Last Friday was my Birthday and i got some nice Gifts from a few Casinos(250!! from Quasar and had a nice win
). One of them was a Bonus about 200% with 30x wagering from Fly Casino.
I deposited 90 Euro and started to play. I hit accidentally the max bet Button on Panther Moon. So i played with more then the allowed 6 Euro (7.50).
I stopped playing and wrote an Email to the support and told them what happened. The answer was very disappointing:
"Hi,
Happy Birthday to you!
You can continue playing; however, you have voided the bonus terms so you will not be able to cash out your winnings.
In the future please be remember that you can only bet the max after you have met your wagering requirement for the bonus.
Thank you for your understanding on this matter.

O.K it was my fault so i asked in another email if thy can remove the bonus. This time the answer was more then disappointing:
"Hi ,
I have reviewed your account and unfortunately the bonus can not be removed from your account because you have already started playing.
This is an unfortunate situation as you have placed a bet for more than the max allowed.
As per our bonus rules #$
***Maximum Wagers Allowed***: A maximum wager of $/£/€6 per slot machine spin is enforced until you meet the minimum wagering requirements stated herein or specific to the bonus which you have claimed. Winnings gained with wagers of more than $/£/€6 per slot spin will be voided. ZAR currency maximum is 60.

So they take my deposit with the Bonus away.
If i had not started to play i would not have pressed the max Bet Button on Panther Moon...
I wrote the REP Elliot a PM on Saturday night, but he has not answered yet.
