Resolved Euroslots Bonus Issue

Horror show had a happy ending

Just an update to say my issues have been resolved, and I wanted to thank Fredrik for being a man of his word, and doing what he said he would.

I am happy to say the redemption mission was a smooth process, and I was refunded, and offered the original sign up offer I didn't receive, without any delays or hassles. Due to this, I am happy to give my backing to Fredrik and the CS team, as being a trusted group, and a group who ultimately want their customers to be happy. I had already closed my account, so they didn't have to look after me the way they did.

In return, I will reward their efforts by returning as a customer, and doubling my original deposit to say thank you.

I will also ask the mods to update the title of the thread to resolved if possible.

It wasn't a pleasant experience, but credit to the Euroslots team for making things right. I'm always happy to give credit where it's due, as much as I am harsh when it's not. Hopefully they can keep that level of service up.

Im glad you got a result Azzurri, Frdrik is a good man from what I can see but after experience what I had its not worth my time, Hope full he has keep to hes word and poked all the cs in the ear,

But for me it was not good enough, I signed u to many sites and cs seem to no the score than if not than back of my deposit list, but after I was told it sorted and it was not done me in,

Any 1 looking for review than the site is legit, just that every peson has trouble a long the line somewhere, Help is here and anythink that you was promied wil sure be sorted
 
If the casino is willing to fix the problem, you have to allow them the opportunity to do so Spintee. That doesn't mean they'll get it right first time, but if they are willing to address the issue, work with them, as it may take a few go's to get it right.

My issues revolved around the constant game errors every 2-3 spins on every game I played, hence I paid for entertainment I didn't receive. After a bit of back and forth, Fredrik proved he wanted me to be happy with an outcome, and hence he did a good job in resolving my complaint. On top of this, other members have backed Fredrik's claims that the errors are no longer evident within the games, so I am happy to give them another try, as when I played the free games I received from the sign up offer, I myself also no longer experienced these errors first hand.

Unlike another certain casino, Fredrik admitted there was a problem with the games and entered into open communication to set things right.

So nothing about winning and losing, and everything about getting what you paid for, and a casino happy to resolve a complaint to ensure a customer may return, which I am more likely to do now.
 
You right, things can not be done over night, But experaince you have is what you go by, I put them at the back of my list but more than likely try them again as that list can spin round quick, I take you did not win on your free spins? & did you get your 50% boost as well,

I did get approximately $17.00 from the free spins which was nice, but as usual, didn't take long to give it back. This isn't an issue as it's just a nice bonus to have a bit of play time. More importantly, the games worked great compared to my last visit, and there were no signs of the constant errors I was getting last time I played there. I didn't worry about the extra 50% deposit bonus, as I'm sure when I'm ready to play again, either Fredrik or CS may have an offer available, or the casino itself may have an offer on. But to be honest, I like to make straight deposits in between bonuses, as my tin foil hat tells me the slots play better most the time, and the odd occasion I use to get withdrawals, they all came from straight up deposits, so I'm a little superstitious in that regard. I have never made a withdrawal with a bonus, but mind you it's usually my own greedy fault as I did the wrong thing and kept playing til I busted. Stupid, but still fun.

I had my one large shot at playing with sign up bonuses recently, as chronicled on this forum here, just to try something different, and it obviously didn't end well with some of the worst issues I've had since playing. On the bright side, I discovered Leo Vegas which I'm excited about, and now I'll be trying Euroslots again, so I'm happy to take the good from a bad experience, and hope for the best moving forward. Losing sux, but some issues suck worse, so once most reps understand true players rarely complain just about losing, and not everyone is just after a free ride, results can be achieved together, and most issues can be resolved.

We players can probably work on being more understanding of the demands CS and reps get put through, however I think all CST's and reps have to learn that not every complaint is just another sore loser looking for free chip. If they continue to approach all players who make an inquiry in this manner, of course things can escalate quickly if the player has a legitimate concern. Most of the best sites are the best because they don't do this, but even they have moments of lapses where I personally have been denied, or given a free comp chip just for asking what my sessions rtp was. This kind of response can sometimes be perceived as dismissive, and I have personally had incidences where I've had to explain to a CS agent that I'm not after a free chip, and merely making a legitimate inquiry. Obviously they must get bombarded with free chip requests, and I'm not saying I've never asked for one myself, but I have also worked in customer service for 15 years, and know a golden rule is to never judge a book by it's cover if you want to make a sale, or ensure repeat business.

So anyway, hopefully now I can settle back into a groove with my regular sites, and now include Leo Vegas and Euroslots to that list. I lost all my money at Leo Vegas, but had no issues as Olle the rep was great to get to know, and I now feel that Fredrik understands that my concerns didn't arise from losing, so I'm happy to return. Once we cleared up what my actual issue was, and that it was real, Fredrik worked with me to fix the problem, and I now credit him for being a great rep, willing to help like some of the best on here. A slight hiccup at the start of our relationship, but now happy to move forward together.

Final post here for me, and sorry for ranting on a little. :oops:
 
Outcome? Nothing. I paid good money to be entertained at a site that continually shut down after 2-3 spins, got treated like a chump and a liar by the CS rep, and now the Casinomeister rep Fredrik. This is on top of another issue whereby the casino has not honored exclusive deals via affiliate partners. Signed up via The Pogg for a 150% deposit match and 50 free spins, however neither were offered once registered, and a standard 100% match only was on offer.

I'm doing the background research for my bi-annual re-reviews. This is one of the threads that came up and while I'm not hear to poach CMs players, if your issue was with an exclusive bonus provided by my site it really would be helpful if you'd come to me through the complaints section. I'm not 100% convinced I could have cleared all your issues up, but I certainly could have done something about the missing bonus if you'd contacted me at the time it should have been provided and given EuroSlots standing with ThePOGG, it helps me assess how they're treating players.

I'm not wanting to come across as overtly critical here, but if there's a problem with anything on my site the best place to deal with it is my site rather than a thread on another forum that I only found by happenstance.

I want to say a big thanks to Fredrik for taking care of these players for me! I pride myself on being there to help players when things go wrong. It makes me feel good when a casino I rate highly will do that by themselves.

Hi mate, I did mangae to receive the bonus after alot of farting about, Its been a while now and alot of play time has wiped my mind, 1st ever thing I did was send you a kind message threw your site & did not hear back? Only when I came here I got results, I do not think I sent a message threw casinomeister as already sent threw your site and really should not need to use this site for other sites problems, I have since signed up to a a few more sites from your side and also had another problem with 1, another bonus went threw ok, I was told that your tag was not attached to my sign up but they sorted it and all was in order,

I am preety sure at the time you was doing some changes to your site, But I would check as if you not getting the aflliates your bring to sites than maybe somethings not in order?

In all honesty I'm less concerned with whether my players are being tagged (money's coming in fairly well right now) and more concerned that you say you sent me a message and didn't receive a response! If you can remember what email address you might have used I'd really appreciate you PMing me the details so I can look into it?

If anyone ever fails to get a response from me about an issue like this it's always a good idea to send quickly submit a complaint. I check the pending complaints daily and your issues immediately built into my 'to-do' list this way. Big or small problem I'm always happy to help.

Usually whenever a user uses this I immediately get an email, but having checked my email I haven't in this instance. If anyone else has not received a response when using this form I'd appreciate you dropping me a PM here so I can check into it. I want to make sure that this was a one off issue rather than a systematic problem that I need to approach OfferChat about.

Cheers pogg, But as I stated this was I think when you was doing some changes, Unsure if this what caused it but I think agin just b4 you bought in the guarantee ect
