Resolved Heroes Casino - Blackjack issues, slow-pay

I agree on the thread title chage jasmin, good call.

How long has tis taken now, they would have well and truly concluded the audit so what's up Heroes, pay the man what you owe him.
I agree that the title is misleading, given the current payment problem. The original post has also become misleading, which states:

"Heroes offers up to $20,000 per hand in Blackjack and $50,000 per roll in Craps. I'm not a big league player, so there should be no problems with the withdrawal."

As I stated on the first page of this thread, taking large bets does not mean there will be no withdrawal problems. If anything it is a red flag for possible issues, given the size of the casino. Along the same lines, making large wins with a progressive betting system is not a good indication of "fair" blackjack.

Having said that, I do hope Westland Bowl does gets paid the winnings soon; and if things are not looking promising, a PIB could help.

Yeah this is coming to over two month since this started, audits would have well and truly been done and concluded so whats up with this???.. always next week next week, how about some answers here heroes

I'm doing fine. I haven't lost my money. I'm still in negotiations with Heroes. As for why it is taking so long? Well, what you think is probably right.

Negotitions??? Why the hell should you have to "negotiate" to get your winnings, why cant there be some accountability in this industry!!!

Interesting approach. The player deposits and wins, and after 2 months of waiting some "negotiations" about the payout are being started. I wonder what kind of motivation that is for other players, to try out and deposit in Heroes.

Cheers

So does this warrant rogueness because of the delays and stall tatics?,

It should do in my book.

Max or Bryan what are your thoughts on this please.

Haven't seen a PAB on this so ...

Does sound like pretty crappy service though, enough that I'm going to tweak the thread title yet again. I trust no one will object.

I referred my case to Cyberluck (

), the licensing and hosting provider of Heroes Casino. Cyberluck, the Galewind software provider, and the Curacao Dept. of Justice are conducting the investigation. Cyberluck is a Master Licensing Authority member of the Curacao Internet Gaming Association (CIGA), a representative arm of the government of Netherlands Antilles.

Members of the CIGA (Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) ) and by extension their sub-licensees (Heroes Casino), are required to abide by CIGA's Code of Conduct:
  • 3. Financial: All CIGA members will ensure that there is adequate financing available to pay all current obligations and that working capital is adequate to finance ongoing operations. CIGA members will pay winnings and account balances promptly on demand.

  • 5. Dispute Resolution and Audit Trails: In order to provide prompt and efficient dispute resolution each CIGA member will retain detailed transaction records which will be archived, accessible and auditable by the Curacao Gaming Commission.

  • 6. Accountability: To enhance customer confidence in gaming system integrity, CIGA members making their service available in Curacao voluntarily agree to make their systems, algorithms and practices available for inspection and review by any legitimate gaming commission or governmental authority or to any independent testing authority recognized by the CIGA, in accordance with generally accepted methods for protecting proprietary information.

I not sure if these are one and the same, or different entities, or what:
-Curacao Internet Gaming Association (CIGA)
-Curacao eGaming Licensing Authority (Division within Cyberluck?)
-Curaca Gaming Commission (Division with CIGA?)

I've sent an email to Cyberluck late Tuesday night (Feb. 17th) asking if the investigation is near completion yet. Once I hear from them I'll let everyone know.

The way I see it is that any 3rd party getting into the matter at this point would only stall payments/progress even more...

Or...it could bring some clarity to what the real underling issue really is here with a payment being held up for three months...that is almost unheard of unless you are dealing with a rogue operation such as the virtual group or the likes.

I don't care who's looking into this but I know one thing for sure and that is the fact that it does not take three months to get some sort of resolution to this issue... peace accords are penned and signed in less time than this!!
