Energy Casino - Microgaming

I use my debit card, so it always takes a couple of days, but seems they pay fast to e-wallets.

Some things that need to be mentioned though.

If you have only a few cents left on your balance after playing with a bonus, it can't be zeroed out by playing.
You have to cancel the bonus in the account, because the games won't let you spin.

Second, it happened twice already. When you complete WR, you might get an error and the balance will go all into bonus balance.
Just give it a few minutes, then log out and back in, it will be fine. The funds will move into real balance. Don't know why this happens,
even the support was clueless.

Signed up today & won a small sum & made a withdraw.
Have sent in my papers. Waiting to see how long it takes for them to verify & send to my Moneybookers account.
1 bad thing about their 100% welcome bonus is that if you use Moneybookers or Neteller you dont get any.. :(
They have a nice assortment of slot games though.

Yeah, I forgot to mention that. No weekly reload bonuses on Neteller deposits either.

You cannot open account from your country.
I'm in the UK!

One of the dumber errors I have come across, especially since it must be basing it off my IP address as I don't get as far as entering my country.

Well I rebooted my router to got a new IP address and now I can register so I assume they are using an old datbase to identify geographical location and my ISP bought up some old US ones?
Anyway if someone else has a similar problem getting a new IP address could well resolve the issue.

Wow this place is a crap hole so far.
After all the messing around found I can't use Skrill for 1st deposit bonus (what's that all about?)
Deposited with Visa, no bonus.
Told i didn't select. Never saw the option if it was there at all and no bonus is default?
Fine.
Got to first game Luck Lady "The selected game is not available in your jurisdiction."
Ever get the feeling you are being told something about a casino before you play?

And found a game I could play and here was the result before busting out, awesome!

awesome.webp

And that included winning free spins

I guess this isn't my lucky casino?

EDit.

Trying last second deposit with bonus and now get error insufficient funds even though my balance is fine.
This site really is riddled with bugs.

Energyshithole.webp

It has taken 2 hours to manage to play one game that gave me 55% RTP and now I can't even get back on that same game.
Stay well clear of this place until they sort out all these errors is my advice. I wanted a little fun and I've just paid to be wound up by this dumb schmuck site.

too funny

Tried to complain but live chat off line so tried to submit via their webform.

EnergyLOL.webp

I guess you gotta laugh. Glad others have had better experiences.

JackMack - I've been playing here all day since seeing this thread. Having absolutely no problems whatsoever.

Don't get me wrong though, I'm not disputing what you're saying. Besides, we can clearly see you're having a shitty experience.
I just don't think the problems you are experiencing are system-wide for all of us. There's gotta be some other reason mate.

Yeah you should only go off your own experience but I have never had so many hassles in one evening.
That said I did find out why I was getting the insufficient funds error eventually. Apparently the bonus i took was limited to a few slots and trying to play any other slot threw me the error.
It just needs some care and attention. Not sure how long they have been live but it feels like a Beta site.

None of it is nasty rogue behaviour or anything but incredibly frustrating when you just want to relax and play and you get wound up instead.

To be fair to you mate, I've had problems all day

NetEnt weren't loading at all (turns out there was maintenance going on). Then Microgaming games were faffing about, and that's being kind.
Then when trying to follow my WR, my account wouldn't open. And then whilst playing a game the account info would finally open (like a minute later) which crashed the game and I'd have to reload

I did make a £1,000 withdrawal from a £100 deposit so I'm more than happy with that, but I'll admit the casino is a mess at the minute.

TBH I have no idea how anyone has won there, my last 4 free spin rounds all paid under x5 bet with nearly all dead spins.
Some games I have played 30 and 40 dead spins straight my first spins and I have gone different games over 100 spins without winning more than my bet back.
The only luck i had was playing a slot $3 a spin thinking I was playing 30c and hitting 5 Aces LOL - I got of and low rolled all the way to zero no worries.

They could do with taking this casino offline and fixing it, it is not fit for purpose.
It is random which games I can play and which I can't (or is it?)
and even those I can play I sometimes get kicked off.
Here are a few more errors from my lasts session that i bothered to screenshot, most i didn't.

Another error their support webform throws up after first giving you another error - the captcha is correct it is just bugged.

EndlessBS.webp
Randomly kicked off games that I can play

And yes the corrupted slot in the last one was playable, played about 6 or 7 dead spins testing it.

WTF.webp

Sent docs in on Sunday and was approved first thing Monday morning.
Withdrew £1000 on said Monday, was in my account on Wednesday. Standard for debit card withdrawal.
So that side of things at Energy Casino work perfectly, no hassle whatsoever.

