Ok, I contacted GB via live chat today. As I expected, nothing new. They can't even tell me when will my withdrawal be processed.

The chat was long and improductive, but was also interesting. I asked them some hard questions so they had to find out new stupid excuses. This conversation was very useful for one thing: it clearly shows the attitude of the casino and now it is documented.

I sent a pitch-a-bitch about GB and SH at the end of March. On last Friday I sent an e-mail to SH that my withdrawal is more than half year old now and I asked them to inform me when can I expect to get my money. They didn't answer, but payed on Wednesday. I don't know whether it was because of my e-mail or not.

Actuall I saw they are in the non recommended list but I thought atleast they pay , even slow pay is good with the signup bonus they offered me

Anyway they owe me 1412$ from the apr-10-2004

This is exactly the problem with this casino group and the people playing there. You read the forums, and you see the not recommended label but STILL you go and play there. If you know the way they operate, then don't complain when they stiff you on the payment and expect Bryan to help.

And welcome to the forum. Sorry about your mishap, but these guys are clearly in the rogue section - and have been there for some time now. This casino group will screw you and Playtech doesn't seem to be able to bust anyone's balls over this. My advice is to go complain to the affiliate who sent you there. These a-holes are just as guilty as the casinos.

They've stopped paying

Played here a couple of times and been paid in a reasonable amount of time even though they are on the rogue list ( didn't check the first time and when they paid I thought they were ok).

However they seem to have stopped giving me my winnings.

They now owe me a total of 660 dollars from 3 closely dated withdrawals and are not responding to any emails. All live chat can say is to email the finance manager but he doesn't respond.

I've got all the transaction numbers so they shouldn't have a problem tracking them.

Be warned anyone who is considering going there!!!!

This is such a silly, recurrent theme: player plays at rogue casino having been plainly warned NOT to - presumably for the bonus; player gets screwed; player then says "don't play there".

You have it backwards. Instead of "warning" people about what they already know, try listening to those SAME warnings that THEY gave YOU years ago.

And he is 100% CORRECT! You think everything is just peachy because you are getting paid, but everyone including myself keeps saying don't play here because you will get screwed by them eventually. But the response is the same, they keep paying me so I'll keep playing until they don't. Well looks like that time has come. My personal view is that they have been running out of money, robbing peter to pay paul, and maybe they finally went under.
