Note:
Virtually every CM staff member has either viewed or been read into this and last month's thread to take note of any questions or concerns
So kindly, let's have not have a re-hash of every point not addressed in the previous month, unless they're new, as they've been heard and taken on board.
Bryan, as we know, is on holidays, and will most likely, when available, discuss or make any changes as necessary along with the stuff in progress staff are working on implementing behind the scenes.. :)
Until then, happy sharing and happy spinning

Guys, mild banter is par especially discussing any offers, but please DO NOT derail the thread with pages of chit-chat. Take it to the Bar and Grill for idle bantering. (this is actually a warning as much as it is a request)
Ty :)

"0 Tolerance policy in effect regarding posts with aff links, direct links or non-free spins offers."

I think this one needs some clarification. Is it ok to post offers that are not freespin offers but No Deposit cash bonuses. For Example: £10 free with code: FREE10

The reason I'm not entirely sure and think that it needs a one for all answer is because in this thread it is stated it's not allowed and there's a zero tolerance policy towards it, but in the January Thread dunover wrote the following:

I agree the thread should include anything that's a generic NDB offer, whether FS (which the majority are) or those small NDB's. They're all pretty much the same thing anyway. Makes sense to keep them together.

P.S. Just to clarify, these are the general casino NDB/free bet offers which run across the board like the FS, not the new ones constructed by or introduced for CM by the reps in conjunction with Jelena, or by Jelena herself which would have their own special intro threads as they do already.

Also in the January thread I posted the following offer:

"Flyer in the post for a free £5

WHO: Regal wins
WHAT: FREE £5 (CODE: 5FREEGIFT)
WHERE: REGALWINS . COM (NO REVIEW OR STATUS HERE SO NO DIRECT LINK; PLAY AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION)

Never had problems here, they have an Alderney and UK License."

Now Regal Wins are not reviewed here but it's a fair casino that has an Alderney and UK License. I didn't directly link to the site and want to know if such sites are allowed to be posted if they haven't got a status here at CM.

Yes, the casino shouldn't be an issue with its licensing, but the decision about non-reviewed casinos still stands as far as I know - maybe that will be looked at soon. I still believe that if a ND chip is offered by a reviewed casino it should be allowed. After all, it's just a variation on free spins and there are far fewer of them generally than FS offers. Most of the ND chip offers tend to come via Jelena but if not, this is the logical place for them.

Cheers Dunover...so that Regalwins offer I posted would be against the rules since it has no review or status here at CM then?

If so, I'll bear that in mind :)

I'm usually not a dummy, but it's hard to know exactly what is and isn't against the rules with the knew changes.

So would this be correct.

William Hill have a review and a status here. Posting Links to Will Hill is fine because of this. (Players should use own discretion because of it being Grey Zoned)

Regal wins has no status or review here. So posting offers to this casino isn't fine?

Yes, but not all places that use that Licensing jurisdiction are bad. Just a crapton of them are which is why the reputation is very poor. All of the RTG sites that I play at only have a license from Curacao. It does have risks, but the sites I play at have always payed out and have decent T & C.

Isn't that the same license that @dunover warns us about?

Licensing Jurisdiction
Curacao

Yes, CM does selectively have reviews of some Curacao-licenced sites - it's 1668/JAZ that is the number to be avoided at all times. For example LadyHammer is 8048. As Bryan said elsewhere in another thread, one of the licences actually has a line of communication and is OK.

Thanks wasn't sure but I think for me I will just stay clear of anything that isn't ukgc or Malta or isle of man

Guts offers seem to be more personalized these days so probably not for everyone.

Try not depositing there for a while.

Casino's don't give a shit for loyal players sadly and will only give out ndb freebies in an attempt to lure back previously depositing players who haven't played at thier casino in a while.

I once busted through about £300-400 in a week there after having good fortune elsewhere and nothing showed up in my rewards section for all that playing. It's two fingers up at the players and those "rewards" they offer are are not rewards at all, just another casino tactic.

For that reason, casino's that do this don't see my deposits (Often).
