I think really the only way you can even qualify for best new casino is if you do fast payouts. Some casinos on here I play on pay me in under 1 minute. I get if you guys cant do that but 2 hours or less will help.

You already have the 'good rep' locked down, just need to work on a few other things. Maybe even adding some more providers like playngo and red tiger. I think you are one of the only casinos that doesnt have playngo which is a bad thing because its extremely popular for players

Agree with payment speeds, but will say I usually play on an evening and as Jan said, I usually get paid before dinner the next day, so that aren't that bad. 5 minutes would be better , but 12 hours isn't too bad, and faster than some places. Weekends really need sorting though, if I win at 9am on a Friday it is annoying having to wait until Monday for the payment, especially when so many other casinos payout 7 days a week.

To be honest, I would never block access to a game. I was NEVER in font of blocking games for wagering but behaviour let me do it.

Unforutately these games do NOT count to wagering contribution:

So you can play them, they just dont contribute to the wagering requirements.

Hi, unfortunately there are many operators who do not allow wagers from Canada. We are able to offer Amatic, MGS, Evolution. Unfortunately all vendors through SG are blocked on GEO location.
But there are more games coming for Canadian players.

I played here a couple of weeks ago . Took the welcome bonus with £100 deposit by visa . Withdrew £630 after completing wagering (I think) . Sent in docs which were approved pretty quickly and got the withdrawal in a reasonable time as well . If I remember correctly there werent any weird bonus terms - just the std stuff. So , overall seemed like a good casino .
