    Hi,i am a new member.
    Sorry for juro.i had also a bad experience playing in euro grand casino.on 13th nov 08 i had a balance $662.86 ,i withdrew $500.i log out,the next day i log in,my balance only $0.86 .the customer service said that i lost in slot2millions,which i would never play,even i refused the wellcome bonus because must wagger in slot.after 2 days i log in again.the balance $0.00.i did not contact the c.s. because useless.i suspected the casino took my money,and trying to delay my withdrawal by asking to sign the deposit form,copies c.c. Id etc in separate mail one after another in different day.any one had such experience?

    I suppose your account has been hacked. Reset all your passwords (at casinpos and emails). Also block all outcoming transactions, which don't require your confirmation. Do it asap.

    Thanks slotmonster.i don't think a hacker.i log in again yesterday to check whether the casino had transfered my withdrawal,actually it was not anymore in the pending,i noted my balance turn up $0.86 again.i add $1 from the comp point ,then made it gone in roullette,a hacker is unable to return money to my account,
