Rather than only each time it's opened.

The RG setting are very comprehensive, including a Max Bet setting.
Although I don't find the deposit limit to be very responsible. I didn't actually try it.
But noticed this on the RG screen...

"The deposit limit is calculated based on your net balance. For example, if you set a deposit limit of £/$/€50 and you withdraw £/$/€250, you will be able to deposit £/$/€300 in total."

I didn't get to test the withdrawal times or the speed of KYC.
Although I didn't find anywhere to securely upload documents. So I assume it's still done the 'retro' unsecured email way, as and when requested.

45xB is a little steep, considering the casino signed up to last week. Had 40xB wagering. BUT wagering started from the very first cash spin. Not just from when the bonus is used. which makes a huge difference.

£50 deposit + £50 bonus @45xB means £2250 to wager from a £50 balance = 45x balance (since wagering starts once cash has been used)
vs
£50 deposit + £50 bonus @40xB means £2000 to wager from a £100 balance = 20x starting balance (since wagering starts from the first spin)

All in all it wasn't a bad experience. Apart from all the fannying about with screen settings and continuously reloading games.
I did get quite a few hours of play time and managed to wager around £2500 of the £2700 wagering necessary.

What is the most preferred deposit and withdrawal methods in Canada?

For ewallet the only real option is ecopayz (my personal preference)
Instadebit is also popular

interac (though only for certain banks)
Interac E-Transfer (works great in a pinch)

and of course credit/debit cards when the payment processor accepts them.

I'm with TD, which is Visa, which means I cant use it anywhere, making any of those (bolded) options inaccessible

I've never even heard of e-transfer being an option outside of Canada, let alone to a casino

Every casino - but for like 1 or 2, accept prepaid Mastercards

I'm td as well, interac e-transfer is offered as an option at a few places, casumo and leovegas for example, I've used it at both without issue when my topmeup limit is on cooldown and can't use my visa debit ;-) can't think of others off the top of my head but I know there's a couple on the list of sites I play.

Turns out it's on topic..

heh... imagine that.. while in the L&L thread.. Fun Casino, Yeti, Yako.. HYPER... ;-P

from a quick glance.. no?

saw a chat bubble type icon, but clicking it produced no results.. so, quickest option was the email form right beside it ;-P

Deposit made, seems like deposit bonus didn't credit, fired email off to support.. and now we wait ;-P
Did you use an ewallet to deposit?

"Players who use Skrill, Neteller or any similar programs for their first deposit are not permitted to take advantage of the Welcome Offer."

Ecopayz should be fine since not many people use it and it isn't a common e-wallet. I have taken the welcome offer on Casino Casino ( L & L Group ) and other offers with no issues so I would assume it would be fine if I were to sign up here IMO.

Same as Sonict, deposited at a number of L&L sites with eco, never had an issue, but I suppose time will tell. Either way it's not like it's breaking the bank, only made the minimum deposit to test one for the team ;-P

I also received the same non-compliant email, from the same domain.
