Hello, who has experience with withdrawal at Wildz Casino?

I made 3 deposits with Skrill (all without any bonuses)

and then on February 29th 2020
i make a first withdrawal over 800.- also with Skrill..

Since I have nowhere found information about documents ect as usual ..?

and with verification in my account stands only :
ID is not required!
Address confirmation not required!
and pay out method (Skrill) verified !

I asked also in the chat
and the one from the support told me also
there are no documents required.!?

So since the payout is still pending ...?


Does anyone know how long this withdrawals takes at Wildz ..?
and do they really not need any documents??

First time my withdrawal there was pending for 3 days (+ weekend) and support apologized for delay. No docs were asked, and I believe that there's no reason to worry about your withdrawal. Just ask support for an update.

I just asked at the moment again in chat when my withdrawal will be processed
because it is still pending in the system.


The first response from support amazed me ... !: :eek2:

The support just informed me that he sees no withdrawal request from me ..!?:eek2:

but when I uploaded a screenshot of the payout to the chat
the withdrawal was found ... ;)

And assured me that it will be passed on again ... :thumbsup:

All of my deposits were via Skrill like the withdrawal
and without any deposit bonus so should it actually run smoothly :)

Well I hope it really continues now ..

Despite claims I don't need to send any documents :what:

I sent all the documents this morning (6am)
Just like you have been accepted by all other casinos in the last 10 years!

because an email on the 4th day says that the documents are needed!
And the account was suddenly changed from verified to not verified??? (Screenshot)

So far no reaction to see how long this will take at Wildz ...

But multiple deposits with Skrill, one withdrawal with Skrill (same payment method)
and everything without a bonus
and he promises to take care of it as quickly as possible is disappointing!

In general, because the casino was so hyped,

After the support team wrote me an email when my (previously unneeded) documents were uploaded by me,..
they will be processed again as soon as possible! :rolleyes:

(but i already uploaded the Documents for 24h! :cool: )

And I sent a link back to this thread saying that it is not a good advertisement ..

Was the withdrawal now approved after 5 days! :thumbsup:

the VIP Manager who apologized for the current difficulties was just contacted via SMS!


And even credited me 50.- with only 10x wagering!

Since the Withdrawal is now also a nice gesture I'm surprised :thumbsup:

wildz like many genesis group casinos delay as much as they can forgetting it exist, telling you to be patient.. add new delays over and over. It's only to give you all the chances in the world to reverse. If you don't reverse eventually they pay. If you keep playing and never reverse they end up respecting the delays they write on their terms. If you reverse and rip... like i did on casinojoy a huge 1.2k reverse and rip then you can be sure next cash out will take 1 week+ lol. So when i play them i do when i can afford to leave it on the side. When im short and need to get paid fast if i win they are the last options on the list.

I had been requested docs but their site did not have any documents page, I spoke with support and they told me would be fixed the next......next day still nothing, support then told me to email the docs but could take up to 3 weeks to be verified........I ran

Yeah they are doing mega delay tactics but they doing it in a nice way lol. Always being very polite and smiling a lot saying sorry sorry while in fact they know 100% what they are doing. Most casinos use shady if not criminal tactics, the difference between "good" and bad casinos is that if the bad can just steal your money, try taking money in your bank and such, the good ones KYC you 1-2-3 times.. or like wildz.. make withdrawals complicated and long while asking sorry non-stop saying it will be fixed while they are not doing anything at all.

I registered there because their mobile site was fast, easy to navigate and liked their presentation. Usual genesis bs. 4 days pending for 100$ withdraw to ecopayz. Documents uploaded and they never even bother looking at it. They were so busy... sooooo busy hahahahaha.
After a week I flipped the 100$ on roulette and lost. Never ever played there again. How dumb they
Think customers are really? I eventually received a doc request more than 2 weeks after the reversed/lost 100$. A request for a document already uploaded waaaay before even depositing.
I really really hate liars and payment stallers. I will never understand the love for them. Its worst then gunsbet IMO. At least they dont tell you that you need to wait for the payment....’because security of customers. Genesis lol

I'd be curious to see the industry finances stats... Where is all the money going? Because if you forget all their claims and just look from the player perspective. We are playing basics slots and connected to a server while navigating basic webpages that are the same for years. You can play world of warcraft for 15$ a month and have connection to the servers 24/7 devs and tech support working all year long, even trade/sell gold and items etc. All this for 15$ a month.. we lose hundreds/thousands and they tell us it's too expensive? And when we complain we get treated like garbage. I don't know what they are doing, who is responsible for that mess? I expected a multi billion industry to be able to hire decent people at the top but obviously something is wrong. Just a obvious example was videoslots removing the battles... i mean it was the only thing they had that kept most of their players there.. and they got rid of it to save money? You don't save money if you have no more players. Same way a casino that scam every new player that try to cash out.. how do they expect to keep going? The industry is saturated now.. there is no more infinity of new players.. casinos must focus on loyalty and player retention.. but instead they do everything to rip them dry to bankruptcy the fastest way possible. Like i said... if they are trying to take all the money before everything goes down then i have no more questions, everything makes sense. But if they take these decisions going for the long term then seriously some people lied on their CV's to get their jobs and the people that hired them are not any smarter to not figure out the disaster ahead.

FYI, Wildz Casino is not part of Genesis Global.

They created their own platform called Rootz that is geared towards fast-loading games. The casino is operated by Rootz Ltd. under an MGA licence.

AFAIK, the entire staff is ex-other Malta casinos, all the way to the top.

Hi there... I also played for a long time at wildz casino and can confirm, that they didn't need any documents, when, you just registered there. The withdrawals were also very fast approved. But what really f.... me up is that you nearly never win something, when they ask to make kyc. It took a time, until they wanted me to provide documents, but from this day I've never had a big win there, so I decided to close my account there completely

What should I think about it, these nice statements of casinos with there processing time statements, as Wildz speaking of a 30 min bank processing what I can't believe, as I got a nice email from them that they will process it as soon as possible because they occur delay's, but the moment I read all the reviews on the internet about Wildz and there way of paying out the customer.


I'm am verry dedicated to statements and terms and conditions on website, and if they try to do it different I start to write these reviews, you taking a total joke of your people.

Yet again, it's also the last time I've played here, the total nonsense everytime with these casinos and there nice terms, They can't even live up to it, but when you breach one of there rules its easy for them to confiscate the money.

Recently I come on this forum to complain, because I do not have any good reviews about any casino at all the last 2 months.

I write these reviews for other people, so they aware what can happen when you play at certain casino's, it won't help my process and I know that, but atleast I can tell it to others so Wildz will eventually get a little less people to there website. That's what they deserve after taking a joke of your costumer.