But I'm with JackMack - the actual casino and games themselves are totally unreliable in terms of working properly. It's annoying because, as said, the financial/CS side of things are great and I'm certain to return to play there again very soon :)

My experience with them

Before sign up I went to chat and asked about first deposit bonus. The chat agent said all games can be played.

I signed up and made my deposit using the bonus. I opened a table game to play, but it was not allowed. Asked them in chat why I am not able to play roulette an they said it is in the bonus term and quoted this:

Wagers made on all Table Games and Video Poker do not apply for the purposes of this offer.

What a hell that suppose to mean? I am not a native English speaker and I read this in my language (they have several languages supported) and it was not black and white. That is why I asked this on chat before signed up and they said all games can be played.

I was pretty pissed and thought this would not be my favourite place to play. Started to play DoA and hit this:

DoA.webp

That was my first big win on DoA. I was able to complete the WR, but left only 1200 USD and made the usual mistake: continued playing and lost all back.

Congratulations, seems it is just my luck that is desperate here and glad peeps are getting paid which is the main thing.
That said I am really naffed off with their support (lack of it)
I went to the trouble of gathering a few screenshots of the errors I have been getting and sent them to them as they requested and this was their response;

Please, be informed that IT Department looked through problems you have met and didn't notice any irregularities on our side.

All games are working fine.

Please, check setting on your computer, is it up to date.

Pretty funny as I know more about computers than they ever will and it works fine with all software every other casino.
If there is one thing I hate it is casinos blaming issues with their site on the customers instead of resolving them.

"Is it up to date?"
And that is their tech team talking?

Have you tried the Novo slots? I mean, maybe it's only MGS and NetEnt that's messing around.
Sorry to hear you had issues, makes me feel guilty since I started the thread. Sent them an email, to let them know about this.
See how it goes.

At least Valhalla got some compensation for his troubles :D

Dear members,

Thank you for all to let us know what problems you had with our services.

We triple checked all of our games *(NetEnt, Microgaming, Novomatic) and no errors were occurred during the tests. Also our technical team checked twice Jack's issue, and they found no errors. We try hard to take care about any single issue what is reported from the players, and you can be 100% sure that we take immediate actions. However I would like to ask you, that in the future report any single problem directly to our support department, because we are not able to help you using this forum.

Jack please let me know if you still have technical problems with our NetEnt platform. Please let me know, which browser you use to run a new test about this case. We didn't got any other report like this before, nobody else reported this kind of problems about our games. Feel free to contact us directly via Live Chat or Support e-mail because we cannot assist you here.

I had registered here to answer all of you questions about EnergyCasino, but please consider that all of my replies are unofficial answers. We have a multilingual support service *(English, German, Spanish, Hungarian, Serbian, Romanian and more) feel free to contact us.

Thank you

Having said that, I can't get any games to load this morning
"Internal Server Error: 500" it says for every game...

Dear Valhalla,

This error message appears when you opt-in for a bonus and you try to access those games which are not included in the bonus offer. The full list of excluded games can be found in the Terms&Conditions of the bonus.

.

I am really sorry that you didn't got the correct full information from our support. We offer Hungarian support via mail and Live Chat, please feel free next time to ask our support department to transfer your chat to a native speaker or you may send us a hungarian e-mail.

" it was not black and white"

Every bonus offered by us, have some Terms&Conditions. You can find it under the Promotion tab or you can access it, on the deposit page just before you opt-in for a bonus. In case of WB it is stated clearly that Table games and Video Poker are excluded from wager.

I wish you good luck.

@ NorbertEnergy : If you are a legit representative of the casino you should:

  • read the i-Gaming Reps and Affiliate Managers section of the FAQ.
  • contact Bryan aka Casinomeister via Link Outdated / Removed to have your membership properly registered and recognized as casino rep.

Ask Bryan, or here, if you have any questions.

LATER: I see that's been taken care of.

Thanks for your comments.

I read your terms in both languages and it was still not clear, that is why I asked CSR.
I mean this is not quite clear: Wagers made on all Table Games and Video Poker do not apply for the purposes of this offer.

It sounds like I can play those games, but they will not count for the wagering requirements.

Why can't you just say: No table games play allowed with this bonus?

Our management decided about that term and the colleagues from support team can't make any exceptions . You can still use 17* other payment services to opt in for our bonus offer. The full list can be found under the "Deposits/Withdrawals" tab.

*it depends on the region where you live.

I was trying to play slots that were totally acceptable within the terms of the bonus (I always carefully read bonus T&Cs to keep myself right).
As it turned out, there was maintenance going on so that's why they wouldn't load. But then after the maintenance was completed (I received an email) I was still having issues.
The account screen wouldn't load, random slots wouldn't load and/or would crash when they did.

