Hi,
I would like to clarify that we are not giving bonuses for those who choose to deposit using Skrill or Neteller *(at this moment) . I cannot explain why our management made this decision, because I am not responsible to do that. I just follow and apply the rules.
However, all of our players are welcome to use Skrill or Neteller these methods are included in our payments providers list. In case players would like to be eligible for the bonus offer, they may choose from various other financial operators on our site.
You can be sure, if we will reintroduce those two providers for the bonuses I will be the first one, who will shout it loudly here.
Thanks
This is exactly what I am talking about, it's a big secret. You are offering less for the same amount of money depending upon the payment method used. How would you feel if a shop gave you a poorer product if you paid with a Mastercard than had you paid with VISA?
There is something about Neteller and Skrill that casino operators are keen to keep out of the public domain, and it's something that has them running scared of both companies which might have an impact on how safe players feel their money is there given that unlike banks, balances are not protected under the Financial Compensation Scheme. Neteller also seem very keen to keep the secret (I have asked, and received BS responses like "this shouldn't be happening" or "we haven't heard about this before").
If it's down to this pair cornering the electronic money transfer market and thus getting greedy with charges that only the casino's see, then there needs to be a new entrant to inject some competition. One did try some while ago, but never got off the ground.
Given how widespread it has become among casinos to treat Neteller deposits as of less value than other methods, this is more than just one set of managers at one operator making an odd commercial decision, there is something driving this sentiment throughout the industry, and casino after casino are sticking it out for as long as they can, and then caving in to the trend and imposing less value per deposited dollar if the money comes from Neteller.
I remember when it was the other way around. Players who used cards were bombarded with offers from the CASINO to switch to using Neteller or Moneybookers (as Skrill was), and many offered up to 15% extra on top of any other promotions simply for switching to depositing via one of these methods. Casinos were not so keen on cards because they were more expensive and difficult to deal with, with the real problems coming when players withdrew because different cards had different policies regarding refunds, and to players it looked like dodgy practice from the casino.
I have yet to see a casino remove such a "temporary" value restriction on promotions for a Neteller deposit, so I will call your management out on this one, it isn't going to happen. It never happened at Ladbrokes, and (thankfully) never happened at Rushmore.
Even 32Red are lukewarm about Neteller, but they have not made the move towards removing perks from Neteller deposits. They removed weekend processing in order to make wallets like Neteller less attractive so that players were not encouraged to switch from using cards in order to get their money paid for the weekend instead of Monday morning.
