So here it is ain't doing no pab, I complain about gigadat and the time it takes to get the deposit like 3,4or more hrs, me among a lot of people, think August was the worst, got to the point just use paysafe. Any way aug 20th I withdraw 300$ via gigadat, or paymentiq, 5min goes by get email from videoslots hi dave your withdraw of 300$ is approved, regards support videoslots. Then 4hrs later email saying withdraw of 300$ dissaproved, contact support they say it was an error, I had just withdrew 400$ more locked it and pending, so still had 175$ left said screw this withdraw via banktransfer, next morning both withdraws approved, since it was weekend got it on Tuesday. Done right no.on September 15 just deposit buy Tuesday madness ticket. And by the way had 110euro battle ticket for end of month. Get email from videoslots, your account locked you owe us 300$ pay or your account stays locked, no explanation, they then demanded I send them pdfs of bank statements, I said I done nothing wrong, you show me proof not me in my videoslots account history it shows 300$ withdraw dissaproved.and 400$, and 175$ approved. They say till I pay 300$my account is locked, 3years I play there. Never a problem. So ironic.that there is magical gigadat rep here now,when last month they would not respond where is my deposit . So that's it I did nothing wrong, I just took 60day lock. Wtg videoslots soon be once was great casino, not anymore, like how many before what a joke, so predictable and boring anyway. Just look at all the complaints gigadat had.been a slice ✌all.whatch out.

Wow, with all due respect you should split this up in some paragraphs, it is really hard to understand, seems like there may be some multiple issues besides Gigadat.....and are you using TD? (sorry cannot rememver from the previous Gigadat issue post)

No problems with Twin. August was bad; now everything is fast. BTW, the Gigadat situation had nothing to do with VS. It was a Gigadat issue across all casinos.

So did you get the extra $300 as your wall of text doesn't actually say about that. I'm guessing you did, because lets face it, sending over a bank statement isn't the end of the world, we all have to send a lot more than that to casinos at times.

Ironic how you had a go at people having a go at videoslots, when you constantly complain about them.

They are doing the exact same to me, exact circumstances you described locked my account, mines 100 bucks only.... but saying i Reversed it! After it was approved, how?

Its gigadat that is screwing up and we are getting blamed, BEEN with them since day 1, LEVEL 259, and my month earnings are around NEGATIVE $ 3600 lol, ya Im going to try and steal only $100, they are rude and arrogant and demanding bank statements. This dates BACK to august 8 apparently.

Why would I give them this when I did nothing wrong but play everyday there. Videoslots has become a joke they hate loyal players and...no, there is no extra $100 in my bank account and I'm not paying it back to get my account reopened because they say. They wont offer proof so make it seem like I'm lying....lol all over a 100 bucks...i deposit hundreds a night at times lol.... I moved to Twin. My cashback was around $30 so there you go VS take it so you feel better about yourselves.

Damage is already done videoslots, when you accuse a person of stealing they don't come crawling back, well I DON'T, especially when you never lost my loyality after all the crap you pulled over the years and your rtp bs, but you felt an instant account lock with no prior contact is how you repay me and false accusations of theft, good riddance.
Fyi investigate gigadat it seems everyone I talk to says its their new withdrawal service YOU implemented that is cancelling withdrawals not the player, but you jump on the player first accusing them as usual.
And as a last note i scanned my bank again I was never over paid, so instead of taking thousands in loses from me you felt a $100 lie wouldn't piss me off?

Well at least someone stands up for themselves wtg brother, exactly they just come and demand. It's the other way around show me, I did nothing wrong except deposit a lot of money over 3years. No sense with a pab. You know where that will end up. Iam glad videoslots got to big, and lower rtps, and way to predictable, one of my last withdrawals was 25$cause they pissed me off, it is gigadat, not really gigadat payout is called paymatiq, weird shit. Anyway brother good to know iam not alone ✌

I told support I have 110$euro ticket 170$Canadian, 10$in my account, and Friday got 10$ week end booster. So that's 190$ the other 110$ they accuse me of take as compansat
Not true - @maxd has no special love for any particular casino
If youve a valid complaint it gets as much due consideration as any other
I know that sir not implying that, it the way videoslots handled it it is gigadat that had the problem and I can tell you I never got no extra payment. ✌