Having said all that... I had a great time :D
The bonus was fair and transparent, and it was easy to follow. The CS were friendly and helpful, the website looks very nice. And I won a very tidy sum so I will definitely remain an Energy Casino player :)

Also - documents were approved very quickly and the money was in my bank account (debit card withdrawal) within a day.
Lots of positives!

I agree with a few posters here. I used to play and deposit in your casino alot. Everything works exemplay, really good selection of games, but banning ewallets for bonuses that started a few weeks back, is not nice. I also dont see whats the difference with deposits made with neteller/skrill vs creditcard. I hope energycasino would get casinomeister accreditation, everything is run so well, except for the current bonus system.

It seems there is not only a difference, but the rep is refusing to explain what this is, merely using a variant of "our decision is final". Many of the alternative deposit methods are simply not as casino friendly as Neteller and Skrill. It ranges from the banks blocking card transactions because they are odd looking "card not present" ones, to the trouble of having to walk to the shops every time to get some kind of prepaid voucher.

Neteller is just so easy, it's like a bank account configured specifically to service offshore gambling transactions, and it's pretty good at this. It's pretty mediocre at everything else, especially the fact that it's prepaid card stops working every time there is a maintenance downtime, which can be embarrassing if your card is declined in public after having bought goods or a service. This is where the banks work well, but they are mediocre to crap when it comes to using their cards in casinos.

The problem has been going on for years, so it's time the industry got together and negotiated with Neteller and Skrill to sort out these problems as resolving them will be good for everyone.

In terms of money and gameplay, there is absolutely no difference. £100 is £100 when it's played in a casino, and is no luckier just because it has come from Neteller as opposed to a bank card.

It seems these casinos are going out of their way to discourage players from depositing frequently or in larger chunks. This means their potential whales will go elsewhere because they will get fed up of repeatedly locking out their debit card by trying to deposit more than £100 at a time, or finding that they can only purchase £150 worth of UKash in a single visit to the local paypoint.

It would help if the banks could offer a product to gamblers that was more casino friendly, so didn't keep locking out all the time for casino related deposits. It could work like Neteller, but would have the legal standing of a fully regulated bank account.

The casinos could also help make cards work better by not dicking around with the processors they use and implementing proper "verified by VISA" for card not present transactions. If the bank sees the transactions coming in from a stable and reputable processor, and secured by "verified by VISA", it is less likely to trip out the player's card due to automated fraud protection algorithms. This would make card deposits as reliable as Neteller deposits for the player, plus most current accounts pay interest (unlike Neteller) and the balance is protected by compensation schemes.

I also dont see whats the difference with deposits made with neteller/skrill vs creditcard.

The difference likely relates to the processing costs to the casino...

Credit cards may charge 'x' percentage or fixed fee for every transaction, whereas e-wallets may charge a higher percentage or fee. As such, offering bonuses only to deposits made with a cheaper deposit method may be their way of encouraging you to use the mechanism that costs them the least.

Hope this helps

It is very hard to understand now days why online casinos except certain methods, But with the new U.K regs and there hand in the pie and not knowing our selfs the real costs of using such methods, I no alot of sites got rid of paypal but I do not blame them,

What I do no is that when using a card its a finger print every where you use it, Collecting info on our selfs and alot of places prefer using card than cash? I wonder why? Them dogdy phone calls, snailmail threw door, credit card companys to take out credit, Is all to do with what we do, Using on line ewallets than who does no where the money is going, When using cards its stamped

Hi,

I would like to clarify that we are not giving bonuses for those who choose to deposit using Skrill or Neteller *(at this moment) . I cannot explain why our management made this decision, because I am not responsible to do that. I just follow and apply the rules.

However, all of our players are welcome to use Skrill or Neteller these methods are included in our payments providers list. In case players would like to be eligible for the bonus offer, they may choose from various other financial operators on our site.

You can be sure, if we will reintroduce those two providers for the bonuses I will be the first one, who will shout it loudly here.

Thanks

Thank you. I thought I see you was connected to sister sites? I have knocked a load on the head but as I see you your on one of the best sites and good things so I give a try, I only a small roler as every person no by now but do stick in a few grand a month across sites,
Ive narrowed down from about 150 to 25 so far alot of them are bingo sites, I keep 2 them now, and only 4 casinos by new year, I will not mention names but we all no who they are, Always got to have a few going :)

I need some engery anyway as nothing left in me bones and going out tonight

Hi,

We are a Malta+UK licensed casino which is not connected to any other operators. Feel free to sign-up!

Cheers.

It may have been helpful (considering the problems players may have with accepting bonuses/linked accounts at Cassava for example) for the UKGC to make a proviso that sites accepting UK players have a link on their casinos to 'Associated Sites'.

