I have never meen so frustrated with grand Mondial and there casino rewards! I am a diamond VIP on casino rewards sight and they have ripped me off because I never miss a single day of claiming they bumped me down to the lowest tier and are claiming I have missed claiming stuff now I have to wait and spend more money to recieve the rewards I am appalled how they can totally just disregard there top players and rip them off with no way to get ahold of anyone other then a live chat or email I have won more money then I've spent and is this the reason why I'm being ripped off? I do not recommend these sites to anyone I ha e recommended it to many people before and then now I'm getting g ripped off such a joke I wish I could take legal action!

If you could explain what is being ripped of, that would really help. It's not totally clear what your complaint is about.

@HarshDabs_250 , the CR rep tells us that you've been around since they PM'd you but you haven't responded. They're trying to help you get your issue resolved but if you don't cooperate there's not much they can do for you. It's your choice of course but the ball is in your court at this point.
