While I do not like the rule, I can understand it. However how can you justify over £7 as the fee?

Mr Green for example, charges £1 for subsequent withdrawals..

I think you know that all the questions regarding any financials are not up to me, or to my colleagues. These fee's were set by the management and we inform the players in our T&C and on the withdrawal page. Right now, our loyal players get unlimited free withdrawals, but in general we apply the one free withdrawal per week rule.

I am keeping the record of all the feedbacks I get here at CM, the only thing I can do is to consult about such a things with the directors. (What I did in case of e-Wallet bonuses a while ago, which thanks for CM members too, was successful because we reintroduced e-Wallets for those who would like to benefit from our bonus offers). Hopefully, one day we can lower or remove completely this fee, but as I said it's not my decision.

I am happy that in general you like our services and I feel sorry that this point from our Terms made you a bit disappointed.

Yeah the bonus with e wallet is a great thing to have back.
But if you deposit with a direct banking method (ideal in my country), you can still withdraw to your e wallet, if you have deposited with it be4.

About the transaction fee i can say this... if you are a regular player (dont need 2 b high roller), the casino will apprectiate you. They absolutely think about their players and with a rep like Norbert you are lucky. Yesterday i made 4 wd's from energy casino...

After substantial deposits I hit a reasonable win and withdrew. I then decided to deposit a little more and won a small amount (£140) and to be charged £7.00 to withdraw this seems expensive, particularly given the level of deposits and losses I sustained (82% rtp before the win.)

Perhaps there should be a reciprocal 5% rebate (charge to the casino) on any subsequent deposits and losses after the first £100.00?

Either way I don't think casinos should charge for withdrawals (or deposits for that matter) as they always ultimately have the house edge in any case!

I never been paid out that quick before
Especially on a first withdrawal.
Made my withdrawal and went straight to online chat to ask about sending docs.
CS Simon was helpful and told me to send to doc@energycasino.com
Did that straight away and didn't expect anything this quick
Checked an hour later to see that withdrawal has been processed and it looks like it was almost immediate!
Not sure when it will actually show on my debit card but i can wait.


However i am a little disappointed with the bonus i took.
I took the 50% bonus for my 2nd deposit and deposited $100US
So i got $150US to play with.

I had a quick read of the T&C's beforehand but it does not tell you the playthru requirements.
It does say "Bonuses being offered and their details of crediting Bonus Money will be available on the Bonus/Promotions section of the website"
which i didn't read until after i deposited (silly me)

In the bonus T&C's it says "In order to redeem your Reload Bonus, you must wager 30 times the bonus and deposit amount"

Wow that's pretty steep
So i had to wager $4500 before i could cashout from my $100 deposit +$50 bonus

Well i did get up to $1150 after playing about $3000 and ended up pulling out $430 after playing thru the $4500
So at the end of a massive couple of days playing i had a win and a decent one at that.
I usually bet $1 to $1.50 a go so that's a lot of playing.

Overall i give the casino a thumbs up for games but a lot of them for me run a little slower than most other sites.
I just think their bonus playthru is way to steep.
I'll keep playing there but don't think i want another bonus.
