The first screenshot says "Total Bet £248" and the second screenshot says "Bonus Bet £248". Shouldn't it say "Bonus Bet £38"? If so, that fits with the visual glitch theory.

Back on the 4th August IBAS requested further info from Videoslots.
As of today IBAS has said the panel need further information from Videoslots and then
"Given the time of the year I’m sure that you can appreciate that it is holiday season resulting in staff leave both internal and external and things can become stagnant for a small period."
Thats pissed me off as wouldn't accept my claim without a deadlock which MrVegas was pissing about with for months.