This would mean the player would have the info at hand to prevent them from falling foul of future confiscation of winnings via accepting a second SUB from the same group if the terms forbid this or having winnings confiscated because they have SE'd from another site in the group which is spotted at first cash-out.

So, why not just say so?

I understand that credit cards charge the biggest fees of all, around 4% of the transaction, to the merchant. Debit cards can also charge significant fees, but not as much as credit cards. I would have thought Neteller would have significantly undercut these card fees so that it could dominate the market for gambling transactions. If Neteller and Skrill have just gotten greedy and making cards the cheaper option, they had better change their ways or they may end up going the same way as Click2Pay.

A new payment directive could mean cards getting cheaper still. This is intended to level the playing field between small businesses and large corporations as many transactions are done using cards, especially online, and high fees for lower volumes means that small firms can't compete fairly. It's supposedly going to be a fixed fee to cover the processing costs, rather than a percentage of the value. The suggestion is that the banks will turn to the card users to recover the lost revenue, and that free consumer banking will end, and we will probably lose all those incentives from cards like cash back, free insurance, discount clubs, etc. The annual card fee may also come back widely. Of course, this could make people go back to using cash instead of cards to save on all these fees, and I bet the EU didn't think of this possible deflator to the economy as when people pay cash, they have a greater sense of how much they are spending.

This is exactly what I am talking about, it's a big secret. You are offering less for the same amount of money depending upon the payment method used. How would you feel if a shop gave you a poorer product if you paid with a Mastercard than had you paid with VISA?

There is something about Neteller and Skrill that casino operators are keen to keep out of the public domain, and it's something that has them running scared of both companies which might have an impact on how safe players feel their money is there given that unlike banks, balances are not protected under the Financial Compensation Scheme. Neteller also seem very keen to keep the secret (I have asked, and received BS responses like "this shouldn't be happening" or "we haven't heard about this before").

If it's down to this pair cornering the electronic money transfer market and thus getting greedy with charges that only the casino's see, then there needs to be a new entrant to inject some competition. One did try some while ago, but never got off the ground.

Given how widespread it has become among casinos to treat Neteller deposits as of less value than other methods, this is more than just one set of managers at one operator making an odd commercial decision, there is something driving this sentiment throughout the industry, and casino after casino are sticking it out for as long as they can, and then caving in to the trend and imposing less value per deposited dollar if the money comes from Neteller.

I remember when it was the other way around. Players who used cards were bombarded with offers from the CASINO to switch to using Neteller or Moneybookers (as Skrill was), and many offered up to 15% extra on top of any other promotions simply for switching to depositing via one of these methods. Casinos were not so keen on cards because they were more expensive and difficult to deal with, with the real problems coming when players withdrew because different cards had different policies regarding refunds, and to players it looked like dodgy practice from the casino.

I have yet to see a casino remove such a "temporary" value restriction on promotions for a Neteller deposit, so I will call your management out on this one, it isn't going to happen. It never happened at Ladbrokes, and (thankfully) never happened at Rushmore.

Even 32Red are lukewarm about Neteller, but they have not made the move towards removing perks from Neteller deposits. They removed weekend processing in order to make wallets like Neteller less attractive so that players were not encouraged to switch from using cards in order to get their money paid for the weekend instead of Monday morning.

The product is the same and you can choose which payment form would you like to use.

Using your simile, you go to shopping , but you are interested about a promotion, you realize that you don't want/maybe you can't accept the Terms of it. What you will do? You will start to argue with the salesman about the policy? He is just there to serve you with respect, but in some situations he just can't answer. You can be sure, that all of the policy things not depends by him, and he don't know the answers.

We are not offering less, but there are some rules which has to be accepted. Anyway, these feedback's are much appreciated, recorded and I will present it to the man in charge.

All of my respect.

Not a great experience so far.

You need to be aware of this is you deposit in any currency other than Euros-

I deposited £200 and selected the 100% welcome bonus but was only credited £360. I expected to get £400, but in fact the maximum is bonus is 200 Euros, so hence 200 Euros is £160 in GBP which I why I received £360. the catch is that the deposit plus bonus has to be wagered before withdrawal so I'll have to wager £360 x 25 according to CS.
So, work out what 200 Euros is in your currency before you deposit. I would have thought it fairer that the wagering is up to the 200 Euro equivalent in your currency maximum plus the bonus. In my case £160 + £160, i.e. £320 but I'll have to wager an extra £40 x 25 apparently.

Maybe my fault for not understanding the terms properly, but at every other casino offering up to 200 or equivalent in your currency I would have expected £400 on a a £200 deposit.

Chris
