The time limit was extended, possibly 1 July this year, don't quote me on it.
It was supposed originally to be Jan 1, then became end of Q1 2019, I may have read something in the Feb report from the UKGC about it being summer by the time all licensees have caught up.
I'm not going to mention any names but I know of a couple of UKGC casinos that are not signed up yet. I just looked at the GameStop website and it says GAMSTOP currently includes a large number of online gambling websites, but not all. In due course, all online gambling websites will be required to join by the Gambling Commission. So I'm guessing no its not mandatory as of yet but probably will be in due course but I think at least 95 percent of casinos are part of it so far.
