Can see the general promotions page but not the personalised offers one.

Should be there.

Or login and replace this: bonuses for the word "index".

I made a wee deposit late last night for a bit of playtime and not sure what happened but a few games just wouldn't load for me and I got kicked out mid play a couple of times. I had a wee go on Donuts too, is the minimum bet £0.50 as that was what it appeared when I played it, could increase the bet but wouldn't let me lower it.

I bust out, went to a decent win at the start to dead for me :laugh:

Could you provide me your username/email by PM, keen to check some logs!

You need to exit full screen mode, I reported it to Jan months ago so presumably it isn't an easy fix or it would have been done by now.

@L&L-Jan just got a spam email from one of your affiliates for Hyper Casino, think its the first time I've ever had spam for any of your brands, you want it forwarding? No T&C or anything displayed so not CAP compliant at all. Targeted at UK as £ is in the email. Spam as I didn't sign up to their mailing list. Affiliate domain is monstersstakes com

Ah yes you just reminded me . I had this problem too . Not being able to change betsize . Getting bonuses and not being able to start them etc etc . I actually had a donuts bonus sitting there for 30 mins until I worked out how to play the damn thiing :( The start button wouldn't work
The cure is to resize your window . I found by making it fullscreen I could change betsize etc and then sometimes Id need to make the window smaller for other buttons to work . It's strange and definitely an issue they need to work out but you can get around it by resizing the window you're playing in until you manage to do what you want to do

I'm really having issues to reproduce this. Who can provide some details, browser version, screen resolution and possible zoom in browser or zoom in display settings.

I believe thats, control panel > pc and devices > display, there is an option "more options" where you can set a zoom for size of applications, text and other items.

Anyway, I'll continue today with testing of various devices and settings. Hope I can reproduce this so we can head to a nice fix.

It's all sorted, thats good.

We work with bonus codes to activate your bonuses. Now in order to prevent people from making mistakes with the bonuses we have two options: Either submit the bonus code during the deposit process or activate the bonus from your bonus section, which we prefix the bonus code accordingly so that the claim/bonus activation always works.

So the best way always is to go to: My-Account > Bonuses > available bonus tab.

On your first login we always display a pop-up that can take your to the bonus page in 1 click.

Hope that works fine from now on?

It happens most the time in full screen mode mate, doesn't happen on everything, I reported it in your thread when you were asking about Novomatic feedback and the like, I'll see if I can reproduce it in freeplay in a min for you

It isn't there on Hyper though, promotions just takes you to the promo page, no available bonus or anything like there is on your other sites

No thats our promotions page, where we list active promotions, tournaments, etc.

At the bottom you have a link to "My Account" in the black bar.
In the My Account section you can find your bonuses.

Found it now :) why don't you just have it open when you click your balance or as a menu item from the menu on the left?

Am I being stupid lol or is something amiss, cannot find it anywhere. No My account, no bonus section, nothing?

Thinking about it, when I first deposited, as you manually added the bonus, I may have clicked "don't show this again" on the bonus page, could this be causing the problem please?

If there were bonuses for me (not in the "good" countries and using Neteller) and fast payments L&L would be up there with Trada and VS in my rating.
I got one at All British and support said they would give on 2nd deposit at Yeti but never saw anything or bothered to call them again...

I don't get the "no can't do" with Neteller since their verification is much better than any casino...... Maybe exclude verified accounts from such terms?
Anyway, that is why I sometimes skip them for my 4th or 5th deposit option, when they give 125%-150% match bonus.

Also there is that "no MG" thing on All British that can't be sorted.

Hi mate,

All British is actually pretty much setup for UK customers. For example, we have never integrated there the .com module of for example Amatic, MGS or Nyx. It's all .co.uk based and muchos do no allow foreign country activity on their modules. So games wont load.

For you the best pick is Fun or in this event, Hyper.

And we will add a link to the my-account section on the side panel. Two locations, should be sufficient.

It's the first site where we positioned it on a different position and trust me, everytime I follow the regular process to hit that page. Swear a few words in Dutch and scroll to the bottom of the page to open the my account section from there.

I tried 6 times to make a deposit after subscribing and I kept getting the same error message. I managed to deposit first time at another casino without issue in between these attempts. Then I deleted cookies and Cache and I still couldn't deposit. Live chat where as helpful as they could be but they could not even detect one attempt at depositing. Frustration got the better of me so I have sadly moved on

Tried this morning, no issues. Given that all other vendors were working, I have to conclude it was due to MGS.

I'm sorry you had to experience this mate. I've added a small bonus as a good gesture for experience of the lag.
