On the bright side I lost my deposit a bit slower than normal :rolleyes: Wish I had deposited elsewhere. I was really hoping everything was running perfect now. But seems there are still problems. Not error 2 code that I had in my first session over 1 week ago though....
 
I love GUTS :D

So far it's been a very pleasant experience, fast withdrawals (no reversing thank God!!). The only issue I thought I had was with the Betsoft games - my balance was incorrect within the game - the chat host informed me that Betsoft shows the balance in Euros (my account needed changing to reflect the recent Befsoft update).

have rarely played MG slots over the last few months but got an email with a reload bonus so made made my first deposit at guts in a while and unfortunately i keep getting the error 2 message. Its a shame because i really like to layout of the casino, they pay fast and ben is a top notch rep but the constant errors and lag times are really frustrating

Other than the withdrawals I see from the last 24 hours the only other withdrawal that I see recently was requested on the 10th at 10am, processed by lunch and it has left our account. I have taken up the complete welcome bonus, and since then enjoyed several freespin promo's, all that time i have only in one session (the first) experienced the reported error.

There was also another bug, at where small 0.something balances gave a time out/boot, but that has in approximately a total of 8 sessions only occured twice. (4 deposiits, 4 Free spin promos, the latter being somewhat shorter ^.^)

Website looks great,easy to navigate and tons of slots to play which is a big + for me.
Only minus was the amount of errors I got,error code 2 on a few games.
If those are being resolved I will defo come back for some more action.

Hi, they taking 2.5 euro every withdrawal, no more than that. Not big amount for highrollers, but for lowrollers is a big i think. I am sure they will remove it in future :)

That's all very well and good but we're still hearing too many stories of problematic sessions for my liking, which appear to be investigated and/or compensated on an individual basis - for me to play at GUTS I'd want to know that these problems are sorted out full stop.

Ben does appear to be doing an excellent CS job, but I'd rather not put myself in a position where a session got ruined with lag and disconnects in the first place.

Lag has been unbearable for my last session or two. Normally I'm fine with a second or two of lag but when you constantly get chunks of spins that take 4-6 seconds each to complete with some spinning indefinitely then you can only be patient for so long. Like I said earlier I love Guts because of their service, payouts and design but when you don't know whether the session will be a smooth one or not then it really impacts the overall experience.
Just hope the technical issues can be resolved swiftly as everything else is top notch.

You might be right Paaske, got a fibre broadband couple of days ago, every casino smooth, except Jetbull (600 slots).
Tried every browser, awful lag... but at least the playtime tripled :D

I was thinking they must be kiddin', I wanted to send them, they told me is not necessary atm and now they say it is mandatory.

I don't think this is professional at all and also it is just mocking with players.

I have sent the documents and now probably I will wait a million years for them to be approuved.

If you did submit docs then it will not take a million years, we usually do it within the hour. If we requested documents there is a reason and we don't mock with players.

I can understand the frustration. I was stunned when I made my first withdrawal from rtg and was asked for that fax back form. "Oh my god, bull****. Im never gonna see my money. Those fuc***". But nowadays it is not a big deal :D.

In all honesty we only ask for the form in certain circumstances. Without too many details, the player in question registered from one country and deposited with a card registered from another country. Not a big deal of course and it happens time to time, but when it does happen we need to be extra careful.

... the card was registered on my name and I have deposited from another country with a card registered in the country where I am a citizen, not resident. And from the statement I have sent it was obvious that the card was mine.

However, I have closed my account in Guts and I don't think I will ever play in this kind of casinos.

To end this on a positive note...

I recommend that casinos should ask in the future for a DNA sample, the fingerprints and a retina scan from their customers... just to be sure.
