It's usually the next morning around 9-10ish (give or take an hour)
Obviously might be slightly longer with it being the first one.
I had to re-verify at ABC earlier in the week, sent docs over around 5pm, withdrew later on in the evening and it was processed at around 9.15 the next morning, in bank the next day

Last friday I got an email offering 10 free spins on 'grand tiger'. When I logged in, the free spins were listed as being on 'jungle spirit', So I claimed them. but the free spins weren't credited to either game.
And now today, 10 free spins on 'Eye of Ra', claimed from the 'available bonus' section of my account, open the game and nothing there.

Edit: sorted it out. it seems you have to first claim the offers, and then activate them.

And the screen problem is still there. The 'start' button in the pop up, in the game it's self, to claim the free spins, could only be clicked on, if I changed to full screen.

Thanks Jan, Greentube is also one of my preferred providers, very volatile but can be very rewarding.

Right, here are my first thoughts about Hyper Casino.
Signed up a couple of days ago and my docs were verified the same day which is good.
Deposited that evening and made a WD same evening, winnings were paid in my Skrill the next morning.
Not too bad but at some other casinos WD's to Skrill are processed nearly instantly, also in the evenings and weekends.

Made a second WD last night and this has not been paid out yet so I suppose there are no weekend WD's here.

Website is easy enough to navigate and enough slots to play, a very decent amount available.

I still cannot play Greentube tho which is a bummer for me.

Slots play flawless which is a big plus.

Pros:

• Fast KYC procedure
• Decent WD processing times
• Good choice of slots
• Easy to navigate website
• Good choice of payment methods
• CS has been helpful and friendly during KYC procedure, fast answers via e-mail support

Cons:

• No Greentube available, I know @L&L-Jan is looking into this. (When opening the slots it says not available in my country).
• No weekend WD processing? (In this day and age I am looking for casinos that process WD's around the clock).

All seen I like this place and I shall play here but not on Friday - Sunday if there are no weekend WD's introduced.
Don't like waiting from Friday eve to Monday morning for my winnings.

The RG setting are very comprehensive, including a Max Bet setting.
Although I don't find the deposit limit to be very responsible.

Yep - another instance of a so-called 'deposit limit' being a totally different thing in effect i.e. a loss limit. Two very different things and an old trick sites like HeyPoker and Redbet/Whitebet used to pull to prevent a player with a weekly deposit limit of say 50 winning 500, withdrawing and then keeping the 450 profit without a chance of them re-depositing. It's no different in intent than the 'reverse withdrawal' facility and as such is not conducive to responsible gambling.

A deposit limit should mean exactly that - you can only deposit a fixed maximum amount whether you win, lose or draw with it.

This needs amending IMO.

UK players have sticky limits since .... cant remember I think December. So if you set £100 weekly, it is a £100 weekly and any withdrawals will not increase the set limit.
Soon this will apply to all players!

As Jan has already said, that changed a while back, but theres a lot of accredited casinos use that exact same system, completely wrong IMO. Jan at least comes on and changes things straight away if theres anything wrong

sorry, but I'm not a clairvoyant. If it changed, then the site should have been updated. otherwise no one knows anything's changed. All i can do is review what I see, as a customer.
The same goes for AllBritish, who have exactly the same system (as far as the customer sees)

But I agree that there are other CM Accredited sites, which use the same system, and should be questioned about it.

I also agree with Jono, Jan would make an ideal candidate for rep of the year
