After reading a number of reviews of Heroes Casino, I deposited a small amount and after about a month of playing, I've won a large amount. :thumbsup:Not once did I felt like I lost a blackjack hand because I was betting a large amount even at the $500 upper limit, unlike some other casinos I've posted about recently. I did not feel I was forced a losing hand. This is about the fairest blackjack I've ever played and feels closer to real life Las Vegas tables.

I've submitted a withdrawal request this weekend. According to one reviewer, "HEROES CASINO is the only casino available to U.S. players that Im aware of with a staff of people working for them that can actually handle the type of clientle that are financially capable of playing in the big leagues." Heroes offers up to $20,000 per hand in Blackjack and $50,000 per roll in Craps. I'm not a big league player, so there should be no problems with the withdrawal. I'll keep everyone posted.

Is this some kind of proprietary software, don't think I've ever heard of this outfit...where are they based out of ??

Netherlands Antilles. They use the same software that Pinnacle uses.

I've deposited $200 and gambled this to over five figures. I've already sent documentation of driver's license, front/back of Netspend card and utility bill. The license and card were enlarged 200% to give very clear images. I don't see why they would give me problems based on clarity of the documentation.

Yes, they have two single line slots, three 3-line slots, and two 4-line progressive slots. For video poker, they have six different ones. They also have 5 different table poker games.

I wouldn't assume offering $50,000 per hand bets means that there will be no withdrawal problems. If anything, I'd consider it a red flag for possible issues given the casino's small size. I have a warning about Heroes on my site, which relates to two players having their bonus removed because their play resembled a "bonus abuser." However, most players have no such issues.

Isn't that reviewer Cipher on theblackjackblog (the guy who you were filing a lawsuit against, who has been banned from the forum)?

I'm sure I wouldn't have a bonus abuser issue! :)

Yep, that is Cipher. I didn't file a lawsuit against him as there was supposed to be an investigation by the District Attorney of Visalia CA. That didn't pan out. But I didn't want to make this thread about Cipher in any case so I didn't mention the reviewer's name.

I was wondering why SBR had Heroes rated C...

Heroes Casino and Sports was listed in September 2008. SBR usually gives newly listed sportsbooks a "C" rating which could change as SBR continues to monitor the new book and its policies. SBR states, "As with all new sportsbooks, players planning to play are advised to proceed with caution and are asked to send all feedback to SBR."

I am going to say that I played at Heroes Casino a few weeks ago and successfully cashed out 900$ from a 100$ deposit with no problems.

Did you have to provide a DIGITAL scan of your photo ID? After my (high-quality) copier-scanned image was rejected, it was requested a digital scan be submitted. I never knew about digital scans until I went to a copier/print professional shop and they did it. Digital scans ARE certainly of more clarity and sharpness.

A digital scan? that sounds stupid, any scanner is going to give you a digital image.

... as long as you're not dealing with a black and white copy or a black and white fax.

I originally sent a black and white copier-scanned pdf file. When they mentioned "digital scan" I thought it WAS digitally scanned. However, when I went to a professional copy/print place and had it digitally scanned, I could see a vast difference and with color. So I hope that would suffice for them.

No, I just sent them a regular scan of my ID and they accepted it.

To give exact numbers, I deposited $200 and won $34,724 in the end! :D Heroes Casino gives .3% rebates on the day's wagering on all games! One day I wagered somewhere around $165,000 and they gave me $495 back!

But I haven't heard from Heroes Casino since Monday Nov. 17th after I sent them digital scans of my drivers license and passport. I'm wondering what is going on?

It seems that the "fairest blackjack" has all to do with you winning. With this sort of numbers you should start worrying that it might be biassed in favour of the player. :)

Bowl, are you requesting the entire cashout in a lump sum? And via what method? I don't recommend doing a lick of playing until you get paid.

Also, out of curiosity, where you using some sort of really aggressive positive progression betting? Or just had an absurdl lucky streak?

Well, the overall winning hand percentage is about 43% which is the norm for blackjack. But it may have something to do with my method of playing as explained below.

Well, yeah, I requested to withdrawal my balance but I assume that by default they would pay $5,000 at a time (as stated in T&C). I didn't think I needed to do multiple withdrawal requests of $5,000 each.

