did a $1200 withdraw this morning via bankwire...and it came like 8 hours later. I have never seen this type of speed before from any casino ever. Minimum has been 3 days by this method.

Riding on the coattails of Sap- they also used to be really quick re withdrawals; so much so that when pending periods existed, by the time you navigated to the pending page from the withdrawal one, it was gone etc Now, though not bad, if you withdraw mid afternoon, it's next day sometimes. Seems a bit of a backward step.

Hoped they would have got rid of the one free withdrawal a week, otherwise just under a fiver.

Still think the one free withdrawal a week needs tweaked - personally, if i make a withdrawal i leave it until the next until i play again as (though just under a fiver), for principle, I don't want (nor should i need to) to be paying a fee to take my money out - it's not really conducive to trying to get folk to play as much on the site as ;-)

Even one free one a day would be better (but IMO still not great as it puts you in the small % of casino's who charge, UK at least)

40 hours later still reversible hmm Not cool used to get paid within minutes ,so reversed as it was only 120€ instead of depositing somewere else @150 now will try to withdraw again if i hit past 200

So what you are saying is that you really don`t like online casinos, since most of them are based in Malta. Even the good ones. Any casinos you would recommend or is it only based on if you win or lose whether they are legit?

While everyone's opinion on which casinos are the best to go for, I think all of us appreciate a bit of mannerism here. We are licensed in the UK and the MGA and follow all necessary regulations and procedures so there's no need to come up with terms such as "Maltese Mafia".

Secondly, I think nearly every casino if not all advertise Christmas Promos because 99.99% of them run "Advent Calendar Promos". While I get that not every casino is everyone's cup of tea, we'd appreciate a bit of a refrain from derogatory terms like that.

Iv never had it take that long: if in the morning I normally get it by the evening but if in afternoon I may get it later that night but more likely lunchtime the next day.

I've just explained it to @TheViking via a PM, what the process is. Unfortunately Customer Service is giving a very abbreviated reply that doesn't really cover the facts on how or what we mean with the "It can take up to the 72 hours".

The way I explained it was -

What our support team needs to explain is that withdrawals are placed in a queue, the oldest ones in the queue get priority, the most recent ones are "less important". What we always mean by our statement is that we promise that within 3 days, your withdrawal will be processed from our end.

It's not that we're going to leave it pending for 3 days and then click the magic button, it's the fact that we can't guarantee it'll be done quicker than 72 hours (although trust me, we wish we could do it with our eyes closed). The moment a Payments agent gets to it, he will go ahead and click that process button after reviewing gameplay.

I know the situation is not perfect, and I mean it when I say we're trying to improve this delay. It's obviously not good for business and definitely not good for a customer.

Good stuff; never had any issues with them and the one time I thought ‘oh oh new card needs verified’ it was done in an hour or so.

Their bonanzas not been kind to me so that’s my only complaint :p
 
I'm trying to get them to forward my card photos for verification but get told I have to wait for the payment team to request them first.

Seems a bit silly when I know they will be requested as I have pending withdrawals.

Energy casino was really one off the best brands in the online casino industry but Their behavior in the past time is wery doubtful ! If they continue their downgrade i think i don't remain a player there.
