Congrats Energy casino :notworthy:notworthy![]()
that depends on your bank i think
I'm with halifax and all my withdraws hit my bank next working day around 3 pm
I have to check later cheers for letting me know What is the best Casino you have ever played on. I just signed up with "Club World" they took my deposit and that's it!!!!!
They were rated 'the best" on this site ?????????????????

That can't possibly be correct
Have you made like 10 withdrawals in the last 24 hours or something? Surely they wouldn't charge someone £7.32 for a £20 withdrawal. That's insane.
I made a withdrawal of £1250 on Monday (which i seem to remember cost £2.50) and £350 tonight. So it's only my second withdrawal this week
If I recall correctly, the first withdrawal (or first couple) are free, and then each subsequent withdrawal incurs a charge. Although I'm not exactly sure what the time frame is (after your 3rd withdrawal in a week, 5th in a month or whatever), and I certainly see no justification for a £7.32 charge regardless.
I haven't played at Energy in a while so I can't be more clear.
Actually I was getting confused with betspin, they charge the £2.50 withdrawal fee, so my first withdrawal was actually free.
I've just checked the T&C. the first withdrawal of the week IS free. then each subsequent withdrawal costs 10 Euros (£7.32)

€10
I would not play there based on that alone.
Well I wouldn't normally. but I can't seem to lose. I'm up £1500 here, this week alone

Again I am impressed with these guys.
Never had problems with verifying and they again processed withdrawal almost instantly.

Neither had i till i tried to get verified there![]()

Hi,
The payment department needs to verify all the accounts sooner or later. The verification can be made only if you can provide us some official documents (ID, Driving license, passport). In case you don't own at least one of these the verification of your personal data will be impossible and normally none of the licensed casinos will verify your account. The law is not made by us they were made by the licence issuers. We also point out this rule in our Terms and Conditions.
Please don't hesitate to contact me or our support team for more information's.
Thanks

I signed up a little while ago but haven't deposited yet. Therefore, I don't think I qualify for the CM special signup bonus. However, the standard signup bonus terms state: "This offer is not valid if you make a deposit with Neteller, Skrill or Skrill 1-Tap. Paysafecard and Ukash".
Link:You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
Find that a little odd. Especially seeing as this term does not appear to be replicated in the CM signup offer.
Went to chat to ask for guidance but not online.
hi same as me to hence why i haven't bothered depositing with them , i tend to use neteller so your being penalised for that (
well wasnt all that fastOf course the fastest and best solution is to contact our support team via mail, chat or phone.

Hi,
Thanks for this information, we changed our welcome bonus terms some weeks ago, but it looks like the UK page was not updated. Don't worry, the bonus should appear on the deposit page for you. All of the e-Wallets are available if you would like to use the bonus.
Thanks
