I did get approximately $17.00 from the free spins which was nice, but as usual, didn't take long to give it back. This isn't an issue as it's just a nice bonus to have a bit of play time. More importantly, the games worked great compared to my last visit, and there were no signs of the constant errors I was getting last time I played there. I didn't worry about the extra 50% deposit bonus, as I'm sure when I'm ready to play again, either Fredrik or CS may have an offer available, or the casino itself may have an offer on. But to be honest, I like to make straight deposits in between bonuses, as my tin foil hat tells me the slots play better most the time, and the odd occasion I use to get withdrawals, they all came from straight up deposits, so I'm a little superstitious in that regard. I have never made a withdrawal with a bonus, but mind you it's usually my own greedy fault as I did the wrong thing and kept playing til I busted. Stupid, but still fun.
I had my one large shot at playing with sign up bonuses recently, as chronicled on this forum here, just to try something different, and it obviously didn't end well with some of the worst issues I've had since playing. On the bright side, I discovered
Leo Vegas which I'm excited about, and now I'll be trying Euroslots again, so I'm happy to take the good from a bad experience, and hope for the best moving forward. Losing sux, but some issues suck worse, so once most reps understand true players rarely complain just about losing, and not everyone is just after a free ride, results can be achieved together, and most issues can be resolved.
We players can probably work on being more understanding of the demands CS and reps get put through, however I think all CST's and reps have to learn that not every complaint is just another sore loser looking for free chip. If they continue to approach all players who make an inquiry in this manner, of course things can escalate quickly if the player has a legitimate concern. Most of the best sites are the best because they don't do this, but even they have moments of lapses where I personally have been denied, or given a free comp chip just for asking what my sessions rtp was. This kind of response can sometimes be perceived as dismissive, and I have personally had incidences where I've had to explain to a CS agent that I'm not after a free chip, and merely making a legitimate inquiry. Obviously they must get bombarded with free chip requests, and I'm not saying I've never asked for one myself, but I have also worked in customer service for 15 years, and know a golden rule is to never judge a book by it's cover if you want to make a sale, or ensure repeat business.
So anyway, hopefully now I can settle back into a groove with my regular sites, and now include Leo Vegas and Euroslots to that list. I lost all my money at Leo Vegas, but had no issues as Olle the rep was great to get to know, and I now feel that Fredrik understands that my concerns didn't arise from losing, so I'm happy to return. Once we cleared up what my actual issue was, and that it was real, Fredrik worked with me to fix the problem, and I now credit him for being a great rep, willing to help like some of the best on here. A slight hiccup at the start of our relationship, but now happy to move forward together.
Final post here for me, and sorry for ranting on a little.
