Guts terrible verification/withdrawal procedure

    I've never had such a slow procedure at an online casino before.

    I signed up at Guts on saturday june 10th and cashed out a large sum the same day. The next day i get an email asking to upload certain documents. Fine, nothing out of the ordinary. I upload all the requested documents right away. Finally on wednesday i get an email stating my account has been verified. I wait another 24h but my withdrawal is still on pending. I contact support and they say i should have also uploaded the front and back of my cc. First of all this wasnt requested in the mail i got and my account already got verified! So i try to upload the cc documents but i cant because the upload button has dissapeared because my account is verified. So i have to ask support to unverify my account!, so i can upload the documents.
    Finally after that my withdrawal got approved on friday. I used trustly but i still havent received the funds. I thought mabye this is because of the weekend, ill wait till monday. I made an account on a other site on sunday, cashed out with trustly and i just received my funds in my bankaccount. Still waiting on my Guts funds though..........

    They have simply forgotten about you. I made one through Trustly too and after 76 hours I went to support and they paid it while I was talking to them. It wasn't the first late one either.
    They are suppose to pay within 2-4 hours so after that time my advice is to contact them. It's new staff dealing with payments so I guess it will take a while until it works as it should.