I wrote this on another forum: As far as "how" I did it, yes, I did use a modified Martingale progression. It's the basis of how I play. I achieve a winning hand first, then I do a martingale bet. I depend on winning at least two hands in a row within a session, you know, back to back wins. But too many lone wins can martingale you to the maximum bet limit. And there isn't much manueuver room when you are betting the max. That is how I lost a number of times over $1500 in a session. But also when you get those sessions where you are winning over 60% of your hands, my! those maximum bets add up! Scary ride though!:eek2:

These are the Terms and Conditions of withdrawals at Heroes Casino:

Heroes Casino will make every attempt to ensure that all withdrawals are paid out in a timely fashion. Certain factors beyond the control of Heroes Casino, including, but not limited to, limitations imposed by financial institutions, may result in withdrawals taking longer to process.

A Player's initial withdrawal or changes to payment details are subject to clearance by the payment processor's risk department. This review can take up to 5 business days at which time the Player will be informed via email of their payment processed date.

The minimum withdrawal from the casino is $15. The maximum amount that can be withdrawn is $5,000 per week. Any withdrawal amount greater than $5,000 must be pre-approved by Heroes Casino Management.

My original withdrawal request was on Saturday November 15th, 2008 which would make Friday, November 21st the fifth business day. But I repeated my withdrawal request on Tuesday, November 18th with added webwallet account information. I guess the second withdrawal request re-started the 5 business day window. So that makes it to the end of Tuesday November 25th, tomorrow.

Here's a screenshot of my balance at Heroes Casino (before they paid the .3% rebate):

I wonder if you are in touch with the Casino, since this is a considerable amount of money and about one month already has passed from the cashout request. Hope you get the money without problems

Cheers Balky

It looks like you have been had. They can let you win massive amounts if they have no intention of paying you.

I hope that is not the case. Tomorrow (Monday Dec 15th) is when I absolutely should be hearing from Heroes on payout as they have all the digitally scanned documents they requested. I sent the last document upload on Dec 6th but assuming they payout only on Mondays, then Monday would be the fifth business day, the latest they promised they would respond according to their Terms and Conditions.

Are you in one of the 13 banned state? OMG..In there T&C it states : If you are in on the banned states (or in a jurisdiction that you cant gamble online in) You can play and wager and play your heart out BUT your winnings will be void. The also state that they can deny winnings to any jurisdiction they choose. If you are in one of those states, you can deposit but they wont pay you??? THats not right but its there in black and white

Heroes said that they have been trying to reach me all this past week. But I did not receive any email from them (yes, junk folder was checked too.) My caller-ID doesn't show any international calls trying to get through. I don't know what happened.

I called "Joe" at Heroes but I was not able to catch all of what Heroes is going to do (because I have a hearing impairment and wear a hearing aid) and that is why I rather resolve this through email.

But I DID get the gist of this: Heroes asked if I was using a BOT or software in my play. I DID NOT USE A BOT OR SOFTWARE TO PLAY BLACKJACK AT HEROES!!! They asked if I was familiar with Bruce Holway's Cipher program of which I am. However, my computer crashed a long time ago and wiped out the program and Bruce doesn't give or sell the Cipher program anymore. I use paper and pen to play online blackjack using some of the things I've learned from about pattern recognition. The Cipher program is basically software to RECORD the results of your blackjack play. You can visually see the win and loss patterns (if any.) There is NO interacting with the casino's software in the first place. Nevertheless, I don't have it anymore and I use paper and pen. <snip - irrelevent info removed /snip>

Anyways, just because Bruce is a Heroes affiliate and I have an antagonistic relationship with him shouldn't matter to Heroes for it is not their fight. Heroes is supposed to get back with me to determine where we go from here, according to Joe.

I feel for ya man, I really do, but did you really expect anything else from this Rogue operation ?

This is not looking good. My take is that they are trying to find an excuse not to pay you.

Win & loss patterns? As Heroes appear to be looking for an excuse not to pay it would probably have been best not to mention this as if they are as stupid as most casino operators they might even believe that you could gain an advantage from this. If they do happen to read this thread, let's make it absolutely clear that studying patterns is a complete waste of time & it's absolutely impossible to gain an advantage from doing so as the result of any one hand is completely independent of the results of previous hands (if the software simulation is correct & honest).

Have to agree there. Every hand is shuffled, so the results should be random.

That's right so there can be no rational explanation for banning a Bot other than creating an excuse to default payment on legitimate winnings.

Casino Club were not the first to deny winnings for 'Bot Play', but as commented before that thread was hastily shut down, they certainly won't be the last. Denial of legitimate winnings per the alibi of 'Bot Play' can now be referred and mentioned in the same breath as 'bonus abuse'.

This issue will not go away until such time Casinos either voluntarily remove such ridiculous clause from the T+Cs, or alternatively, are enforced to remove the grossly unfair and unwarranted escape route from the "we're not paying" fine print.
