    my name is Andre. In short have a complaint bout planet 7 online casino. Deposited lota money and finally won some of it back. Tryed withdrawing several times first attempt on feb the 7th. Was required to submit several documents and followed all the rules. Every time I call I get an operator that says call next week for documents to be reviewed. No joke every time I call same Anser. The worst part is the people I talk to I can hardly understand. Today I jus saw my money put back into play. Attempted to withdraw 3-4 times already and they jus let it sit then put it back into play. Wen I get a hold of someone again I can hardly understand there English I’m jus transferred or given same info. Call next week for processing. I am sooooooooo frustated. I don’t no wat to do. Had this problem with nother online casino and finally posted a complaint and I received my money a week later via check. So I’m kinda hoping someone can put me on the right track to try and figure out wat ta do. I work very hard for my money jus like I’m sure all other member in this forum also do. So please if anyone has any advise for me please let me no. I’m not making a big deal out of couple hundred dollar. It’s 2,500 I’m was awarded cause of my winnings. But for the love of god can’t get any solid info or y it’s being put back into play. Soooo soooooo frustrated.

    Yep - that's sounds like Planet 7 and the other rogue-ass clip-joints in the Virtual Group - ANY excuse to delay pay :mad:

    My friends from Australia, keep way from Planet7Oz! They mislead you and are really not worth your time!

    I just joined this casino because a friend from here sent me the link to Silver Oak casino and Silver Oak forwarded my details to this Planet7Oz casino being their "sister" site for AU players.

    I then received an email from Planet7Oz that if I confirmed my account I would instantly get $50 chip in my account and I decided to give it a go.

    After confirming my details no money showed up in the account "instantly" so I thought that I should open any game to check the balance. When I opened the game it came up a message that I had 20 spins in whatever game it was. I played that and still no $50 chip so I contacted live support to be told the casino rules says that no 2 free bonus will be given to a player. I then mentioned the email that I received and that I never got the $50 chip and again this Sam guy just copy and paste from his script "no 2 free bonus are given as per T&Cs".
    He never made the time to explain to me why I never got the $50 chip at all. He was rude! I then asked him to cancel my account and he "hang up" on me! Just close the chat.

    I then pressed the option to send the chat transcript to my email and guess what? That didn't happen either!

    It is a scam! Don't bother ppl. Waste of your time and the games are terrible any way.

    I sent an email to the rep Teka. :(
    I didnt know they were rogue. How come they are not showing up as part of the Virtual Group?

    I went through the rogue section with a fine tooth comb and deleted them. Live and learn. Im glad you caught it Teka before depositing!
